Paper thin walls!!! No sound isolation at all. You can hear people walking in the hallway, rooms next to you sound like it's inside your room literally. Room service next door woke us up at 8am with loud vacuum, for the price find a better hotel. Casino smells like cigarettes, food is extremely overpriced specially room bar, 12$ for can of soda or skittles??? Lol no thank you, 17$ for bottle of water, paid parking, dirty street outside looks not safe at night.

Our shower was a little wonky and water was all over the floor. Not great noise cancellation but we can complain when we are in Vegas. The beds where comfy but upgrade if you can since the double room are a little small. Overall it was a pleasent stay.

I enjoyed my first time but my second time was a little more rough. The check in line was so long and we showed up at 9pm. The self check in did not give me my room and I had to get in the long line. Once I made it to my room I went to bed right away and the AC never turned on. I was so uncomfortable all night and morning getting ready. They came to fix the AC while we were out and the rest of the stay went good.

It was an alright stay. The room was cleaned by staff, but they don't appear to deep clean it. Smudges on the door, the light fixtures. The interior of the hotel wasn't as exciting as others on the strip. The pool was shut down for a remodel which was a huge bummer. In the future, we will look into staying at a different hotel in Vegas.

Everything is charged extra, they have coffee machine in room but each coffee is charged. No complimentary bottled water, no tap water, is charged, each floor had vending machine for bottled water and cold drinks. They will not give you adjoining rooms when booked for 2 or more. They give on different floors. They will ask you to change tower if you are booked on valet tower. Even vslley tower has no view.

The room was very small and extremely noisy. The bathroom design was lousy...water went everywhere out of the shower and it was difficult to reach toilet paper when sitting on the toilet. The telephone didn't work, neither did the air conditioner. Maintenance couldn't fix the problems adequately. A positive was the luggage storage staff was very good.

Our air conditioner was not functioning well, and the room was consistently a balmy 72. Staff were kind and helpful enough. Pool facilities were kind of lame and underwhelming. Close enough to the sphere and serves it utilitarian purpose. Plenty to do in surrounding area for facilities looking to eat.

They supply a Keurig in the room but no coffee at all and when we asked, they said they charge by each k-cup coffee pod. Kind of crazy you have to pay resort fees and can get the coffee maker but no coffee. Also no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Noise is the headline issue—this was a major problem. My room (Mountain View Tower, facing the courtyard between Harrah’s and the LINQ on the Caesars Palace side) had loud live music nightly from about 10:30 PM to 12:15 AM, making it hard to sleep. I requested a room change twice but couldn’t move. Avoid room 52001 or anything near it on the odd numbered side of the hall.

Room is clean and modern. Bed is comfortable (queen felt closer to a king), but pillows had feather quills that poked through.

Bathroom is updated but not perfect—some debris on the floor, stiff sink handle, and a large center drain I avoided stepping on. Curtains don’t fully block light.

No fridge. Small safe fits a 16” MacBook Pro angled.

Minibar is sensitive—easy to get charged without using items. Kids moving things could trigger charges, and there’s an “intimacy kit” they may ask about.

Expect ~$56/night resort fee + $50/night hold.

Check-in is mostly kiosks.

Smoking in casinos is standard in Vegas.

Great location—easy monorail access.

Overall: clean and well-located, but noise and a transactional feel hurt the experience.

Shower missing doors so all water going out on floor.
Light in bathroom is super bright.
AC can go only till 65 degrees.
Room smells fumes from smoking downstairs.

Huge hotel with casion downstairs.
Generally for that price is great place to stay but missing small things.

Very disappointed that the pool was not open after being told it was opening early. Paid for two pool view rooms, got a view of the nasty roof top, and the trashed pool area (that we really couldn’t see). Towels were hard to get. Hot water was SLOW coming to the room-plan for your shower about ten minutes BEFORE you want to actually take it! You will only get a mini fridge if you pay for a high end suite.

The young lady at check inn was excellent and very knowledgeable. She ended up saving me a few dollars. We upgraded and the room was excellent. Housekeeping was meticulous. The folks at the sportsbook were also very congenial. Overall , a great week there. The only downside is the expensive food. Look forward for our next visit.

