The hotel is awesome. Las Vegas is very hot but the pool is COOL. The lifeguard staff, we’re all very friendly and very awesome. Actually everyone at the hotel was nice including all the maintenance staff always asked if we were having a good time. Only the tall bartender at the restaurant/pool bar was freaking rude. But everyone else they are made up for it. The food is good there too.

Everything in the hotel is nice, clean, and friendly staff. I just did not like the fact that you cannot bring snacks or food from outside. You are literally forced to buy food from the hotel restaurant or eat before you come in the pool. Having little ones is not convenient and can get expensive.
Also, I wish they had more covered parking.

2 hot tubs broken, ice machines on 3 out of 4 machines broken. Room service food awful.
Room was clean and nice, front desk easy to check in, the upsale of timeshares gets tiring.

Waterslide was nice but drinks are way overpriced and the ONLY priority their staff seems to have is selling you on timeshares. If you book through Expedia prepare to be treated as subclass, it’s a shame. Please do better for your guests.

Nice resort, great amenities, friendly & helpful staff, the 2br/2ba unit I shared with my senior mom was great. A kitchen with all the tools you need to cook a meal. With plenty of space and tvs in each bedroom you can have some independence while traveling with others. Our balcony was spacious and a great place for morning coffee.
Two random issues though…the bathtubs are gigantic! It’s like they were gonna be jacuzzi tubs but never quite were. The tub wall to climb in is pretty high. I’m 5’7” and the tub came to mid-thigh on me! Opt for an ADA room if traveling with elderly or limited mobility guests as it isn’t an easy step-in shower/tub combo. Also, our kitchen/dining areas especially, just had a smell like someone pan fried hamburgers or something meaty in the kitchen. We stayed 4-nights and the smell never dissipated. (Of course that is a room specific complaint, but it did slightly influence my rating.) Otherwise the place was clean, roomy & comfortable retreat from the busy Strip.
Ample free parking was a perk, as parking at casinos on the strip was $25-35/day! There is a major grocery store across the street and many food options—fast food to fancy dinners—within walking distance or easy drives. Additionally there is a restaurant a site with a thorough menu (altho we didn’t eat at it). Security opens the arm to enter the property and a roaming security guard makes the peaceful resort feel even safer.
I would stay here again, especially when traveling with others.

Great place for the kids. It was nice that the store was across the street. My room had old coffee left in the pot and a dirty shower curtain but everything else was very clean and well maintained. The downside is the pool doesn’t open until 10 and that also includes the use of the Gym. The security was amazing and the the text check-in service to see if anything was needed was super helpful. Would stay here again!

I am very happy for room stay at Hilton Cancun. However, had to request missing blankets for the two full size couches, but the staff was more happy to help. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room is excellent, but my thoughts were the room was not up to Hilton standards. I think the hotel is in the process of updating room to be more modern, but that's okay bc family of five enjoyed our stay very much. We will always book there. Thank you Staff..

We have a good time, The only thing I don't like—and don't understand—is that you get the room at 4 PM and have to check out at 10 AM; you practically lose a day. However, the rooms are excellent and well-equipped.

Traveling as a family five. Kids ages 14, 7, &6. Check in with Anick was smooth. She was able to check us in a little early because we were catching an early show on the strip. The 2 bedroom was roomy and clean. Plenty of parking. Security attendant at the entrance was friendly. The kids absolutely loved the 2 pools. Plenty of life guards although some were mainly on their phones or talking to other lifeguards but with so menu there it was fine. Check out smooth. We'll definitely return.

The property and room are clean. The pool could use a skimming more frequently, it was windy this weekend and there was debris in corners of the pool I even seen a bandage.
Also upon check in the concierge was trying to sell us a time share. Disguising it as “welcome gift” upon arrival. That wasn’t pleasant, and when we weren’t interested, they kept trying to sell. After a 3 1/2 hour drive it’s not ideal to continue to say no thank you. I will book again though, hopefully this review helps. Because other than those things our stay was fantastic!!

Pool and slides were a big disappointment.
Our family looked forward to the pool and slides but this quickly changed. Our 6 year old was wearing arm floaties but they told her that she was not allowed on the slide.
They had rules posted next to the slide including no jewelry, goggles or sunglasses.

They did not enforce any of those rules but only our girl was not allowed with her arm floaties.
I complained to the head life guard. She said that all rules should be enforced and she would re-instruct everyone.
Just a bit later I checked and they let bunch of people wearing glasses, watches, bracelets and hats came down the slides. So much for the safety lie.
They only picked on our little girl… great job!

