My 3-night stay at Days Inn was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort were not priorities. The bed sheets appeared dirty, the towels were yellow-stained, and the room felt poorly maintained. For a hotel charging nearly $399 USD per night, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable.

One of the most frustrating issues was housekeeping. We were never informed at check-in that room service would only be provided upon request. As a result, our room was not serviced, and we were left without basic necessities. Despite paying for a room for four guests, we were consistently given only two sets of towels. Whenever we needed additional towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, or tissues, we had to go to the front desk and retrieve them ourselves. Some nights, there weren't even enough towels available.

The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest services made the entire stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the advertised \"breakfast included\" consisted only of coffee, tea, water, bananas, oranges, and granola bars. There were no hot items or substantial breakfast options.

Overall, this was a disappointing and overpriced experience that did not come close to justifying the cost. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

El lugar está a muy limpio y bonito, el personal muy accessible aunque deberian de poner mas ya que es un poco tardado el check in, la alberca limpia, el hotel no cobra resort fee, pero si te descuentan un deposito de tu tarjeta y tardan en regresartelo. Todo lo demás un 100 de 10 cerca de ahí venden unos tacos bien ricos tienen que probarlos y súper económicos.

The staff was very helpful and prompt .
The room was not at the top condition but was clean. Looks like they just had a renovation or something with a new mirror and a new bench in the room.
The breakfast was grab and go style, from 4:30 to 10:00 am, so, unfortunately, there was no hot food items. They did have a couple of tables to sit and eat though.
The beds were comfortable and the Strip was about 15 min walk away.
Overall, it was a good enough hotel.

When the description said there was a breakfast, we were under the impression it would be more than an oatmeal cream pie and donut stick. The first room we were given the a/c did not work due to someone stuffing dryer sheets in the unit. The second room was fine, just old and outdated and the water in the shower didn’t turn off completely.

There was no clock in the room.
There were no coffee pods for morning coffee.
The Hot/Cold water in the bathroom were backwards.
The toilet seat was extremly low, too low to get up without grabrails, which there were none.
The \"Free Breakfast\" was a joke.

First, I'd like to say the staff went above and beyond to help me. I had surgery on my shoulder on Friday but I booked the hotel for Friday night. They let me park my car there while I was gone to the surgery center. I'd like to thank all of them there that helped me out. When I got back from my surgery they had someone help me to my room with my stuff. Unlock my door everything. It was funny. I asked the shuttle driver I said. I guess you just do everything around here now don't you, and he replied pretty much?. I like to thank Leslie that I met on Friday morning, and then I don't know how to pronounce her name but she followed her on Friday coming in at 7:00 a.m.. also the room was very very clean. Nice air conditioner so the room stayed really cool. So if you're looking for a nice place to stay and nice folks there at the Days Inn of Wyndham off the Vegas strip, that's your place to go. They also have a shuttle that goes directly to the airport and back. They have a small little area that you can get stuff to munch on for breakfast and they have two vending machines. Lobby is very clean also. And then also she's not at this property she works at. When you call the number the reservation line she works there. Her name is Julie and she was a 10 out of 10. She was so very polite and helped me beyond also. So thank you for her. All these people work so hard. They all deserve raises. Thank you again for being so kind to me. I sincerely appreciate you.

The room was decently clean but one of the beds in our room was very squeaky, which was really annoying. Even our toddlers weight made it creak. Room service was very poor, we ended up having to leave all our sheets on the floor for them to make our beds which they only made 1 out of 4 nights.
Will not be staying here again

The floor in my room was dirty. The bed was okay. There was a roach in my bathroom. The breakfast consisted of oranges and cheap crappy packaged sweets.
The maintenance guy stood about 6' away from the open door to the lobby smoking at breakfast time ...when I asked if Jennifer could ask him to smoke a little farther away I was told that that's where we smoke. I told her it made it hard for those of us that have breathing problems...I personally have COPD...she said he's been doing that for years. LIKE THAT MAKES IT OKAY!
The night clerk (James?) was super nice, friendly and helpful. Showed me how to start the EV charger so I was fully charged in the morning and ready to get on the road.
I appreciated the lemon cucumber water in the lobby in the evening and the coffee and teas.
I would not stay there again.

The Days Inn by Wyndham Las Vegas was a solid choice for my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations.

I would recommend it for travelers who want to be near the Strip without paying Strip prices. It's especially convenient if you're in town for a tournament, business trip, or simply prefer an off-Strip experience while still having easy access to everything Las Vegas has to offer.

Overall, it provides good value for the price and is a practical option depending on your budget and travel plans.

This was a last minute trip to go to a concert and all other hotels were charging an exorbitant amount for the available rooms.
1. I did like the fact that is was very close to Allegiant Stadium and to The Strip. There was plenty of parking on property, the outside does need a little updating , the room was relatively clean and served its purpose as just a place to shower and sleep. The cleaning staff did clean bathroom , replaced towels, changed or made the beds but did not to a very good job at mopping the floors. Thankfully I always wear slippers. The property was quiet outside the room, however, I could hear every single step/movement from the people upstairs. (thin walls or not well insulated)
2. The breakfast that was offered was very sparse so don't expect a traditional continental breakfast! There was bananas, coffee and I believe cookies & muffins. I have to say that was very disappointing.
3. If I need a last minute hotel I would stay again. BUT if I have ample time to plan my stay especially with my family, I would look for more updated hotels with real continental breakfasts.

Near Airport and did not hear plane noises inside room. Staff nice & quick check in. Spacious room. Bathroom area a little snug. No full body mirror. Did not use pool or had bfast. Easy entry and exit to property. Walking distance to MGM doable. Not too far from the Strip. Air conditioner works great. Airport shuttle and regular shuttle available for $4 person. I would stay here again.

Check in was easy as the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a little small, but served its purpose. It was clean and the air conditioner worked! The bathroom was clean, the caulking around the bottom baseboards could be detailed a little more. The take out breakfast was nice, very light, but also gets the job done. There were also small sitting areas for guests, as well as a small grill.

Just needed a room for one night. Close to airport. Affordable shuttle runs on the hour to and from. In room amenities included fridge, microwave and a safe. TV worked. Nicer bathroom amenities than I expected. Lots of pillows for the king bed. Comfy chair on wheels to sit at desk or easily slide next to bed. Staff was nice and checkin/out was easy. Oh and they were very responsive to texts, which started with one from them welcoming me to the property.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. The rooms were nice and seemed newly renovated. The area was quiet. Beds were comfy. Staff was great. James at the front desk went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was super personable, cracking jokes, and always brought great energy to the lobby.
