The front staff didn’t check us in on time. I had to keep calling them to remind them that I still don’t have a room even after the check out time. The checkout process was super frustrating. Also when you call the front desk for help they can put you on hold for a while and forget about you. We would hang up at point and call back. The pool and the restaurant crew were amazing on the other hand. Friendly and attentive. Loved the pool and how clean the hotel was.

I liked the original impression of the hotel. The check-in was cumbersome. After a long day of driving, they catch you right at the front desk and try to sell you on a resort visit. They offer money on a card to do so, but I didn't appreciate the sales pitch and the pressure to agree. There were hidden charges, the said that some fees were paid by Hotels.com, but then they wanted $300 deposit for amenities.

The pool was beautiful, but it was windy all the days we were there, so it was closed.

The room was not clean. The kitchen floor was sticky. The tub had hair on the floor. The tub also didn't drain, and we had to have maintenance come fix it. It drained well after that.

The balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises.

The did allow us to check-out one day early, as we decided to take two days to drive home instead of one.

The receptionist was very rude at check in. We ask for a manger who never showed up and when one of her coworkers ask to help she told him very things was under control. Everything thing was an issue from the type of card I wanted use to pay they don't take Google pay or Apple pay. The room was for 6 occupants I had 4 adults and 3 children and apparently I was over my limit due to my babies. Which I was told children under 3 dont count as occupants. All 3 babies were under 3. We have stay here many times and never had an issue. I ask for some warm blankets as the bed didn't have warm blankets. The service lady said we cant give you extra blankets because your bed already has warm blankets which they did not. The coffee machine was left dirty from previous people who had been there. We have always use some type of floates in the pool but this time around they said they were not allowed. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this resort.

I stayed here the year before for wrestlemania but it was a little far from the venue so I stayed here for the week leading up to it. This place is so relaxing , your own kitchen you can live like at home well in paradise. The property is 5 stars! Especially if your doing a group trip it’s a place where gambling and non gambling friends can go the non gambling people can chill look after the kids well the gamblers go to the strip or downtown for the casinos. Even if you just want to a weekend away and weren’t even thinking about Vegas this place is for you! Planning a big group trip back!

Mattress was so lumpy and hard that I woke in more pain than the night before.

Pool was closed often, 3 times in one week because of wind only--20 mph and it's surrounded and sheltered by the buildings. There's often wind in the dessert and many other places. I've never been to any other place that closed the pool due to wind only.

Room wasn't ready at check-in at 9:30 p.m. I waited 2 hours. I noticed for days that there were always people waiting at check-in because they were overbooked.

They offer timeshares and so there were always people hounding me every time I had to go to the lobby. And regularly calling me and leaving messages on my room phone for this reason.

They had a 10% off coupon code for vegas.com which they did not provide for me after I heard their initial spiel. So, I paid full price for show on vegas.com. later, I found out that there was this coupon code that was available. I had called the concierge from my room phone just checking one more time for the second show to see if there were any discounts for it. I was told I had to go to the concierge desk in order to receive the coupon. Whereupon, they just wrote it down on an ordinary piece of paper and handed it to me after they pestered me again to re timeshares. Why couldn't they just have given me this code over the phone since I had already listened to their pitch multiple times?

Run down, old, plain inside.

They only had one handicap parking space at my building

Rooms were great and good value for the price
Didn’t appreciate the hard sell on timeshare as we didn’t know that was a thing booking there
Also limited food service and they close the only restaurant and pool early (6pm during week, 8pm on weekends) so you can feel trapped with nothing to do or eat
Also frustrated that the games room is frequently booked which eliminates that option for kids.

From checking in, it just went downhill from there. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced how poorly the staff was. We called paid for early check in they said our room would be ready at 12:00PM, as we arrived it was not. Completely understandable if we have to wait shortly, our room wasn’t ready until after 4:00PM with no communication. We had to briefly check in with the front desk. The 2 ladies and I believe Jonathan was the other gentlemen up there. Very very poor behaviors for being in customer service. Once we got to our room it was nice then the next day we noticed a leak and it was poorly through the vent and light from upstairs. Called the front desk waited for 30 minutes as we had dinner reservations and they never communicated back with us. Once going to shower noticing the maintience left black shoe prints all over the floor and didn’t bother to clean them. One positive thing about our stay was how lovely all the bartenders were. Overall a beautiful resort but very very poor front desk staff.

I had problems with the TV. It would come back on after turning it off. The maintenance guy could not fix that problem. The TV stayed on through the whole stay. My brother had a hard time sleeping with the TV flickering.

We got there and our names were on the hotel list but the rooms were never put in the systems so we didnt have a room confirmed. They had us in a last minute room and mid trip we had to check out to check into a different room because they needed to do renovations in the other room.

We love coming here. We live here in Las Vegas. We’re locals anytime we have spring break or summertime. We always stay here. Staff is really nice. Pool pools are always clean and it’s a reasonable price. They also have water slides.

This place is wonderful. Clean, friendly, very spacious, and super fun slides. I would definitely stay again. The lifeguards are very strict about almost anything that kids tried to do, which was puzzling to me. But other than that, it was perfect.

The pool is great! When it is open… We booked this place specifically for a good pool and hot tub, but the pool was only open from 10 am-6 pm. The other amenities, like ping pong and the billiards table, were only available when the pool area was open. We would have loved to play games after dinner or relax in one of the many hot tubs, but it all closes with the pool.

