I was very hesitant to stay on the strip since I would be staying two nights while on business but it was so pleasant! I was able to rest and felt very safe. The hotel is clean and the staff were so nice! Having the miracle mile shops right downstairs was very convenient and I didn’t get that icky Casino vibe you find at a lot of places on the strip. I will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Our check-in and the staff were lovely upon arrival. However, things went downhill from there. Our room had no consistent hot water. The front desk staff arranged for the engineering team to check on this twice but the issue was unresolved throughout our 4-night stay. We did not receive housekeeping on three days, despite multiple requests for our room to be serviced (regular services such as garbage removal, fresh towels, making the beds). We even ran out of body wash. When I went to the front desk to request more body wash, the staff said they didn’t have any to supply at the front desk, and that it would take 1 hour for housekeeping to deliver it to the room. This was late at night and we needed to bathe our child to put them to sleep. The WiFi service was inconsistent - it was limited to two devices per day but did not refresh every 24 hours like it was supposed to. And last but not least, we discovered dried blood on the bedsheets on our last night. The staff members were unhelpful and the hotel manager, Andrew, was unkind and did not work to resolve the issues.

I am very disappointed with the stay at this hotel. They charge so called resort fee and give no service. If you call on their no.s some AI will answer who doesn't know anything. To get your room clean, need to ask so many people. Its so commercial hotel and wants money for every small basic thing. Seems another way of begging only. Very very very disappointed with the quality and service especially.

Fair price for its location and during Wrestlemania week. Where everyone was in town. Connection to a lot of shopping areas if you’re into that. Hotel and Casino areas were just fine. Check in took awhile as there did not seem to be enough staff for the line of people. There is self check in stations but did not show final pricing so did not know what I was even being charged. So that’s why I went to a person. Early check in was pricey had to wait till check in time for a more affordable experience. First attendant seemed uneducated on some matters. The second one I talked to seemed more educated but just took my ID and Card and ran them in like 10 seconds and rushed me away. Did not explain a thing to me. I left bewildered and very confused on what just happened. So might as well did self check in cause I guess I find out what I am to be charged when charged I guess.. parking was $20 a day which I just hate that. Probably the worst thing out of the whole experience. Room was fine. Bed was comfy and bathroom was actually wonderful. Good shower head and shower. An additional bath as well. Had a mini fridge but realized it did not keep anything cold until we had to manually increase the cooling knob. Then after a day our drinks started to cool down. Over all stay was fine. Room was mostly for sleeping as we spent most the days going to events. So it served it’s purpose.

The staff is super nice. The only thing was the tub did not seem the cleanest, but we were not too bothered by that, just did not use it haha. The room was spacious, and it did get cold! Which I was happy about because it was hot outside.

Room was as advertised. Only negative was the fridge in tbe room was broken. Would have been nice to have a working fridge, but I was on the go constantly and never had the chance to call down to have it replace. Everything else was fantastic. Nice property overall.

This hotel did not live up to expectation. Long lines for check in, long lines waiting for lifts that were always overly full, and difficult to get any good service. While some staff were lovely, a lot were not. We stayed 4 nights and the rooms got serviced only once during our stay. I had to call up trying to get the room serviced, and also to get replacement towels and our rubbish bins emptied in the rooms.

At the counter, there was always long lines if you wanted to check-in, check-out or needed to speak to staff with a question. The pool area looks a lot better in the photos than it is in reality. There's nowhere good to sit on lounges unless you pay, and you end up in a large concrete area between the two pools to sit. The menu in the pool area is also super basic, but you're not allowed to bring any food in yourself to the area, so it doesn't make for an enjoyable stay in the pool area.

We stayed here due to the proximity to the strip and the shopping centre, but would not return. I am being generous giving it 3 stars.

We enjoyed the hotel and really don’t have anything bad to say except the lighting in the rooms and bathrooms are awful, especially the bathroom and trying to do make up. I also wish there had been so sort of full length mirror somewhere in the room. Besides that it was a good stay.

The rooms are very clean. The hotel is very nice. We love that. It’s very close to the strip our view over the Bellagio Fountains was amazing. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good. Always hot water. The people in the lobby was very nice and helpful. We definitely going back.

I had a terrible experience with staff at front desk when I checked in. I checked in at 8 pm on 4.18.26. I went to the room to leave my backpack. I went to get dinner. I came back to room at 12 am. I saw a bug by the curtain. I went downstairs to ask to change my room with no upgrade. Roberto, manager at front desk told me that Planet Hollywood is completely sold out and he won’t switch my room. I was tired and I wanted to go to bed and I didn’t want to wonder where the bug went in the room. He apologized to the customer next to me because I said I’m disappointed that he gave me a poor customer service. He told me go ahead and complain. Please ask management to correct his behavior when it comes to customer service. I won’t book at Planet Hollywood in the figure. I left a yelp complain as well for him. Hopefully other customers won’t choose that place with him giving bad customer sevice. I called the reservation line last night but they were closed until 5 am so I was stuck staying in that room. Terrible experience

We did an ultra panorama room, but really just got a roof view of the top of the casino from the 7th floor. The windows were not clear so it was hard to see anything clearly. The toilet bubbled everytime another room used the water. The sink handles were all broken, the fridge stunk, the bathroom hooks were hanging out of the walls, and the carpet was super faded and old.
