Booked through Expedia expecting a standard hotel stay, but only after arrival learned it was a third-party managed unit with limited hotel services. This was not clearly disclosed during booking.

Housekeeping support was unavailable when needed, communication with the service provider was difficult, and we encountered hygiene concerns with unlabelled bathroom amenities and a strong sewage-like odor from one of the bathrooms. The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained, and cleanliness was below expectations. Front desk staff were generally unhelpful and unfriendly, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Had the third-party nature of this accommodation been properly disclosed, I would not have booked it. Make sure you verify whether the reservation is a third-party managed unit before booking.

When we arrived I wasn’t aware that housekeeping wouldn’t be offer since it was a third party booking. And when I asked for housekeeping I couldn’t get a hold of the owner to get the housekeeping done. Since we did stay more than 2 days. I did tried messaging on the site but got no response.but overall the room was amazing. View was beautiful.

Dirty room and absolutely no help from hotel or staff or Expedia. Had to get a different hotel entirely and lost all of the money because the owner suite we rented couldn’t be cleaned for some reason and they gave us no contact details. Please just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I mean this - it isn’t worth it.

The room itself was lovely, with plenty of space and wonderful views. The only problem was that housekeeping IS NOT associated with the MGM hotel itself. It’s a private residence rented through an arrangement with Expedia. We spend a good portion of our stay trying to find a way to get more towels, but never did. I can’t imagine what would have happened if we’d had a more significant need. It’s a great room, but you’re basically on your own if you need anything.

We had an amazing time with my family. The suites at the Signature section of the MGM are fantastic, very private, and spacious. The pools at the resort are amazing, including a lazy river. We will come back in the future.

Book the state through Expidia apparently if you need an extra towel, you have to contact Expidia nothing to do with the hotel terrible condition dirty beds, unfriendly reception stuff not willing to help whatsoever travelling with kids asking for two extra towels and one bedding was impossible. We’ve been told we have to book our concierge meaning the third-party we booked weight. Expidia was not helping us at all either we left and asked for a refund. They looked at us like we are Garbage and never gave it to us. I will not recommend staying there whatsoever far away from everything. Nobody can give you directions. We stayed two hours fighting for towels and bedding and we’ve been told several times we need to contact our third-party, which was Expidia do not book this hotel.

When the trip was booked I didn't realize I was booking a privately owned condo in the hotel. The location, price and amenities were all great. We enjoyed the view and the walk to the strip was quick. Cleanliness was a major issue with our unit. The housekeeping service was offsite seemed more of a hassel to deal with them so we took care of issues on our own.

We found lots tape on the crown molding (probably from banners or streamers that were taped up - probably a great party!) and several strands of lady's black hair and brown hair (figuring multiple people), in the sheets and bathroom. We changed the bed linnes and cleaned the bathroom. When we started up the jetted tub dark colored \"stuff\" came out of the jets. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it and sanitized it as well. We loved using the tub each morning after that. We did not have daily housekeeping.

The front desk, bell staff, guard at the entrance gate were all very accomodating, professional and amazing. Loved sitting out by the pool at the main MGM Grand and Tower 2.

When booking at the MGM Signature be aware that most of the rooms are privately owned and you should expect more of an Airbnb experience and not a \"hotel\" experience. We were in room 10-809

Despite a few unexpected items, we will stay here again.

I am never staying here ever again, this is also a timeshare so they do not provide any clean towels, they do not clean your room and parking is a mess, if you get back late like around 9:00 pm, they make you park your car all the way at the MGM.
Each time, I would call the front desk to ask for towels etc, they would always tell me to contact the 3rd party where I made the reservation, how would they expect for me to contact Expedia and ask them for clean towels!!! Plain ridiculous. Don’t do it, such a bad experience, go somewhere else.

Nice but there was a sewage smell in the master bathroom and the front door didn’t fully close without help so could have easily been left open. The deposit is high considering the cost of the suite. But great view and location . Lived it except the smell .

The Toliet was plugged in one bathroom and it leaked. No hot water in same bathroom. Called front desk they said it was privately owned and owner opted out of help from main staff. They did come fix it after several calls to front desk. Front desk friendly just not happy with booking through third party but mainly that owners didn’t work with MGM Signature. Also there 5 days no cleaning service ever came to clean

The room was great. It’s that we did not know it was owner owned. That’s the first time I’ve heard of it. The room did not get cleaned or garbage taken out unless we call the host which is Hotels.com I guess to let them know. We were told that hotel workers can not go into the room without permission from the owner or host. When I booked the room I did not see anything stating that.
Other than that the stay was good.