Next problem: the time sharing targeting:
After check in, lady comes to me and says they have a gift for me. O follow here and talk to representative. He starts asking me about what shows we want to go to. After some time he offers me tickets half price
I ask why am I getting this? In return we like you to listen to 90 minutes sales pitch.
They never disclosed this to me in during the process I went through. I said ‘NO’ and didn’t get my ‘gift’.

Don’t lie to my face about a gift and do disclose you are targeting me for marketing purposes.

This is a hidden oasis, did not even feel like we were staying in Las Vegas, felt like a resort in Mexico, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Las Vegas that doesnt need the casino attached to your hotel, pool was great, room had everything we needed and staff were amazing

y planned tour was there celebration my birthday i asked if i could pay the difference and stay in that room so that i wasn’t changed and i could continue with my planes they said no they stated manger was going to reach out never did i had to follow up which they promised a basket full of goodies fir the inconvenience with i never got horrible experience

Since this is a time share property, we worked with a great sales person who promised us a free stay on Monday for touring. We were scheduled to tour property but low and behold, because the tour was after the Monday check out time- no one conveyed to security. Security came in our room, rummaged through our luggage - hid my heart medication and packed items into suitcase incl the rooms hair dryer. No phone calls or texts and they did this as a quick Starbucks run across the street.

Awful invasion of privacy and total lack of communication. Made complaint to corporate.

I would t go back unless they make this right.

Only 1 entrance to get onto the property with long line backed on to the street from a security check in.had to wait 15 minutes before we made it to said checkpoint. Was honestly annoying and very unnecessary Check in was at normal time 4pm but they make you check out early at 10am. Waited in like to check in for at least 30 minutes.

Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly until it was time to sell you on their timeshare.

Stay was to celebrate a birthday family couldn't even come onto the property to drop off gifts and wish our 6 year old a happy birthday. 5t

Mattress and pillows were hard as rock, sheets were super itchy and had stains. Room stayed consistently hot even though it was set to 64°

The only problems i had was soap in the bathrooms were empty in one and some one stole my hat for some reason. All the cameras and no help. Other than that; I enjoyed my stay.

This is my 3rd stay here. This time we had a water leak from the room above in the restroom ,
Next day smelt like sewer . Called office about the problem, next few days we had no issues . I would book again in the future. We love the pool and happy hour drinks 🍹 we even made breakfast in our room which was a plus.

Let’s start off with the worst part of the room. The sofas smelled like straight @$$!!! We made the mistake of leaving some blankets on them and the smell transferred over to them as well. The blankets on the bed were dirty and the new ones were ordered from the front desk were dirty as well. The room could have been cleaned a little better before allowing us to check in. The hotel check in staff were pretty short with us. They explained that there was no housekeeping services unless requested 24 hours in advance. They also explained that they will only be providing one parking pass and that there is nothing they can do if we lose it. The restaurant on site was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The pool was big and the waterslides were fun.

The staff isn’t the friendliest. I had an event so I checked in pretty late but informed the staff so they knew I was not going to be a no show. The man who checked me in was dry. Another woman was there when I walked in but there was no “welcome.” They claim to have rules including “quiet hours” but the room next to us was apparently having a party at 2 am. They woke us up & after 20 minutes of nonstop noise we called the front desk to let them know we could not sleep. 45 minutes later the noise was still going. Called the front again & they said they would have security check it out. Never heard or saw security in the hallway…Finally fell back sleep around 4pm only to have call my hotel and wake me up at 7 am to make sure someone was occupying the room! I checked in, paid and called several times throughout the night but they didn’t know my room was occupied?! I was very frustrated with little to no sleep & to have them call my room on a weekend before 8 am to wake me up just to see if I was in the room is crazy. Don’t waste your money here.

The pool area is awesome. Very clean, beautiful decor and the food/adult beverages were on point!!
We stayed in the 2bedroom suite. Totally speechless!!!! Full kitchen and mini bar area.

Hard to finding a socket I could plug into. Most of the wall outlets I couldn’t get anything to plug in or if it did it wouldn’t go all the way, hang loose.
Also pool music on before 8 am and loud enough I could hear it on the 7th floor with doors shut.

Room was beyond our expectations, only issue we had was with the smoke coming from the designated smoking section below us. The pool was wonderful, the kids were upset they couldn't play with dive sticks but overall had a blast either way. Staff was supper attentive and helpful whenever we needed.

Awesome pool. My kids loved the water slides and the pool was a great temperature. The slides do close often but only for a few minutes as the lifeguards rotate (it seemed that way).
We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The space was nice and was great to have a small kitchen. It was somewhat outdated and had a few things that didn’t work (like the lock on the bathroom door or drawers that wouldn’t stay shut) but the pool and game amenities made up for that. It was a great price compared to most other hotels. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’m sure if I had said something they would have done everything they could to fix it, but we weren’t really bothered by it.
