I love this hotel..the staff was all great! The room was comfortable but seemed a bit worn..which was unusual since we stay often and have never had that happen! The front desk staff is top notch and goes out of their way to accommodate! The location is prime and the amenities are spectacular! We rented a cabana and had the best day! Overall, this hotel is my favorite!!

The location of the hotel was excellent, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing overall.
The staff member who checked us in was quite rude, which was not a great start to our stay. We had also been told in advance that we would have adjoining rooms; however, when we arrived, that was not the case. We ended up spending over an hour and a half trying to resolve the situation. With the elevators located so far from our rooms, moving between rooms and coordinating with our group was especially inconvenient.
While the hotel did provide a discount on drinks purchased at the bar as a gesture of goodwill, it did not make up for the other issues we experienced. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and the rooms themselves felt very outdated, especially when compared to nearby properties such as the Cosmopolitan and Palazzo.

I’ve stayed at Aria a few times and this was the most disappointing. The A/C in our room was broken and it took multiple attempts to contact the AI concierge and guest services to get it fixed.

Hotel staff was similarly frustrating, particularly at check in. I added my brother to my room reservation when I checked in so he could pick up a key upon arrival. When he arrived, he was told that he was not on any reservation and that I hadn’t yet checked in.

The location and amenities remain solid, but there is some opportunity to improve the guest experience.

Starting with a check-in service was terrible the room that we purchased they didn’t give it to us. They gave us a lesser room and didn’t offer us any kind of discount. I just wanted to upgrade us to a more expensive room so we ordered a king deluxe room, and they downgraded us to a double bed same price and basically the service of the hotel. It’s the food sucked. The service sucked. It was just a terrible experience never coming back to that hotel. How’s that for your review?

Have stayed at Aria many times and has never failed to impress. Love the size of the room, tablet to control everything, and the wet room with shower and tub. Took the tram both directions which makes Strip access easy, nice to be a little recessed from the madness at night. They were doing some refurbishing while we were there but not much of a problem. Would stay again

Overall a very nice place to stay. Minor inconveniences included being hassled by the guard at elevator security because the keycard they gave me \"didn't look right\", and them not having the room type I'd reserved available when I arrived in spite of me calling to advise I'd be arriving late. The room was very nice with comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom with soaking tub but the air conditioning wouldn't cool the room to a comfortable temp.
It's nicer than your typical hotel but does leave a few loose ends that I wouldn't expect at a premium resort hotel.
No \"red flags\" and I'd stay there again because I don't believe my experience is their norm. All of my colleagues stayed there and loved it.

We’ve been coming to Vegas for over 20 years. This is by far the best hotel on the strip. Rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean. Prices have gone up quite a bit but still pretty reasonable on some days.

Seems good in theory but overall ended up being a poorly designed layout. Simple things like water filling stations are a long walk and there’s no real info on where to find them. Depending on where your room is, it could be a long trek from the elevators. The pool closes early, and did not open till 9am. Reaching the front desk required a long hold and the website was uninformative. Our room had plumbing issues with one sink not draining completely, and the other sink’s handle was loose and moved around a lot. The room overall was okay. There are a lot of shops and the views are nice, but overall I felt like the stay was not worth the price. To top it off, on checkout day, cleaning staff barged in while we were getting dressed and packing despite it being 2 hours from checkout time and our privacy light being on.

For the good: The hotel property was beautiful . The night life was lively and the pools were great! The Italian restaurant, Carbone, was fantastic, best dinner I had all week and best Italian food I've had in a while. The Mexican restaurant Javier's was also great. Highly recommend the enchiladas and carnitas! The gym was spacious and had a lot of really nice gym equipment. For the bad: The food at the only sit down breakfast restaurant (Salt and Ivy) was just ok and the service wasn't great. For a resort this size, I would expect a bigger breakfast restaurant. The Steakhouse, Jean Georges, overcooked our steaks twice but they did take that off the bill. Our room was nice and they did a great job cleaning every day but the mini bar fridge was not working, meaning all the drinks were hot. We spoke to the front desk and the manager multiple times. They promised to fix it but never did. The rooms do not include any free water bottles. They ones they had were not only hot because the fridge did not work, but they were $19 each! No coffee pot in the room, so you have to go to the lobby, and pay $9 for a small cup of coffee. All in all, this is not a bad place but for the price they charge, I would expect to not have these problems. Everything was SUPER EXPENSIVE. An average drink at the bar is $29.00 before tip. 3 scrambled eggs are $25, I understand things are expensive and expect to pay $400 for a nice dinner, but couldn't you give a bottle of water in the room each day?

