I was in town for a large convention and by the time we confirmed attending most hotels were booked. I had stayed at MGM Grand before so knew The Signature would be great! It definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely book there again.

February 2026. Went to Vegas to see the Eagles at the Sphere and chose to stay at the Signature as we had stayed here before. Previously we had booked thru MGM this time we booked thru ILS as we got a premier corner suite for the same price. Overall we were very happy with our choice. The rooms were clean, had great views and all the facilities we needed. Previously we had been in Tower 1 and this time we were in Tower 3. The decor of the rooms is identical just a little further to walk to get to the MGM Grand, it’s all inside though with some escalators so no problem for us. Overall the suite was great although they are starting to look a bit tired, but the showers, spa bath, fridge, cooker and everything else all worked fine and were clean. If you don’t mind the walk the Sig is a great place to stay as it is quiet and smoke free, uber will pick you up from reception or you can walk out the MGM Grand and you are on the strip. We would recommend.

The room was in terrible condition and hadn’t been cleaned between guests. There was dried clumps of food on the chairs, couch, and carpet. There was hair in the bed as well as a large clump of hair in the bathroom. The room should not be rented until much needed renovation are made. We checked out two days early and stayed at the Fountainebleau. I would never stay here again or recommend this property to anyone. A big waste of money.

Room was a little dirty and I couldn’t get ahold of maintenance when I lost my earring down the sink drain but other than that it was wonderful. It was a quiet condo with a view of multiple streets around the strip and had a view of the Sphere also. Valet was convenient and they were amazing. Would definitely stay again!

Bed was super old and broken. Two wash cloths but 20 bath towels. Furnace/ac cover not secured to the wall. Valet parking was nice until I had to walk a mile and a half both ways to park my car at the MGM lot. If you don’t have the capacity to park your people in their area maybe offer a shuttle or a cart to ride. Front desk agents less than attentive.

Love this Hotel, but this private room needs to updated. Cheap dollar store slip covers on cushions and the pillows on couch looked like they spent time outside on the ground. Bed and pillows were not comforatable. Room Cleaning job is sub-par.

My trip was 1/15/26...Let's start with a message I sent on 12/20/25 requesting information about the type of coffee maker in the room, which was never answered.
Upon arriving at the property I requested an early check in with the front desk associate who informed me that I had to get approval from the owner (LSI). I called 3 times with no answer. One of the calls i was on hold for 9 minutes before i finally gave up and hung up. I also sent a message through the expedia app requesting an early check-in...no response.
Upon check in (at regular time) and entering my suite I noticed the furniture was dated & damaged and the room appeared very unclean, the carpeting, walls, refrigerator/freezer, couch, chairs, table, lamp, nightstand, ice bucket, other surfaces and the coffee maker...the coffee maker was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The balcony did not have any furniture, chairs/table, as represented in the listing.
When the bell hop brought my bags up is when we figured out the doorbell was inoperable. I reached out to LSI in the expedia app and Tyra N. called me almost immediately after where i explained to her what all i had observed. She sent me an email requesting photos, to which I sent approximately 40 photos showing all the damages and lack of cleanliness. She made arrangements for me to switch rooms.

Excellent location in the heart of Las Vegas, just one block from the Strip. We stayed on the 24th floor with fantastic views of major landmarks such as the High Roller wheel, the Sphere concert hall, and the Cosmopolitan and New York hotels. The room was very spacious, cozy, and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge, many snow white towels were provided, and the jacuzzi was a very nice bonus after long walks. The reception staff were very friendly.
Among the disadvantages, we have to mention. The furniture and plumbing fixtures are quite worn. The kitchen is minimally equipped for cooking; there was only one fork for two people, and we were never provided with an extra one during our 5-day stay, even though they promised it on the first day. We couldn`t get the coffee machine to work. Bathrobes were also not available, although they are listed in the description. The deposit can only be paid with a physical card; Google Pay is not accepted.

Room was very tired, the fridge was in disrepair, there was a partial bottle of tequila still in the fridge (too bad it wasn't full!), taps leaked, the curtains weren't hung and the furniture was beaten up. There was an odor as well that required the balcony door to be open. Plus - poor lighting.