We love staying at Cancun. Check in was not great this time. We were supposed to be able to get in at 4pm, but our room was not ready until almost 7pm. Besides the fact that you are expected to pay for the full day, we had plan that evening and it really messed up time spent with family. Other than that it was a great stay, the staff is alway helpful and nice to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend at the resort I like that it is a big hotel but not too big to make going to the front lobby an inconvenience! Our room was clean , property seemed to be well kept. My only complaint was that the activity center could have and more equipment so multiple people could play on both ping pong tables. Also the pool hours should be expanded to a later time. Other than that , no complaints !

First day went to the pool and bar. Was overcharged for two Moscow Mule drinks ($41.00) from the Carina bar. I was not given a menu so I did not see the prices. We missed Happy Hour. the two Moscow Mule drinks were charged to my room. I returned next day same time as previous day, ordered two Moscow mule, $31.00!! That’s quite a bit of difference!!

Check-in is at 4pm with ONE attendant at the register and many other standing around doing nothing! Took an hour to check-in, and the pool closed at 6pm!! We literally got in & out. Super frustrating with children who came to swim in this horrid heat wave. To make matters worse you have even less time in the room with check out at 10am!!! Who wakes up in Las Vegas before 10? Top it off the pool didn’t open until 10. What is going on here? A COMPLETE SCAM. Rooms are ample, nice updates, dirty as hell especially in the tubs. I can see they’re clearly under staffed, over charge, and don’t make it feasible to use the amenities you pay for. Absolutely crazy will never stay here again. Would rather stay at trailer park caddy corner to this place with full amenities, pools open til 10, and check out is at noon like it should be.

When i arrived at 10pm after 10 hr of driving they didn't have a room for me, in spite of a confirmed reservation. They did provide a room in a completely different hotel 15 min drive away -in the heart of the vegas strip. The other hotel did not have the same amenities-cancun resort vs polo hotel. Not even close. Was told other hotel had parking included- it did not. After 10 hr of driving being turned away is horrendous. What good does a reservation do????

Significant failures included:

• Facility Closures: The water slides were closed for the duration of our stay, and the pools were inaccessible for the majority of our visit. These are the primary features used to market this property.

• Unreasonable Restrictions: My children were repeatedly prohibited from playing with toys in the common areas, which was not disclosed and contradicts the \"family-friendly\" branding. Food and beverages could not be accommodated for in the pool area, yet they allowed restaurant food and beverages.

• Lack of Basic Service: Housekeeping and room service failed to attend to our room. When maintenance did arrive, the room was not properly cleaned or maintained.

• Hostile Environment: We were met with consistent rudeness from the front desk, lifeguards , and maintenance staff. As guests, we felt unwelcome rather than hosted.

We paid for a resort experience that was simply not provided.

Very disgusted when we opened up the bedding bag for the pull out couch bed and there was a urine stain on the mattress cover that smelled like urine. The hotel brought a fresh bag of bed coverings right away and took the dirty ones. We were not pleased with this experience.
The hotel outdoor amenities were very nice and we enjoyed the pool.
The restaurant and breakfast we had there was excellent and the waitress was great.

This was hands down one of the most disgusting and frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

When we first walked in, the bathroom sink had pubic hair in it—clearly nothing had been cleaned. The mattress cover was ripped, so we were basically sleeping directly on a bare mattress, which is honestly unacceptable. The bedding situation was just as bad: two thin sheets and a tiny blanket that wasn’t even meant for real sleeping. We were freezing all night.

The bathroom was so dirty I ended up cleaning it myself. When I ran the tub, it filled with what looked like dead skin and grime. It was absolutely revolting and obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned at all.

The pool situation was a mess too. One day wa was warm, the next it was ice cold with no reason or schedule. Every time we went to swim, there were no towels available—three separate times—and we kept getting the same excuse about waiting on a mgr. That’s not an excuse when guests are standing there needing basic things. To make it worse, a lifeguards was literally falling asleep while watching a busy pool. If something had happened, it could have been bad.

The experience only got worse from there. A maintenance worker was blowing dirt and leaves and saw me trying to stay out of his way. Instead of being courteous to a guest. He yelled to stop right there. when I tried to go around. I moved completely out of his way and he still screamed at me to come, then intentionally blew at me.considering filing a formal complain

The pool was the only nice feature. The rooms were dirty and very outdated. There was a hole in the wall in the bedroom. The pull out sofa bed was very worn down and dirty. The staff was very pushy for the time share. On our last day/ night we parked in the designated area at 9am went swimming all day came. We decided to home early because of the facilities. We came out to a note on our car saying our vehicle needs to be moved by 3am or would be towed. They had closed that section of the parking area to repave. Nobody told us. So that means if we didnt decided to go home early our car would have been towed. I feel sorry for all the guest that didnt know.

I do believe the staff was great, easy to work with. The room itself was older they need to replace to carpet in the hallway, and clean the patio walls, also need to clean corners better. I did find a few spider webs. Other than that I was very happy and I will be back again this summer.

My check in was for 4:00 pm. Tgey didnt have my room ready until 5:15. When we got in the room, the bed frame was broken and they had to come in and fix it. After they fixed the frame, the mattress was horrible and old. The game room is never available for kids, due to their sales presentations. This property is no longer kid friendly. I wont be returning.

I was there for a soccer showcase so didn't really use the amenities but the property was nice and the 2 bedrooms were set-up nicely. There's a grocery store in CVS across the street, great if you want to cook meals in the room.

The young man at the counter didn’t give very good directions for me to get to my room. I had to load and unload the concierge cart twice and when I went to the front desk upset, they all looked at me like I was the problem. I stay here a lot and was very disappointed this time around
