Scelta super consigliata

Trattandosi di un viaggio di lavoro non ho utilizzato le offerte come SPA e piscina. Ma, l'hotel è molto confortevole, possiede un vasto parcheggio gratuito, è ubicato in periferia (cosa che in una città piccola come Matera è realmente ininfluente) quindi senza le problematiche della ZTL e del traffico mattutino urbano. La colazione è ottima e variegata (potrebbe migliorare se le bevande calde fossero preparate a richiesta e non con la \"macchinetta\", che non fa un caffè o un cappuccino di qualità adeguata al gusto di un cliente italiano). Stanza confortevole, ampia, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie (apprezzato l'angolo di lavoro con scrivania degna di questo nome, poltroncina ergonomica e punto luce). Menzione di lode per la qualità di materasso, cuscini e biancheria del letto. Un filino rumoroso il climatizzatore.

Un hôtel digne des 4 étoiles : magnifique. Vous êtes accueilli par quelqu'un pour que vous puissiez garer votre voiture chose qui ne se retrouve que dans les 5 étoiles généralement.
L'entrée est somptueuse.
Le petit-déjeuner reste bon : il y a du choix en sucré mais il manque un peu au niveau salé et de la région

We experienced several issues during our stay. The staff came across as unfriendly and arrogant, and the ongoing construction site at the hotel created a very unpleasant environment. Our room was also downgraded, although this was later compensated with a lunch.

We also encountered problems charging our Tesla – the hotel did not provide complimentary charging, which is unusual compared to many other hotels around the world. Instead, we were directed to an external charger, which we had to pay for ourselves. Even though I asked several times, we were never clearly shown where the hotel’s own Tesla chargers were located.

Housekeeping was also poor. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

Lack of charm and lots of weird rules

The rooms were ok, but the hotel did not have a welcoming or friendly vibe. Lack of charm and lots of weird rules, e.g. you are only allowed to use the pool one time if you stay one night (two times if two nights etc.), you have to wear a swimming cap, you could only enter the pool and the garden through one specific way. The staff seemed to care more about these things than making sure that you enjoyed your stay. Further, the food in the restaurant, although beautifully presented, lacked taste and was way overpriced. Okay for one night, but would not recommend the place for a longer stay.

Balcony was shared (!) which is weird and meant we didn’t feel comfortable sitting out there.
The room was hot throughout the night and we couldn’t open the door as there were people next door who could access our room via the balcony!
Very bad nights sleep due to this and the walls were paper thin you could hear every move.
Aside from that the hotel was of a very high standard in terms of decor etc.
There was a charge of €25 pp to use the indoor pool/sauna etc for only 90mins. Access should be included for guests, for the sake of 90 mins we didn’t bother to use the facilities which was a shame.

Nice reception, helpful restaurant staff when we were trying to work out the special dinner.
Room was nice but could do with a recoat, re varnish of the surfaces that were quite marked/scratched.
Decent selection at breakfast but bacon was always hard and overdone.
Overall the service was good.

Some confusion when I checked in and they wanted to charge me again for room (extortionate amount may I add)

The place has A LOT going for it. Nice spa and fitness center (but disappointingly limited access), good breakfast. What left a bad taste was their attitude toward maintenance. There were two locks on the slider of our ground floor patio — BOTH BROKEN. Since anyone could simply walk into our room, we found that unacceptable. Understandably, they couldn’t immediately fix it, but how could they even rent a room like that? They told me they wouldn’t even put an object (dowel, bar, piece of wood? anything?) in the channel to wedge it shut and that there were no other rooms. I insisted it was unacceptable, and they miraculously found another room...three floors up from my son’s room. I was disappointed, and they miraculously found another room 3 meters from my son.

Example 2: the button for the fitness room did not work and was dangling inside the elevator mechanism. The next day, it was precariously balanced, but fell back inside the mechanism the first time I pushed it.

Example 3: Our room key kept getting demagnetized (no, not near my phone) and had to keep getting reset. Seriously, about 7 times in 3 days! And they insisted this is not a sign that SOMETHING needs to be fixed!

We stayed here for one night after a visit to Matera during the day. Matera is about 5 miles away, so a car is essential. Driving and staying in Matera proper can be tricky, because most of the hotels and B&Bs are in the ZTL zone, inaccessible by cars, and the walk to these places can be down many flights of stairs, so be sure to pack one small ball with all the essentials you will need for your stay. Matera has been designated the Cultural Capital of Europe for 2019, and is a UNESCO site, so certainly worth a visit!
Parking at MH Matera Hotel is free and easily maneuvered. Our check in process was easy, with the staff providing us with all the perks of staying here. Guests are allowed 90 minutes of free time at the spa to enjoy those amenities. Although we didn’t have a massage (extra charge), we were told by fellow travelers that they were excellent! The indoor pool looked wonderful and was very peaceful. Bathing caps a must and if you don’t have one- who does?- they can be purchased for 3 euro.
The room was typical Hilton style. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The shower curtain liner could stand to be changed, but other than that, the room was very clean. Although there was supposed to be access to English channels on the TV, they were not available. No problem. We had access to free WiFi, so caught up on the news via our cell phones. The WiFi is slow, but sufficient.
The included breakfast was a buffet with a very good selection.