I asked for a nice room and was immediately cut off saying the rooms are already pre picked and cannot be changed as they are like air and b.. belonging to a person and they rent it out … lucky the room I had was good and was happy… very roomy, clean and comfortable. They don’t have self parking and spent more than 60 dollars in tips for a couple of days .. also having to wait 10 to 20 min for my car every time. On the last night, they ran out of valet space and told me to park at rhe mgm self parking about 20 min walk from the place … parking situation was a 2 out of 10

I liked the property itself, it was really nice. We stayed in the owner 1 bed suite. The room was pretty roomy, with a kitchenette and jetted tub.It had a great view of the strip as well. I didn't like that the only option for parking was valet and your guests couldn't park at your hotel. They only allowed one car per unit on the property. The valet wait times were very long which was upsetting. The pool hours were also not great, one of the pools didn't open until 10am. Also when I needed more towels, I called the concierge desk and was told since I booked through a third party, they couldn't help me and told me call another number. So I probably woudn't stay here again, there were too many inconvenieces.

We didn’t receive house keeping throughout our stay. We called for house keeping, personally spoke to cleaning staff but didn’t receive any attention with that matter. I spoke with front desk personnel but said they took no responsibility as it was through a 3rd party which was very disappointed as I have booked stays in Las Vegas with other properties and received that assistance. Also with the valet service for the majority of the time they couldn’t get our car to turn on so we had to walk over to the car garage to retrieve our vehicle from the parking garage

Check-in process could have been a little better. We arrived at 2:30PM, but weren't allowed to actually go in to the room until 3PM. I was told it wasn't under MGM management since I booked through Expedia, so I had to reach out to the owner of this particular suite. I didn't want to go through the hassle since it was only 30 minutes, so I just waited. The room itself was great. Full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Living room with a sofa bed and full restroom with a shower near the kitchen area for my 2 daughters. My wife and I had a completely separate bedroom and another restroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Perfect for my small family of 4. We had reservations for July 6th - 9th. On the morning of the 8th while we were getting ready to make our way down to the lazy river (around 9AM) our power went out. When my wife called the Front Desk, we were told that the owner probably didn't pay their light bill since they hadn't received any calls on that floor. We were told we had to reach out to the host since the room was not under MGM management. It is almost impossible to find a contact number and navigating through the Expedia contact number is brutal. Long story short, I was on the line for over 90 minutes with Expedia to find me another suite, but unfortunately it was smaller. No separate bedroom. My wife and I spent another 90+minutes packing all our belongings and moving them to our new room, all while we left our daughters at the lazy river. Brutal experience.

Very nice condo, very very secure from the public, security gates with guards and to access feo. The casino you need your key to swipe for access.
The only drawback is it is a bit of a walk fron MGM Grand but it is connected with a sky bridge. Just follow the signs.
Bring food drinks , go to the store you got a mini fridge microwave and small electric stove , you can keep meals pretty darn cheap or pay the exorbitant food prices on the strip , your choice. I will definitely stay here again it is cheaper rates on here than going through the front desk. Which we had to do since our flights got canceled due to severe weather at home, had to book 2 extra nights and the hotel staff was very gracious amd helpful.

The soap dispensers did not display what they were in the shower also there was no cream for my coffee I asked the front desk for cream and they had to go find out through other channels to see if that was a provided item because we ordered through hotels.com it seemed like they did not like renting through there also the carpet was dirty so if I had stains.

I’ve always been a fan of this hotel in fact this was the second time I’ve stayed there within the last 30 days. However, This last experience just set me over the edge and I don’t think I’ll go back. Upon checking in the front desk person was like what time is your check in time and to which I say well isn’t it typically 3pm at this hotel? Shouldn’t you tell me what time it is? Then she says well this isn’t managed by us so we don’t know. Which caught me off guard but whatever we got checked in and all was fine until it was bedtime and I found the extra bedding for my kids for the pull out sofa. We found it crinkled up in the closet and on it is a white crust all over it!!! So we call down to the front desk and ask for a fresh blanket to which she rudely said no! It’s not managed by us. Talk to the owner. Well I booked this through Expedia not Airbnb I have no owner contact info! On the Expedia email it says to direct any questions to the signature staff.

I had no idea it was not managed by them. All I knew is that I booked the signature. I went down and tried to talk to them in person and the lady was so incredibly rude it was unbelievable. So I had to give my blanket to my kids and I was so uncomfortable all night due to not having a blanket.

I have to give this hotel a 10/10! The balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and the Sphere. The room was immaculate, the staff went above and beyond, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic Las Vegas stay!

I will most definitely be staying here again. I absolutely loved everything about my room. It had everything I needed and more. The balcony with the amazing strip view was a highlight for us at the Signature! The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was spotless, and having a fridge, microwave, and 2-burner stove was super convenient. Plus, the free parking was a great bonus. I highly recommend this place—10 out of 10!

Awful experience. Hotel staff was no help because I booked through a “third party” aka hotels.com… which has never happened to me. Didn’t get to sleep in the room the first night because it reeked of marijuana and the room was filthy and not clean when we checked in… which was at the regular check in time. I’ll never stay here again, please look elsewhere.

We stood there 3 nights and we couldn’t get more towels the next day or toilet paper because we didn’t book straight from them.
