This was a great hotel. The complimentary Wednesday night social was great, as was the breakfast. The fact that they get you to and from the airport is a such an added bonus. The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a decent place to stay. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but edible. The mattress in my room wasn't great, but I appreciated the selection of pillows. They are doing a lot of construction and remodeling right now which is very noticeable. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. Good not great.

Loved the customer service! Received a text welcoming for the upcoming stay. Michelle was amazing at check in and made the check in process smooth. The hotel is pet friendly, the parking is free and great hot breakfast. The lady managing the breakfast area was great & accommodating. I would stay here again.

We were shocked walking into our room! Bedroom was separate, huge bathroom, normal size fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher and stove. If we are ever in the area we will definitely stay here again! Also we have stayed in many many hotels before and this was the best hotel breakfast we have ever ate

The staff goes above and beyond to give you the best experience possible. It feels like home away from home. The rooms are great, the bed is just wonderful, the kitchen great, although no oven. Everything is provided to stay in and cook. They give free transportation to and from anywhere within a 5 mile distance. The breakfast is too notch. I cant say enough about the staff, they really make your stay comfortable and so cozy. I highly recommend. 10 stars across the board.

Mostly great and worth staying here.

As a woman traveling alone, safety was a priority in an unfamiliar area. The property looks nice from the outside. The lobby, inviting, clean and well managed. The staff friendly and helpful.

My suite was clean and stocked adequately. Linens were clean and in great shape. The bed was too hard and uncomfortable for me, though someone else might find it ok if prefer very hard mattress.

What I did not like was they gave me a ground floor suite right on the driveway to a bunch of fast food places and loud vehicles zoomed through almost 24/7. It was terribly loud all day and night and I got very little sleep the 3 nights I was here.

I did not use the exercise room, though it looked well equipped and safe. Also did not use the outside pool, though looked nice for a swim or sunbath.

All in all, I would recommend Homewood Suites Henderson, South Las Vegas, if you don't stay on the bottom floor, or in the back of the building.

Breakfast had plenty of options. Rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again if/when I’m in Henderson.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us because the property is very near where we were planning to spend time with family. We hoped to get a small suite so we would have space to babysit the grandkids. They provided breakfast and had some board games to borrow. These were huge for us. Our biggest problems were maintenance issues. We got moved to a different suite because the dishwasher was broken in our original room. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken in the new room also, along with a very noisy refrigerator, clogged sink drain and toilet running through in the bathroom. Maintenance came and fixed the drain but failed to resolve the other issues. Spa pool heater circuit breaker was tripped - reported cold spa to front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it and it started to heat up before we had to leave. The main pool was covered in downed foliage and food wrappers. I skimmed the pool and I watched a few other guests skim it also. The pool filtration system seemed not to be working as filter baskets had no leaves in them. It could have been a great stay if these problems hadn’t happened.

I stayed one night as a solo traveler. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to interact with and the hotel was safe, comfortable and clean. The aircon in the room was great as it was very warm weather outside and I still slept very comfortably. The front desk staff also provided a little bag with water and a snack, which I felt was very thoughtful and useful touch during the stay and especially when arriving late in the evening.There is a free breakfast that is very nice and inclusive of all breakfast requirements. The internet in the hotel was good coverage and speed. I couldn't recommend this hotel more and will definitely consider staying here again when returning to Las Vegas.

A pleasant stay in a nice room

The room was very nice. I didn't expect it have all of the amenities I found in the kitchenette. The toaster was a pleasant surprise to find and it did come in handy. Also didn't expect to find a large cutting knife which I did use to cut some fruit, along with the plates in the cupboard.
My only negative comment would be the artwork on the walls and the drapery needs to be updated as it looks to be from the 1980s (unless that is what you were going for). But that is only a minor thing. Overall, a comfortable room. And a good breakfast menu, too.

Great full breakfast. They even had overnight oats in oatmilk and chia pudding in oatmilk. Great for us gluten free folks. Scrambled eggs, potatoes and meat, fruit and the standard fair items.
The afternoon/ evening receptionist was in her own world, was not super friendly, and made us wait both on the phone and in person until she was done doing whatever she was doing.

The homewood suites in henderson is very nice. The place was clean and quiet. Very convenient to shopping and dining(walkable). The breakfast is good, lots of good stuff to eat. The only complaints I have are that the elavators were slow, once i wanted coffee and the Mgr said he would be making more in 30mins. This was after the previous Mgr told me it would always be made and if it wasnt she would make some. That was the only time out of the 4 days that it wasnt made when i wanted it. The other complaint was when i asked for late check out, and was denied. I was staying at hotel for a class held in penthouse that ended at noon and my checkout was for 11am. I will say that some in my class that asked the day before recieved it, so kinda my fault. All in all very nice stay and i would stay again.

The property is nice. But its old. Like the sink is outside the bathroom old. No exhaust. No place to hang clothes. If tou share room you gonna have to take your toiletries inside the bathroom and put them on the toilet tank or floor. For the price i felt it should be moderately newer. Other than that it was good.

Beds and pillows were terrible!!! Very loud and uncomfortable beds. Couldn't figure out if it was the mattress or protector. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel though. I was traveling with my family and had children with me. We were in the family room. We smelled weeds all the night and children got sick, I spoke to the management and changed the room one floor down and on the second night, it was even worse. For some reason it’s a weed paradise, you smell only weeds. If you are with children or having issues with weeds smell, please don’t go there, you will regret staying there.
Also, breakfast is eggs, sausage and some bagels with juices and coffee, don’t expect continental breakfast. Horrible experience
