Check the A/C in the room. We were there during March heat wave. A/C did not work, felt like we were being roasted alive. Had to call for Service to come fix at 5am. It was a module, and they fixed right away. Hotel staff should have checked this and caught it before putting guests in the rooms. Overall clean rooms. Comfortable bed and linens.
Drink prices at the bar were ridiculous, once again. Vegas really does not want to keep people coming back. $50 after tip for 2 drinks every time we went to bar.

We booked one bedroom corner unit with kitchen. The unit is overall in a good condition and clean.
To our surprise there were no kitchen utensils. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. When I called and requested utensils they brought us three plates, two cups and two plastic forks/knife packages. Very strange hospitality approach...

The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting. At best, the housekeeping changed the sheets, replaced the towels and sprayed cleaner in a couple of places but didn’t bother to wipe it off. First thing we noticed was that the toilet was not cleaned (and recently used if you know what I mean).
Food crumbs as well as a dried food spot on the table near the couch. I called down to ask for a new room and I the woman I spoke was quite rude and interrupted me saying I needed to go down to the lobby to get a new room and to bring all our stuff… this required us to ask and wait for yet another bell hop since they don’t let you use your own bell carts so we paid an additional tip to another bellman just to move rooms. I spoke with the manager and she did waive the resort fee for me and put us on a high floor (which the original front desk for said was not available when I asked for it the fist time). We also had to pay $40 for the night of parking. Incredibly expensive for very low quality.

Vdara was exactly what I needed — no casino, no smoke, just a clean and peaceful luxury experience. We were upgraded to the 56th floor for my birthday and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere is sleek and relaxing without all the overwhelming Vegas noise. 10/10, will definitely be staying here again! 🎂✨

Loved the view from our suite!!! Room was very clean. Large walk in shower too!! Small fridge but at least we had a place to put our leftover food from our meals and keep our beverages cold. No smart TV in our room to link our cells to play our favorite music.

The hotel is nice and in a wonderful location. The common areas are very small and have very little to offer. The pool is not huge but nice if not crowded. The rooms are nice but we got the wrong room. Supposedly we had a \"king size bed\" but the bed was not a true king but something in between a queen and a king. My biggest concern is the staff, I did not find them to be caring or helpful to solve problems. For example, there was no bellhops to help with suitcases and when I went to the desk (with my suitcases) I was told to go back outside and wait for them but there was no one outside. there also was no concern with getting the wrong room and when I asked for service they only did half of what was asked.

Amazing location. We enjoyed that there is no casino on the property, making the stay more enjoyable. Did not have to walk far to the main reception.
Very convenient that indoor walkways are attached to the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio.
Very friendly

Lovely suite hotel, staff were friendly.
Nice not to have a casino downstairs.
Relatively quiet except for one night around 2am when people were going to there suite and their voices travelled through the corridor and doors slammed which vibrated into our suite.
Apart from that one incident I’d stay there again.
There is a coffee machine but no coffee to put in it so take your own.

Our stay at Vdara was unfortunately not as satisfactory as we had expected, especially considering the price we paid.

We had booked two rooms for our family with the intention of staying close to each other. One part of our family even arrived two days earlier and informed the resort in advance about our request to have rooms close together, or at least on the same side. However, this request was not accommodated. In fact, our rooms were not even on the same elevator side. Each time we wanted to meet, we had to go down to the lobby, switch elevators, and then go back up to the other room, which became quite inconvenient throughout our stay.

Additionally, the sofa bed in the room could not be used, which further impacted our comfort and added to the disappointment.

While the room itself was okay, the overall experience did not meet expectations for the price and the level of service we anticipated. Given the inconvenience and lack of accommodation for a fairly reasonable request, our stay at Vdara was not as satisfying as we had hoped.

Nice property. We liked that it didn’t have a casino/non-smoking so it wasn’t super busy. No long waits for food or drinks. The spa was nice, it was higher end but not super luxury. Taxi station was super helpful. Connected to Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Aria hotels.

We didn’t get any house keeping during our 4 day stay. We had a toddler so you can imagine the mess over 4 days. The toddler has a spit up and we explicitly requested the front desk( since phone was not working and speaking to the cleaning staff in the hallway didn’t work ) , still no show of house keeping. Everything else was ok.

Check in was very slow only two hostess working the front desk.
Originally booked a studio room with king bed, prior to traveling hotel sent an email asking if we wanted to upgrade to a room with a view of the Bellagio fountain and we accepted. Then at check in hostess said non were available. I was really looking forward to it and was disappointed. Found several long hairs in the shower.
I did like that there was a walk way that connects the Vdara with the Bellagio, and the location was convenient.