One night in Matera

We stayed for a night at the MH Hotel. Check in was fine. our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The free breakfast was excellent, self parking and WiFi are free. Hotel is not within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel offers a shuttle for a charge. The female staff was much more congenial than any of the male staff we came into contact with.

Great value for the price

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. This was probably the nicest mattress we had during our two week trip to Italy. It was perfect after our long drive to Madera! In addition, there was ample parking. It was a little far out, but if you have a rental car, it's the perfect base for staying in Matera. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we were in the area.

On a beaucoup aimé le cadre, l'emplacement proche pour la visite de Matera.L'infrastructure est magnifique bien que la vue de la chambre sur le parking pas top.
Pt déjeuner formidable, beaucoup de choix; juste les jus n'ont guère de goût. Et le repas pris au restaurant a été décevant, mon compagnon a pris le filet de veau, juste 3 pts morceaux pour le prix de 28 euros, un peu exagéré; heureusement que l'on avait pris une entrée.

Cet hôtel n est pas un 4 étoiles,
Il faut payer des suppléments pour avoir accès à la piscine intérieur ou à 2 des piscines extérieurs.

On a accès qu à une seule piscine extérieur.
Il faut mettre un bonnet de bain pour allez dans la piscine et passer par le spa pour avoir un bracelet en papier.

Le personne est très gentil mais le fonctionnement de l hôtel n a rien d un 4 étoiles.

Le petit dej est peu varié et encore une fois pas digne d un 4 étoiles. Pour les boissons chaudes on doit se servir au distributeur et le café ou cappuccino est horrible.

Les +: pas trouvé.
Les -: loin du centre ville, à 7km dans un endroit improbable au fond du zone industriel et commerciale.
Les piscines sont belles en photos mais une seule est accessible… avec des bonnets de bains vendus 3€! Ce doit être le seul établissement d’Italie et d’Europe qui exige des bonnets de bains! En plus c’est du vol de les vendre 3€.
L’eau de la piscine n’est pas pour autant clean, le nettoyage laisse à désirer.
Catastrophiques petits déjeuners.
Et avant de donner des leçons aux cheveux des clients, tachez de proposer des chambres propres dans moisissures et qu’en parfait état de fonctionnement, sans taches et sans déchets.
Bref établissement à éviter

Nous regrettons que les accès aient été limités de partout dans cet hôtel, notamment après 19h.
Un grand parc extérieur, mais aucun moyen de profiter de cet espace après 19h.
Il est regrettable qu'une seule piscine soit autorisée, qui plus est, reste très fréquentée.

Sinon, très bon séjour. Hôtel calme, sécurisé et globalement propre (si on ferme les yeux sur l'épaisseur de poussière sous les lits et les taches douteuses sur les aplliques
Nous avons beaucouo apprécié la ville de Matera( les Sassis), à 15 minutes en voiture.

Quello che merita una recensione che difficilmente lascio e l’accoglienza e l’attenzione verso l’inclusivita’ e l’accessibilità di tutti gli spazi per i disabili ( non ho trovato nulla di simile altrove)
Il personale attento e disponibile ha trovato una sedia a rotelle per mia mamma permettendole di vivere a pieno le bellezze di Matera.

De kamer was prima in orde, enkel het balkon was eigenlijk geen balkon. Dat lag naast de parking waar gewerkt werf maar vooral niks van meubels, geen stoel, geen tafel, geen parasol. Dat hebben we gemist.
Het zwembad was prima maar de prachtige zwembaden die op de foto's staan zijn extra te betalen. Wij verbleven 2 nachten en mochten daarom maar 2 dagen in het zwembad. Je kon dus noet dag van aankomst of dag van vertrek ook nog zwemmen, jammer.
Verder wel een heel proper hotel, lekker restaurant en mooie tuin.

Das Hotel ansich ist sehr schön, die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und alles macht einen sehr schönen Eindruck.
Was aber sehr enttäuschend ist, das Hotel lockt in der Werbung mit einem Pool, verschweigt aber, dass dieser nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar ist bzw. wenn eine Hochzeit stattfindet gar nicht nutzbar ist. Erst direkt am Eingang erfährt man zudem, dass eine Badehaube Pflicht besteht – eine Information, die offenbar bewusst vorher nicht kommuniziert wird, um Gäste vor vollendete Tatsachen zu stellen.