My Wife and I stayed for 5 nights just to get out of the cold and the wind back home. We've stayed at Signature many times and love the location and amenities the property offers. We were not impressed, however, by the particular unit we got this time!
Issues:
Shower was clogged and draining very slowly. The floor in the shower was disgusting and didn't look like it had been cleaned!
Hair dryer didn't work. Management company was very responsive in getting us a different one.
Kitchen only had one glass and two wine glasses.
Coffee maker used pre-packaged coffee, of which only four were provided, and three of those were decaf! Only one outlet worked in the kitchen.
Balcony was not very clean. A lot of bird poop.

We love the property, and will definitely stay there again, but the privately-owned, third-party units can vary greatly in their overall condition.

I believe both Expedia and the property could communicate more clearly about what guests should expect. This location operates more like a vacation rental than a traditional hotel, but that isn’t stated prominently. There’s a small note about limited room cleaning, yet no clear indication that basic items and services come with additional charges.

Although the base rate seems straightforward, many standard hotel conveniences cost extra, which noticeably affects the overall value of the stay.

It would be helpful if future guests were given clearer information upfront so they can make an informed decision.

My room card was not working so I stood in line at the front desk to have it re-keyed. As I waited an approximately 15 year old minor was at the desk talking to the clerk. As I waited, I overheard the clerk going back and forth with the teen about needing ID or his parents to give him keys to what sounded like a high rise, more expensive room. After a few moments the clerk went to the back room and eventually returned, giving the MINOR, not one, but FIVE keys to a room with no ID, no parent, no nothing. Apparently the minor was the kid of someone they deemed very important and did not want yo make waves with the parents. However, when I walked up, the clerk asked for my ID after I had given him my name, room number, and he had verified me on the computer. When I reminded him of his earlier actions with the minor and his failure to ID the minor, he became real \"sassy\" and again demanded my ID, which i showed him because it was the right thing to fo. This incident is a clear example of preferential treatment, but beyond that, I am absolutely sure that providing 5 keys to a minor for him and his friends for Formula 1 weekend, was out of policy. I reported this to a female manager, who basically looked at me like I was crazy instead of acknowledging the issue.

The carpet was never adequately vacuumed so I wore shoes for my entire stay. My husband and I had a great stay from Florida! At first, I was very weary due to reading all the other negative reviews but my room was great. We had a balcony suite. The room was clean and tidy. Balcony was nice. Staff was very friendly. And the included valet parking is a very nice perk!
The other thing I would say is the rooms could use some updating but not a deal breaker. I would stay again.

The room was totally unmade, food was all over the counter, the bed was unmade, and wet towels all over the bathroom. Nobody answered the phone number after multiple calls, and no email is available. We had to check into another hotel. We tried to cancel the other 2 nights of our 3-night stay, but we never got an answer at the phone number we had. We would like a full refund. American Express is charging us the full amount. The owner seems to think he is in the right. Very bad business ethic. I've used Hotel.com for years and never had a problem. I hope you can help with this situation. The owner of this room seems to be a bit shady and you might want to rethink doing business with him. This was a very poor experience, and I think Hotel.com should stand behind us as long-time clients.

The hot tub was dirty it had hair and dirt rings in it. The TVs did not work called the front desk, they sent maintenance and the issue was still not resolved. The room had food and other objects left in the closet and refrigerator. There was a musty odor in the room. The curtains had holes in them. For the price this was unsatisfactory totally. Will not stay again

Had to go to a friends room to get a roll of toilet paper because MGM said that it wasn’t one of there rooms so I had to contact who were in charge. For the price you would expect top notch but it's not. Apparently it's a privately owned space and it does not meet standards you would expect for the money. Although a spacious area/rooms, the furniture is old and tattered, the bed is old and outdated, do not expect a decent cup of coffee from the cheap little coffee maker, no room service, $30 dollars for fresh towels, and the best information/advice available is from the valet and bellman which of course you have to pay for.

When I arrived at the hotel; I was informed that my reservation was cancelled and the stay was already paid for. This was not done by Expedia, but LSI Suites. After lengthy conversations with Expedia support, they were able to reach the property manger to correct the reservation.
This is completely unacceptable considering I previously stayed at LSI and booked through Expedia without issue. I did not have any problems with the room itself, but I would not recommend this property based on this experience.