Harrahs was perfect for our group's plans for the weekend. The reservation staff was very helpful, getting us 2 of our 3 rooms next to each other and the 3rd room on the same floor, even though we booked them at different times. Rooms were very clean and we had a great view. Great rates and close to everything!

When initially paying for this through Expedia, I thought that not much more money would be required. The hotel added a lot of hidden fees that was taken when checking in. They gave me a double bedded room when I was only expecting a single. The bathroom was not clean, there was no soap by the sink so I had to get soap from the dispenser in the shower. There was no paper cups in the room to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth. Much of my deposit was not returned to my credit card. It was like I was paying for the room twice. Bad experience. I will not book through Expedia again.

I recently stayed at Harrah's Hotel and Casino and had a mixed experience.
The biggest disappointment was that the pool was not open during my stay, which was something I was really looking forward to. Additionally, I requested a replacement coffee maker multiple times over the course of two days. Despite making about five calls, the issue was never resolved, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
That said, I do want to acknowledge that the staff was consistently friendly and genuinely tried to be helpful and accommodating. While they weren’t able to follow through on what I needed, their attitude and effort did not go unnoticed.
Overall, the stay had its challenges, and I hope the hotel can improve follow-through on guest requests and communication in the future.

Saw the $169 resort fee but an additional $350+ was charged to my credit card. Understood incidentals were charged.
If I return to Vegas or another location will choose other options to travel.

I booked a single king but got a double queen. This happen to our entire group. There was no refrigerator and didn't get one until the 2nd night. My resort fee charges was not what was agreed to and there was and issue with parking charges. By the way we scheduled our rooms months ahead with you all. I'm disappointed as to how we were treated. If I'm paying resort fees I should have resort service and not have to call for those amenities during my stay. Thank you for your attention

Booked in advance expecting a standard stay, but Harrah’s fell short. The pool wasn’t open during our visit, which wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. The AC also didn’t work properly every time we left and came back, the room was uncomfortably hot. No microwave or fridge in the room either, and we ended up having to throw away our leftovers. For a resort fee hotel, the basic amenities just weren’t there. Not what we expected for the price.

Overall, the property was clean and the location was great, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. The pillows were in poor condition, with feathers coming out that were uncomfortable and even poked our faces throughout the night.

We checked in electronically and were assigned an accessible room, which we were not expecting. Additionally, the shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use.

Since our stay was only for two nights, we chose not to request a room change, but these issues did impact our overall experience. While the location was a highlight, we were not fully satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is close to the Sphere has a monorail that can take you to some other hotels, really lacked amenities. Pool closes for “the season “ and you have to walk20 minutes to another hotel to swim. You have to pay for even the basic items like the K cuos for the Kurig if you want in room coffee.

Je recommande mais ce n’est pas la casino ni les chambres qui en font une place de choix mais bien son emplacement. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité et pharmacie! 5 min à pieds du Omnia et 10min à pieds du bellagio!

The self parking is hard to know find and when I check out and going out the parking I have to call someone to help me cause my key card is not working even tho the lady charge me $20 for parking and said you can go out when with the keycard. There’s no laundry bag for your dirty clothes.

Our room's AC did not work, making it humid and above 78 degrees the entirety of our stay. We had to prop the door to the hallway open several times to help cool down the room. There is no fan in the bathroom, so any moisture from steam just kind of sits. The shower only had one panel, so did not fully shut which resulted in water being splashed outside the shower which needed to be wiped up each time.

Despite being a beautiful hotel with an excellent location, it is in need of general maintenance—both in the guest rooms and throughout all the outdoor areas. The rooms lack adequate amenities, the air conditioning was not great, and, unfortunately, the swimming pool remained closed throughout my entire stay. I do, however, recommend the hotel for its location and for its staff, who were very friendly.

The room was decent. I always hate how the shower doesn’t have a curtain and the floor gets wet while taking a shower. When we got there, the registration desk person wasn’t very friendly. She seems like she had a long day and didnt want to be there. I asked about the pool and was informed that was being remodeled. I wish they would disclose that ahead of time. For the money I paid for one room I could have stayed anywhere. Then I asked for no housekeeping since we were leaving most of our things in the room. When we got back, I found out that housekeeping was in my room. I was really upset about it. Honestly I would not be staying there again. I forgot to say that the hallway carpet was very dirty.
