Liked the room. The pull down seat in the shower, had visible dust. Other than that room seemed clean. One of the light bulbs went out and bathroom sink seemed to be clogged. Im not the type of person to be bugging the staff for little things in the room especially since we weren't going to be in there much. I just let the lady know at check out, but she just said ok and didnt even make a note of it or frankly didnt seem to care.

Staff couldn’t have been any better. However, I accepted the ‘Fees’ tacked on for a cheap room rate but I didn’t expect the exorbitant prices for simple things, Heineken zero alcohol was $16.95. I don’t like hidden up charges. I’ll gladly pay the rate; don’t nickel and dime me.

The ventilation is absolutely terrible here its very hard to breathe in the hotel with all the cigarette smoke. We never seen staff members. The pool is small and closed most of our stay. When seeing most of the hotels around here this was the dirtiest and smokey. Room was simple and our window was no veiw we looked at a wall.

We recently stayed at New York-New York Hotel & Casino and overall had a great experience. We booked two rooms for our family, and both were clean and comfortable. The beds and sheets were spotless, which is always a top priority for us.

The bathroom was generally clean, although there were a few spots that could have used a little more attention. The room did have a lingering smell from the previous guest, but considering we had to wait for our room to be ready, it was obvious that someone had just checked out and housekeeping was turning the room around quickly.

The amenities were excellent and kept everyone entertained. Our kids, ages 9, 12, and 21, all enjoyed the property and had plenty to do. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere was fun and family-friendly.

While there were a few minor cleanliness and odor issues, they weren’t enough to take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We did have issues with the AC in our 1st room. The maintenance man wasn't able to fix it, so we were moved to a different room. Though that rooms AC also was very cool, as we needed a box fan. With the fan it helped the room stay comfortable. Then in the 2nd room the restroom wasn't the most clean and bathtub was t draining. Though the front desk had the room cleaned and tub serviced, it was good from that point forward. The front desk did provide some credit for food, which was appreciated due to the inconvenience we experienced. Overall it was frustrating but the staff did try their best to make it right. I would say though the 2 queen rooms for 4 guests are not comfortable as far as space. The restroom is very cramped and no vanity outside of restroom. That's a design that can't obviously be changed now, but helpful info for families. Myself and my husband stayed their 2 weeks prior in a single king and the room was spacious and AC seemed fine.

We love New York New York never the hotel is always clean. You don’t get that overwhelming smoke smell. Our room was a suite with a jacuzzi. Well worth it. Our room was very clean, our bed was super comfortable, I will say of you are across from a staff door that can be a bit loud at times but not too bad. They have lots of great restaurants and food places to choose from. We like Tom’s Watch Bar!! Great food!! We used the pool one day and it is located in a way where you have options to not be fully in the sun. Very clean nice lounges a bed the pool bar Is great. The staff at this casino are so friendly and down to earth. Checking in and out is a breeze with their do it yourself system or they still have registration live action people lol. Stayed here multiple times and will continue to choose this hotel!! Prices are great which makes it even better!!

Room was very clean and large and updated and quiet. Staff was very friendly and when we had a long wait for check out the staff member kindly gave us the $20 parking complimentary. The hotel is very bustling and has a fun vibe, with lots of people walking around and lots of stores and a large casino area. The location is great too, right on the Strip. We did not have time to swim but the pool area looked very clean and nice. And for those who like roller coasters, there is a big one right at the hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel.

You know, when you check into an MGM brand hotel in a city like Las Vegas, you come in with certain expectations. You expect a standard of comfort and convenience that reflects the energy and reputation of the city. But during this stay, it became clear that the common amenities have significantly downgraded over the years.
What is particularly surprising is that we are talking about the absolute basics here. A refrigerator in the room. A pot for hot water. Hair conditioner in the bathroom. These are standard comforts that you can readily find at lower-rated hotels, or even a local motel, without any extra hassle or fee. It raises a fair question: if a motel can provide these necessities for free, why can't a premier resort brand in Las Vegas do the same? Even the accommodations in Reno are delivering a better baseline experience right now.
Travelers expect a certain level of hospitality when they invest their hard-earned money. I hope leadership takes a close look at this, because restoring these basic amenities is simply the right thing to do for the guests who choose to stay here.

We drove in from the Grand Canyon for a one-night stay before heading to the airport. The lady that helped us used her ipad to get us adjoining rooms and had at least one ready so we could get the kids to the arcade and lunch. The rooms connected but the doors were thick and we couldn't hear them in the other room unless we opened the door. Tom's Watch Party had great fresh food, the kids spent hours in the arcade. It was a great last night for our family of 5 to wrap up our trip.

The check-in process was infuriating. They had self check-in kiosks that were arranged poorly creating a frenzy, free for-all, no rhyme or reason. It was chaos. I opted to stand in line to check-in with a human person and they had staff going through the line to check people out via iPads so it made it hard to gage the actual wait time. I tried to go around a group that was getting checked in on a tablet by a staff member and the staff literally put his hand up at my face level and said no, you can't go around which I found very rude. Another lady named Annie told us kiosks were available, and when I said no thank you Id prefer to wait on a person she got INCREDIBLY caddy and copped an attitude, almost would not take no for an answer. I continued to decline and she continued to make sly comments and talk to me in a condescending tone. Juan ultimately came up and practically forced us to let him check us in on the tablet but could not answer any of my questions and sent me to self help chaos to get my keys. Took 5 keys to get 2 that would activate appropriately. I would have been much happier and it would have been so much easier to just talk to a person. I walked by Annie during our stay a few times and she was getting short and rude with other customers as well. Not very welcoming, organized, or efficient. The room was lovely though I must say, so the actual stay was incredible. Check in is a nightmare here, be warned.

Ok so overall it's great my two issues were one, no matter what I could not keep the room vey cool. Now the air was locked out going below 65 which in reality should be good but being hiw the room was a pretty good size and only one vent I always felt pretty warm especially when trying to sleep. Second was no mini fridge in the room unless you wanted to pay an extra 25 a night for one. Other than that everything was excellent

We really enjoyed staying at New York New York. The rooms were excellent. They upgraded us when we came in and got a suite and it was no cost. It was beautiful absolute love the room with a Jacuzzi tub in it and everything was nice and neat. The beds were terrific. The pillows were terrific. I would definitely come back again and walking around and seeing all the different restaurants were so awesome beautiful

The room was large and clean. The whole place was fun. It was so large I even had difficulty finding the right elevator once but the staff was helpful checking me in and the pool was great! I'd skip the roller coaster as my head bounced back and forth on the seatbelt but all of the restaurants within the property that I tried were great!

So poor housekeeping. Both bottles of body wash and shampoo are empty, we didn't know that before I took the bath. It took forever to get the refill. The bathtub was clogged and needed to wait their technician to come fixing so that my wife could take the bath. Waited almost an hour for bathing in the mid night after you came back from fun, all mood were out after that.