This hotel is amazing. We loved the food at Javier’s and the ambience in general. The junior suites are big enough, but the view to the strip, at least from our room was limited, even though we requested a room with strip view. Overall a modern and good looking hotel, close enough to the main attractions. I would go again.

Prior to arrival, I had already prepaid for our reservation. Upon check-in, I was charged an additional $700 without any explanation or receipt detailing what the charges were for. As a guest, it was frustrating to see such a significant charge after already paying for the stay and not receive any communication regarding it.

We also found it nearly impossible to get in touch with the front desk after 8:00 PM when we needed assistance adding a guest to our reservation.

After finally getting settled into our room around 10:00 PM, we were awakened by fire alarms at approximately 4:00 AM and again at 5:00 AM. Having our sleep interrupted twice in the middle of the night significantly impacted our stay and left us exhausted the following day.

Additionally, the entryway light in our room was not working upon arrival, and our room overlooks a concrete structure. While I understand not every room can have a premium view, combined with everything else, it added to the overall disappointment.

We specifically selected Aria because of its reputation as a luxury resort and because we wanted a special experience for my birthday. Instead, we have spent much of our time dealing with unexpected charges, communication issues, room maintenance concerns, and repeated disruptions.

I understand that some circumstances may be outside of the hotel’s control, but given the number of issues we have experienced in less than 24 hours, we do not feel that our stay has reflected the level of service

The front desk check in experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The desk attendant (Angela) was rude, cold, uninterested and should not be representing this hotel. We were not treated respectfully, more like cattle call. We were unable to ask questions. She did not explain anything about the hotel or surrounding areas. We were told the day before checking in was that rooms may be ready for an early check in at the additional rate of $50. We are two senior travelers that arrive early after a 5 hr flight. Angela said that the hotel was full the day before and there were no rooms available. Told us we would receive a text when room would ready. After walking around for 5 hrs. We went back to the hotel. We never received a text and our room was finally ready. Once in room we had two broken faucets with little to no water pressure. The refrigerator was not working either. All drinks were hot. Extremely disappointed in my stay. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We booked a king bed with a Vegas strip view for our 30th anniversary. When we check in they informed us that that had no rooms in our category and changed it to a room without a view, our friends got downgraded to a two double bed configuration. It means nothing to book a room months in advance if they can just sell it to someone else for more. That is exactly what happened as the final game of the stanley cup was that night. The $100 food and bev credit
Didn’t go far when a large margarita by the pool is $44 and $52 with the tip. Very disappointing.

There’s not enough shade at the Pools, we shouldn’t have to pay for every inch of shade. Small pools, so it can get crowded. Carpet in casino makes it difficult to roll luggage to room. Check in line for our friends in VIP took a long time. Nice to get drinks while gambling!

The sky suite asst mgr Lily was incapable of handling the issue we encountered - no hot water. Accessibility to warm/ hot water is a basic necessity for any hotel guest but her resolution was for us to \"shower and use the spa facilities.\" She did not show any compassion nor empathy to our situation that we had to beg her to change our rooms to a room with a hot water access. We arrived Friday and no access to hot water until Saturday late afternoon. She gave us $150 comp for food and beverages thinking that we would keep quiet and just deal with the hot water access by using the spa facilities. The celebration of my partner's bday was ruined because of this poor mgr's decision. She looked like she did not believe that we had no hot water access. I sent an email to the mgr but until this time i haven't received any response at.
Great facility but just got ruined by this unfortunate hot water access issue which was poorly managed.

It was a nice room however, one of the sinks were clogged. Barely any water comes out. Pillows were not comfortable one bit. Head sinks in. The shower needs work. Floor had rough patches and marble chipping. The shower head needs to be changed. Water pressure was very slow.

The resort, rooms and casino are fabulous! My room stay was very comfortable. As an Expedia Gold VIP member I asked for the $30 resort credit promised in my Expedia registration, but was told by room service that the credit was $25. It was late so I didn't argue. The folio at the end of the stay did not show any resort credit whatsoever. I called Expedia customer service for assistance and was given $25 in One Key credit. At that time, the agent assured me that once my $150 VISA hold was returned the credit would appear. It has not. I still have not received the $30 credit from Aria although Expedia did placate me with a $25 One Key credit.
