Though this place is old, it is, for the most part, well maintained. Not necessarily deep cleaned, but still okay. Pillows were lumpy and awful, bed a little hard. Can hear all voices and noises from the hall. Hot tub was nice. Great location! Walked right over to Bellagio, only 2-3 minute walk. Maybe better signage to actually know which building to get to for our room. That was a little confusing. Friendly check in ladies though. Nice that the door to the main building has to have key to get into. If you are looking for the best location, this is the place...just don't expect luxury.

We arrived earlier than check-in and had a show to get to. The front desk took all of our luggage and held it for us, delivering it to the room and everything. The rooms were clean and stocked with a perfect view of the Bellagio Fountains.

The parking situation, signage and entry to the hotel when you arrive is a nightmare. I wandered around with my suitcase asking people where do you check in for a long time. Plus, the room hasn’t been updated for what looks like 40 years. No outlets to charge your phone in the bedroom, and barely any at all.

During our stay, the staff was friendly and polite. The rooms are a bit outdated with worn furniture and scuffs and scrapes on the walls. But it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. During our stay, the rooms were undergoing a remodel, so I'm looking forward to seeing the new upgrades when we stay in the future.

This was one of my worst experiences in Las Vegas. The room was really outdated. Mildew everywhere, torn carpet, holes in the floor. TV didn't work, phone didn't work. Nobody available to fix anything.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, offering very convenient access to the Strip. While it took a bit of time to find a parking spot, the fact that it is free is a great perk.
Our rooms were clean, though they did feel slightly dated. My main concern was the open access to the parking garage and elevators; since it is open to the public for casino access, we encountered a very strong smoke smell in those areas. However, we felt safe throughout our trip and enjoyed the experience overall.

The staff were friendly and amenities were very clean! We had our own kitchen facilities, everything was clean! The overall experience was great! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family who would go over and visit! I WILL definitely stay here again! Was very central on the strip! Was quiet and felt safe! Just a nice place! Little dated but still very nice and clean and quiet and friendly and in a perfect position on the strip!

Never book this place. They are third party not the actual resort. They work only during week days and they wont respond your phone calls or emails. You possibly will loose your communication with them. I do not recommend them to you at all. Go a gead and book using an actual resort or hotel agent.

Totally 1970's furnishings, well worn but clean. A 2 star level condo. We used it for 2 guys sharing a trip to Formula 1, the tiny bathroom is inside the main bedroom so the guy on the old school fold out horrible sofabed had to go through the primary bedroom to get to the bathroom. But great location right on the strip and a view of Bellagio fountains, though it was in the rear most building.

We stayed here for five nights, and overall it was a disappointing experience. Since we were traveling with our young child, having a kitchen was important to us, and in that regard the hotel was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction stove, and even new dishwasher detergent and sponges. That part was truly convenient.

However, the hotel itself is very old, and it is definitely not an example of an “old but well-maintained” property. The overall cleanliness was lacking, and the carpet was extremely dirty. Housekeeping was also not provided daily, even during our 5-night stay.

Unfortunately, because of these issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

We were given a unit in the derby tower which is very dated and in need of remodeling. The carpeting was torn in a few places, the bed sheet didn’t fit the bed, no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the door to the bathroom didn’t close properly. The view was of a wall and we received a flyer that there would be noise from the remodeling on the upper floors. We like the front tower and would have preferred to stay in it. Wish we were informed of all of this when I made the reservation but you use customer service outside of the USA so I guess this is standard practice?

It was confusing trying to find the lobby to check in. The parking was also confusing. We finally found the right level, but at the far end not close to the Jockey Club. The room itself was great. The light switches made no sense. No wall switch to turn lights on in the bedrooms. Several light switches in the kitchen that didn't turn anything on.

We got a 1bdrm suite so our adult son could have Shia own space from our snoring. Liked the separate bdrm. Kitchen facilities were nice to have. Sufficient amt of space. Dated but comfortable and could get a glimpse of Bellagio fountains from our room.

Overall, the room is big enough for 2 people, the appliances/thermostat work, and the location is superb. On this unit's downsides, it had dirty carpet (our feet were very dirty after taking a shower and walking into the living room) and a temperamental shower where I couldn't figure out the hot water.

