Where do I start? My experience was a 10/10!
When I arrived, Arturo got me checked in and offered me a room, but I chose to wait for a higher-floor room with a Strip view. Let's just say my patience paid off—I ended up with the perfect room on the 16th floor of Tower 1.
My room had EVERYTHING! It was clean, upgraded, and included a mini-bar area with dishes, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room was the perfect size for me, with a comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.
I was attending a concert at Planet Hollywood and could literally walk across the street in less than five minutes. The hotel is also conveniently located near the mall, MGM, numerous restaurants, and, as a California girl, I was thrilled to find an In-N-Out just steps away from the hotel.
JD at the front desk was personable, professional, and provided excellent customer service, just like Arturo. But there's more! This was the first hotel I've ever stayed at that offered a text messaging service to check on me throughout my stay, asking how everything was going and if I needed anything. It truly felt like having a personal concierge.
I will definitely be back. Thank you, Polo Towers, for an amazing stay!