The rooms are very outdated. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The couch was old and the seats were covered with a couch cover! The bathroom shower was dirty with mold spots all over and at the bottom and on the door. Very disappointing and not at all what I would consider a 4 star property. I would never choose to stay here again.
A positive is the location and the staff. They were all nice and helpful.
The rooms leave a lot to be desired!

We booked a stay at Luxury Suites International at The Signature and were extremely disappointed. From the start, the room was in unacceptable condition. The couch had fabric awkwardly draped over the cushions, which we assumed was covering a minor tear. Later that night, we discovered the truth—there was a huge brown stain and what looked like mold growing under the hide-a-bed mattress. Instead of properly addressing the issue, management had clearly tried to cover it up.

On top of that, the vanity mirror in the bathroom was broken and literally hanging by its cord, creating an obvious safety hazard. The iron in the closet was burnt and dirty, leaving black marks that ruined our clothes when we tried to use it.

To make matters worse, we spent most of our trip trying to deal with these problems through the property management team, only to receive little to no resolution. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we wasted valuable time chasing fixes that never came.

What makes this even more disappointing is that we have stayed here many times before with great results, even recommending this facility to family and friends. Sadly, this experience was dishonest, unsafe, and a complete failure of basic hospitality standards. The fact that these conditions were knowingly rented out to guests is beyond unacceptable. Our trip was ruined, and we strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

This is an Aparthotel with a good location just a descent walk to the strip and is also connected to the MGM hotel. It has a descent amount of space in the room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. They also have a good pool and Best of all it’s safe with a gated compound and parking is free and they have vallet parking with in and out privileges.

\"Good Price, But Could Use a Deep Clean\"

The price was definitely the highlight — super affordable for the area. That said, cleanliness was lacking. The tub had visible mildew that looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while, and the bedsheets were really itchy and uncomfortable. If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash and don’t mind skipping the luxury or spotless experience, it does the job. But if cleanliness is a priority, this might not be the best fit.

The suites here are excellent value for money. Some reviews note dated furniture, which is true, but it is clean and you get a lot of space for your money. We enjoyed the facilities of all the MGM properties which is why you pay the resort fee.

Monorail access is great to see North end of the strip.

Unit/property is run down. Bedroom door wouldn't close. Unit needs a refresh. Fixtures, cabinet knobs, doors, are broken. Elevators are dirty and old.

Disappointing. Furniture was old and tired looking. Carpets were dirty and layers of dust was evident on many surfaces. We requested a room change after one night due to the shower not working properly. This was very inconvenient, as staff at front desk were not able to do this, because when I booked this through Expedia, I did not realise it was booked through a third party, LSI - Luxury Suites International.
Spent almost an entire day, contacting LSI via the hotel phone, and hanging around the hotel waiting for LSI staff (LSI do not have their own staff on the property) to come and check the condition of our room, and to confirm that a room change for us was necessary. By this time, it was 3.30pm.
Although the shower worked better in the new room, the overall cleanliness and condition of the room was not 4.5 star standard. We have stayed at The Signature on two separate occasions previously, and loved it. This was when the property was newer, owned and managed by MGM Grand. It appears that nothing had been replaced over the years, under the management of LSI. Unfortunately, I can only upload photos on here and not videos. I have better video footage to show the true condition of the junior suite we were given. LSI did try to compensate us with an upgrade to a suite with balcony, and strip view, and the lady who dealt with our complaint was very friendly and helpful.
It is very frustrating that no management staff of LSI are on site. All communication was via WhatsApp.

Absolutely loved that this was one street off the strip, rather than on it. It made transportation so much easier and quicker. Loved the fact it was a non-smoking property unlike all the others. Loved the fact that the room had everything, like a balcony, a full kitchen area, and a massive bathroom with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was really nice, but not properly cleaned. The floors also looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Everything else was great. The indoor connection to the MGM was awesome and loved that we had access to that hotel's amenities, because their pool was much larger and more lively, not to mention they have a lazy river pool too! The 3 pools at the Signature is cool, but the two that were open were kinda small, and the one that wasn't open seemed like the best one, so that was a bummer. All in all, definitely would like to return again, as the place was beautiful, high-end and convenient.

