Overall clean and friendly staff. Location isn’t bad from the strip. The only down sides are the rooms are dated and the pools are very lackluster. Mandatory pay for valet parking per night is typical Vegas charge that we all know and don’t like. Will maybe stay again if rooms were more affordable.

They kept saying there was no pressure, but we had to tell the lady at the prize desk no at least 5 or 6 times. It was very frustrating. This wasn't even the tour, just the ask to take the tour.
The suite was not cleaned well. The furniture was very dusty (TV, night stand, dresser). The rug was not vacuumed well, there were visible things on the carpet and my socks were after walking around for a few minutes. There were visible streaks of something that someone had spilled on the furniture and it was never cleaned.

Here is the catch you had to attend a 90 minute conference, in the old days I would say to say you a time share. Needless to say we were not interested. Did we get a free gift as promised, absolutely not, I was expecting the monies offered but something should have been given.

We loved this resort for our family of 5. We got the two room villa. Plenty of space!! Everyone had their own bed. Bathrooms were a great size, kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t cook. The property was in a great location. Not on the LV strip but just close enough. The property was very clean and the staff was always welcoming and nice, especially the valet team. One aspect we did not love was the fact that pool bar on the 5th floor closed at 4:00 pm daily. The rooftop pool, while it stayed open past 4:00 pm, was very small and the bar only sat 8 people. This isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel as it was built this way, but just something we overall didn't love. Otherwise it was a good stay.

I really appreciate being at a hotel with no casino and no smoke. The hotel is easy to get to. Check in was very friendly. Lots of families at this hotel. Our room was perfect for my business partner and I since it had two bedrooms. We had our own space and own bathroom. Also our suite came with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. A little pricey but was worth the cost. My only complaint is there is no room service. Sometimes you are in your PJ's and just need someone to bring you food.

This hotel was very clean and very comfortable. It doesnt have all of the fanfare of a VEGAS hotel - its very much a place to stay but somewhere you wont want to spend all of your time in.
The walk to the strip is short, and convenient. We also used the valet and they have a great system for asking for your car.
Overall, for the price and location - we were very happy and would gladly stay here if being in a casino hotel wasnt a priority.