Room was nice and view of Belagio fountains was cool. Nice to be able to cook in room but refrigerator is too small. Also no salt or pepper available anywhere in the hotel. Bring your own and any spices you need. Not many dining choices in Vdara. Aria has more but stinks of cigarettes and extremely expensive. Over $50 for 2 burgers and fries with no drinks.

I've always had a wonderful experience at Vdara Hotel. I've stayed here about 6 times. Each time was great. I have no complaints. this location is very central to other hotels or shopping. The bridge to connect to Cosmo or Bellagio is a huge bonus, to avoid the extreme heat or cold/dark nights in the Winter.

So nice having quick access from the curb to your room. No need to walk through a huge lobby and casino just to get to your room or the pool/spa. So many other options so close that it is hardly an inconvenience if you want the casino experience. Love the walkways to Aria and Vellagio.

Property and individual room was very nice. The staff members were all very pleasant. Communication could have been better because I arrived around 1:00 PM for check-in and was told that I would get a text when a room was ready. At 5:00, I still had not been notified. Upon asking at the desk, I was given a room.

I should also mention that the shower drain was rather slow, causing water to almost rise to the door ledge.

Upon booking it was not established that there would be a $480+ amenity fee. The room was NOT ready during regular check in hours, I was told I would get notified when it was ready and was never given any confirmation that it was ready. Hours later, I had to go back to the front desk to which the staff member had to call another representative and then was given my cards with no explanation, no apology or any compensation for the trouble.
The pool was not open until April 3rd to which the amenity price was not adjusted for. A staff member during an elevator ride mentioned that we could use the Aria hotel pool (this also happened to be on the 3rd.) The lack of communication from the front desk was absurd.
The kitchen was NOT stocked with any utensils, we had to request those. The mini fridge was TINY. The temperature was mildly cold as well. It also lacked a freezer.
When cleaning staff took any dirty dishes, they failed to replace anything that they took out. So it was a constant need to ask for replenishments of basic kitchen amenities.
The staff had lovely smiles but the stay was frustrating, lacked true amenities that were still FULLY priced, overall not a good experience.

I wanted to like this property, but unfortunately, there were a few things that weren’t great. The entire time we were staying, there were fans going in the hallway just outside our door. This occurred for our entire stay making it hard to sleep as they are extremely loud. At first, it started with just one fan, but then eventually went to two. We contacted the front desk and they were willing to remove the resort fees for one night. The tablet in our room was not working so we were unable to use it to order in suite dining. I was also annoyed that we were unable to mirror movies from our phone to the TV. The parking is awful as well. You have to park in the aria and walk from the aria parking structure through the aria around a walking path and back to the hotel. Valet obviously is more useful at this property. Overall, I enjoyed the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Nice property but disappointing service. The room was clean. Soundproof was good except for the door. Heard a lot of door slamming from neighbors after midnight so wasn’t able to sleep well. The in-room tablet did not work. I requested a new one AT LEAST 6 times and was told “we will put in a request” every time. But it didnt happen so I was not able to use it for my entire stay. Too bad because everything in the room said “check in-room tablet”. Since I didn’t have a working tablet, I didn’t know the prices. I got hungry and grabbed a snack from the room, then got charged a crazy fee for it…

“I originally intended to book a room at Aria, but somehow ended up at Vdara. Although the hotel is next to Aria, it doesn’t have its own shops or restaurants. Parking was quite inconvenient. The check-in line was very slow, with only two staff members working at the front desk. The staff also seemed unfamiliar with their own parking locations and directions, which was a bit frustrating. In addition, the front desk staff did not smile and came across as if they really did not care. That said, the room was spacious and clean.

Loved the cleanliness, awesome staff, and VERY quiet. We heard no noise whatsoever. The only thing I didn’t like was that they offered gummies and water, which made it look free, but there was a small sign that said to check the tablet in the room for prices. Our tablet didn’t work. I felt it was sleazy of them to make it look free (we were about to open it, but thank God thought of to phone the front desk first), when it wasn’t. I wish they were transparent with their prices, instead of trying to suck money out of you on the down low. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, I only suggest to watch out for things like this.

The property is top notch. Everything is great. The rooms especially seem bigger and more studio like than a lot of other hotels. There is a microwave and stove-that’s amazing .

The pool was closed for another month and I would have like to enjoy that but you can use the Aria’s pool which is nothing to complain about.

Vdara on the whole is a decent hotel, but is in serious need of a revamp as far as the rooms are concerned...we paid extra for a penthouse suite, but most of our electric blinds didn't work totally obscuring the view we paid for.
Upon notifying front desk at least a dozen times..We were eventually told after 4 days of complaining, that it was going to be un-repairable for the remainder of our stay!
Totally ruined our time there 😕