Cleaning service is horrible, room was very dirty when we got there, fridge had a spill and wasnt clean, dust every where, not vaccumed and dirty bathrooms, I asked to be moved to a different suite and they kept me waiting and never happened.

Of all the units I’ve stayed in @Signature, this is the worst maintained and dirty unit in the complex. My feet were dirty as soon as I stepped out of the shower. The tv was broken and the management company couldn’t figure out how to fix it and then ignored my complaints the remainder of the trip.

We got to our room and one of the sink faucets was broken. Electrical outlets did not work. The bed mattress and pillows were old and broken down and sunk in the floor was dirty. There was an extra random refrigerator pushed up against a wall next to the desk. There were cushion covers that did not match the couch on the couch cushions. And we could never talk to anybody at the property management office. We ended up leaving the room after one day and had to get another hotel room directly through the hotel. And the hotel was amazing and took great care of us unlike this company.. I have pictures and even sent them to them, but they don’t care.

Terribly maintained property. Dirty carpet, walls, counters. My feet got dirty almost immediately after exiting the shower. LSI was unresponsive to my complaints

House keeping didn't clean the Coffee maker. Coffee maker had grounds from previous guest. Room was old with scratches on the table, and the carpet needed cleaning.
The staff was friendly, and answered all the questions we had.

We stayed at the International Suites for 4 nights. The apartment was a good size and was in a great location. The only challenge was that the main bedroom door did not close properly and it was slight lacking in kitchen utensils, my wife is a coeliac and we decided to eat in as she get worried.

Amazing view, clean, comfortable

Amazing views! The balcony is gorgeous, a little nerve wracking if you don’t like heights but hubs was obsessed and spent a lot of time out there. Loved how it was attached to MGM and walking distance to the strip. So much to do on property, the salon was incredible and it had the best pedicure of my life. Beds were comfy, could have used some type of turn down service for being there 3 days. So maybe the interior is slightly outdated but clean and comfortable. Absolutely recommend for a couples getaway.

Property is out dated. By that I mean furniture, carpets all need upgrade. Great room but not taken care of. Shower handle broken, water damage on ceiling in bathroom, lights in living area in good condition. No updated area for technology. Pool experience was sad. Only one pool available during week and didn’t open on time. Also by using the 2nd pool only the sun is not out from behind buildings till noon. Pool 1 offers sun earlier in day. This is our 4th time at Signature but will probably be our last. Possibly Signature rooms are kept better than Resort.

The furnishings in my unit were worn compared to my friends' room. There was noticeable dust and crust in the room and bathroom didnt seem clean. I asked the front desk for cleaning supplies but I had to contact the rental company. I had to send pictures and they took the complaint. But could not get anyone the first night (Sun). I asked when I might be able to take a bath. 2 days and no reply on Tues. 3 days (Wed) they asked if someone from the team could come to the room. I had already said do not enter without me there, so I replied that again. When I returned the towels had been changed so someone did enter. I had already purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned what I needed. I did ask for compensation and have yet to hear back from them.

It is a fabulous property. The common grounds/pools managed by MGM are well cared for and clean. unfortunately the property management company has not maintained the suites appropriately. Cleaning was a concern and communication with the off site property managers was difficult. The company has failed to reply to some of the concerns and pictures I brought to their attention for improvement.

The room we were given was horrendous. No coffee cups. One fork and two spoons. Coffee not replenished. Expedia did not tell us it was privately owned and hotel would not help us with missing amenities or non-working lights. Mattress was poor quality

The condo was nice with an exceptional view of the strip. Had a couple of maintenance issues that were addressed quickly. Missing an iron although there was an ironing board. We were allowed to check in an hour early thanks to the property front desk staff.. Overall, a great place to stay.

The reason I picked this Hotel was for the bath tub and it did not work! The hot water handle was not working so I didn’t even get to use it! It was disappointing. View was nice and room was nice but the reason I booked it was for the hot tob