Room was clean but the property is poorly maintained. We've been staying here for years but the maintenance has drastically declined. The room had missing door latches, distorted mirror peeling, main mirror above dining room table metal frame peeling. Livingroom sofa & chair replaced with mismatched cushions and arm covers. Room decor in major need of updating.
However, the location, free parking and no resort fee remains stellar.

Property is old and rooms haven't been updated in decades. Recommendation for the property to remove the carpets and replace with hard flooring - - you should never walk barefoot on hotel room carpets, but especially NOT at this property!!! Also, I may have missed it, but, if not, the property description should inform guests before they book that they will have light housekeeping duties of removing the bed linens and taking out the garbage. Aside from that, once you get familiar with the Jockey/Cosmo maze, the property is very conveniently located with parking included, so there's that. And suite sizes are large. This is a good budget option if that's what you're looking for.

I'm ambivalent about staying here again...

Beats staying in a Casino

I have stayed at the Jockey Club for years for business. It is located on the grounds of the Cosmopolitan and right next door to the Bellagio so the location is very convenient. What I love about it is that I don't actually have to go into a casino if I choose not to. I don't have to walk a mile to find the room. I can make coffee in the room without getting dressed and going downstairs and paying $$$ for a coffee, and I can bring my left overs home with me. There is even a small market right in the lobby with essentials! The rooms are small apartment style with a kitchen and living room, some with one bedroom, some with two. It is not glamorous. It is in serious need of updates but it is clean and makes life so much easier than staying in a casino!

We called in advance since we arrived early. They wouldn’t let us know if the room was ready for arrival until we were in front of them which would have wasted a ton of time if it wasn’t. The lobby acts like the rest of the hotel would be nicer. You walk in your room which is completely dark. No lights. Old dirty and windows sound like you’re still outside. The back rooms are agains a wall full of AC units so noisy. It’s old I get that but clean more and do some updates. It’s much needed. I travel to LV 5 times a year and I felt dirty leaving this place. Couldn’t get out fast enough.

Great experience!! We just came back from our family trip and as a family with 4 kids budget is importance but founding this place we didn’t have to sacrifice the amazing experience of Las Vegas! From the accommodations we needed, the accessibility to everything in the strip, the convenience of having access to the Cosmopolitan, the amazin staff they were so friendly, understanding of our needs, helpful and resourceful. Our family suit was so nice, clean and comfortable, convenient and provided with everything our family needed.
Definitely a new family favorite in the strip!

Check in was horrible. They acted like our room may never be available. My wife at one point asked if it would be available by 10 pm and they responded with maybe. How do you exspect us to pay for a room that we \"might\" be able to check into. I see that they state that their rooms might not be available on time and that it is not \"their problem\" if it is ready on time or not... what a joke... they should have gave me a discount atleast.

It's cheap. But there is a reason. It's very old and the furniture in the rooms is practically falling apart. It looks like a frat house. They use a lot of deoderizer in the room to where I was nauseated. What would it smell like without it though? I shudder to think. Do yourself a favor and trust your gut. It's cheap for a reason.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. I didn't even realize that it was a whole studio apartment. It even has a coffee pot, silverware, a whole set of dishes and pots and pans! There are two TVs and a \"boombox\". I would definitely stay here again. It's clean and surprisingly quiet and accommodating. I loved it.

We didn’t have a safe in our apt which was a bit of a nuisance we did report it and they thought that all apts were equipped with one, if there was one, we couldn’t find it anywhere.

10pm 3/3....Terrible customer service. The worst experience i have ever had. 😪. The individual at the front did not explain directions and processes regarding where the room was and parking even though everything on that property consists of multiple buildings, casinos and buildings. After fallowing her instructions me, my wife and kid were lost in the mgm building with our luggage in hand. The place also stinks of smoke very badly. My wife said her mouth and throat were feeling very irritated from it. My throat is burning right now even though they emphasize the property as nonsmoking. I dont recommend this place at all.

We are so happy we found the jockey club for our trip! We have two young kids and went with another young family. Having the kitchen and living room space made everything so spacious! Its right next to the cosmo so easy access to the strip! Will definitely book again in the future!

Nobody answers the phone, there was mold in the shower, popcorn ceilings even though online showed upgraded rooms… ripped carpet. Very poorly taken care of property and I would suggest that it is NOT on your site for people to book because it is not even worth any savings!!