Besonders störend: Am Pool wird viel geraucht, selbst in unmittelbarer Nähe von Kindern.

Fazit, das Haus ist sehr schön es wäre aber toll wenn man mit Dingen wirbt die man auch tatsächlich nutzen darf und Badehauben kostenfrei zur Verfügung stellt wenn man es verlangt aber im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert.

Estaban en construcción y me levantaron desde las 7am con los ruidos. Nisiquiera dieron tapones para los ruidos. Se escuchaba todo lo del lado de la habitación, hasta cuando empujaban las camas del lado, se sentían en mi habitación. Habitación muy incomoda, no tenia ni donde colocar la maleta, la tuve que trepar en la mesa de noche y sacar la lampara. Muy caro para lo que es. Mucha foto linda, pura pantalla.

La struttura distante 10 min da Matera centro, offre una buona soluzione per un weekend last minute. Pur essendo un albergo a 4 stelle, sono rimasto scontento per la pulizia.. nella mia stanza c’erano 3 dita di polvere sia sui suppellettili che sul parquet, non vi dico sotto al letto!!!!
Mangiando poi uno snack in camera sono corse anche subito le formiche, essendo la mia camera posta al piano terra lato parcheggio. Nonostante questi inconvenienti, consiglio comunque questa struttura.

La struttura è ben fatta, moderna ed accogliente. Le stanze sono pulite. La colazione è ben rifornita di dolci e salato. Parcheggio comodo interno gratuito. Hotel fuori dal centro di Matera ma carino ed accogliente con una buona SPA, che scelgo quando vado a Matera.
Di solito sono soddisfatto ma in questa occasione non ci siamo proprio.
Già dopo aver fatto la prenotazione di una stanza doppia superior non rimborsabile, mi arrivano dei messaggi in cui vengo informano che la SPA è chiusa per lavori. Ne prendo atto ma avrei preferito saperlo prima della prenotazione.
Questa mattina scendo a fare colazione chiedo un cappuccino alla signora che rassettava dei tavoli e mi viene indicato il bar e mi viene detto che mi devo alzare a prenderlo.... Ma stiamo scherzando sono in un Hotel a 4 stelle od alla \"bettola dello zio Tom\". Lasciato sul tavolo cornetto e succo e dopo aver informato di quanto sopra la reception sono andato a fare colazione ad un bar esterno alla struttura dove, guarda un po' che lusso, sono stato servito al tavolo.
Assolutamente non va bene se scelgo e pago un hotel prestigioso esigo di essere coccolato e servito.

Cuando reservé el cuarto decía con cama king; el hotel indica que solo las Suit ejecutivas tienen cama king.
Sería bueno que corrijan para uno no se haga falsas expectativas

Struttura e personale molto accogliente, cibo spettacolare, piscina grande e molto ben attrezzata. Unica pecca: hotel un pochino isolato, il centro è raggiungibile solo in macchina o comunque con qualche mezzo... nessun intrattenimento serale per gli ospiti. Nel conplesso ho trovato gradevole la generale tranquillità .

An sich große, weitläufige und moderne Hotelanlage. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Bett war zwar größtentechnisch von einem Kingsize-Bett weit entfernt, allerdings trotzdem bequem. Das Frühstück hingegen war hervorragend, frische Kuchen, diverse Müslizutaten und der Pancake-Automat war ebenfalls ein nettes Gadget.

Allerdings darf man bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel auch ein freundliches Personal erwarten, dies war hier leider nicht der Fall. Der Herr, der uns willkommen hieß, hatte entweder einen schlechten Tag oder war mit seinem Job völlig unzufrieden, in jedem Fall absolut nicht kommunikativ, erklärte uns weder, was in unserer Buchung enthalten war (angeblich ein Besuch im Schwimmbad, der sich komplizierter gestaltete als gedacht, da er laut Buchungsunterlagen wohl vorher telefonisch oder per E-Mail reserviert werden müsse), leider klärte uns der Herr am Empfang hierzu nicht auf, weshalb wir bei unserem eintägigen Aufenthalt auch weder Zeit noch Nerv hatten uns genauer damit auseinanderzusetzen, Auch sonst hatte dieser Herr keine freundlichen Worte übrig. Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig, aber so schlecht-gelaunt abgefertigt zu werden, das schickt sich für ein 4-Sterne Hotel wirklich nicht. Sehr schade, daher auch die Abzüge.

Hotel selezionato perché in possesso di Tesla Destination Charger e cioè possibilità di ricarica auto elettrica ma si è rivelato ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Tornerò sicuramente.

Albergo grande e dotato di comfort. Le stanze sono spaziose e comode. Il personale è gentile e servizievole. La posizione è comoda e strategica appena fuori Matera. Buono il ristorante e davvero ben attrezzata e spaziosa la palestra.
