Really nice and clean property. And they have good restaurants too. We tried Gymkhana as well as The Catch and both were amazing. We did not get a chance to try out Javier’s, but for sure next time.

Aria is going to be my new favorite in Las Vegas. Will definitely come back and stay here next time.

I travel to Las Vegas for work about three times a month and regularly try different hotels and casinos. Unfortunately, this one was not one of my better experiences, and here’s why.

When we checked into the room, there was what appeared to be body fluid splatter on the nightstand closest to the window. I immediately called the front desk and was told someone would come up right away to address it. No one ever arrived. After waiting about an hour, I called back and was informed that a ticket had been placed and that they would get to it at some point. They also questioned the concern and suggested it was “soap splatter,” which it clearly was not.

In addition, the sheer curtain in the room did not function properly and that issue was never addressed either.

Because of the overall experience and lack of follow-through, I’ve decided to remove this property from my list of places to revisit in the future.

Our room was clean, and the strip view was nice. The resort is very well managed based off the experience we had. Reason why I say this is because our light and service switches needed to be fixed and the maintenance man had to spend quite some time fixing it. He was very nice and The Aria left us a food voucher that accommodated 2 people for the inconvenience my wife and I experienced. We were not expecting that at all, so we appreciated it.
Only cons I can say is that the rooms are a little dated and can use an upgrade, but I hear they are renovating the rooms in November of 2026. For our first time staying at The Aria, we enjoyed it overall. We would stay here again, especially once the renovation is complete.

I stayed at Aria Resort & Casino for 4 nights and honestly expected much better service for the price we paid. On Sunday, we left the room around 8 AM and didn’t return until about 4 PM, only to find that our room had never been serviced. I called the front desk and was told they could not guarantee a time for housekeeping, which was frustrating considering we had been out almost the entire day.

To make matters worse, we were left without clean towels until Monday morning when we checked out. For a luxury resort with premium pricing, basic housekeeping and guest service should not be an issue. The prices simply do not match the level of service provided during our stay.

I’m sure management will respond with the usual apology and promises to improve, but after reading through many similar reviews, it seems situations like this continue to happen regularly. Hopefully future guests receive the level of service that the resort claims to provide.

This is my 5th time visiting Las Vegas and I’ve stayed in a different hotel every time. The newest one was most recently, the Aria. I was SO excited to stay here because of their modern amenities but unfortunately, my husband and I were so disappointed with this hotel. But all staff was very nice.
First, when we first arrived to our room there was so many minibar items missing that I took a picture in fear they would try to charge me. There was one smartwater bottle offered to us when other family members rooms were fully stocked with plenty of alcohol and snacks. Oh and there’s a sign on their mini fridge that says you can’t put any items inside or you will be charged. What kind of hotel tells their guests they can’t use the mini fridge? Secondly, the iPad remote thing literally did not work it just kept saying not connected. The TV was weird, you had to manually change the settings every time to get it to work. The curtain switch on the wall literally fell off when I pressed the button lol. The bathroom was barely cleaned with strands of hair in one of the sinks. I was also very disappointed with the bathroom amenities, the only thing offered in the bathrooms was shampoo conditioner and body wash. The phone in the bathroom was just barely hanging on with wires exposed. Finally, though the food court had great options (EggHead and the pizza was really great) they didn’t let you have to-go boxes? Lol. Very very dissatisfied with the Aria.

Our room was not clean. While the linens were all fresh, it didn’t look like anything else had been done. The toilet had a clump of hair on it (as well as a toilet seat that looked like it had been there for twenty years), the shower had a razor cover from a previous guest, and chunks of hair in the shower and tub drains. The shower actually wouldn’t drain so I had to call for help - I mentioned to the desk person about the cleanliness of the room as well and she offered no apology. Just said that someone would be up to address the drain. Dave, the maintenance man who came up to fix it was super friendly and awesome - but I would have of course preferred to not have needed his services. The hotel itself (casino floor) was really nice and felt updated and chic. I also liked the location of the hotel. All in all, I would not stay here again due to the room’s lack of cleanliness.

The hotel was nice, but the hotel staff was a bit rude. They made it difficult to use any of the perks that were offered to us. I received an email from Aria stating that I could receive a complimentary upgrade, early check in if available, and “Guaranteed 1:00 PM late check‑out, exclusive to Premium VIP guests.” We were able to check in early, but the front desk agent offered a room upgrade for $240. When I mentioned the email, he said “no, you don’t get a complimentary upgrade. You can only have a room on a higher floor, but you’ll have to wait 4 hours until it’s ready.” When I tried to get the 1 pm checkout, I was told I’d have to pay $40, so I mentioned the email again, and the woman said “I don’t see any mention of that on your record,” so I asked if I could talk to someone else. The manager answered and he again tried to deny the late checkout, but I quoted the email and he said “it’s only if late checkout is available” (which I thought was odd because they just said it was available if I paid $40). I told him the email specified early check in was based on availability, but late check out was “guaranteed.” He then said he would “honor it this time, but not next time.” I told him he should have the email upgraded then. I didn’t appreciate the hassle I received from three employees, and would probably not go to Aria again.

Overall we have a 3.86. The property was lovely the restaurants were good. The room was pretty. The only downside is the lack of thoughtful accommodation as far complimentary water or makeup remover pads;

We were promised an upgrade and early check in. Neither happened. We were told that we would get a text when our room was ready. We did not. The room had a broken lamp and a light that did not work. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was no miniature sewing kit in the room. The ‘scent’ piped through the vents was overpowering and nausea inducing. The loud music piped through the hotel was too loud. While I might come back to las Vegas, I won’t go back to the Aria.

First I get to the reservations desk and they say they can’t find my reservation that was made thru Amex, I showed them the reservation through the application and they still wouldn’t honor it, said they didn’t have it. They made me call Amex. Then all of a sudden the reservation magically appeared, then they did not honor my upgrade thru American Express. I was Told to come down the next day and they would honor it, the next day still didn’t honor it. Told me if I didn’t leave the front desk I would have to deal with security. Security came to my room and discussed the issue with me but nothing was done! The manager at the front desk was rude, unapologetic and clearly lies to get you to leave saying tomorrow we will honor it just to get you to leave the front desk area. The room was dirty and the bathroom had trash under the counter.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and housekeeping was thorough. The lift bar became our pre-dinner go to spot. The one blemish on my stay was checkin. It was a terrible first impression. The woman that checked me in was expressionless and unengaged and left me feeling unworthy of staying at the hotel. She did her job, but an AI inspired robot would have provided more personality.

We had no product or soap in out room, they forgot to stock it after cleaning.
Also the ceiling was bubbled by the air vent meaning there was probably a leak in the ceiling needing to be fixed.
For the prices paid a night over $600 it was pretty mediocre.
Will not be staying there again.

Outside and walking around hotel looks great. Rooms are Holliday inn at best very simple. The issue we had was we paid 40 dollars for Valet parking. When we went to check out we were told our car was coming twice took 45 mins and then was told we parked it in a different spot which we did not dropped it same place each time no issues prior. Delayed an hour and still charged 40 dollars so much for service.
