this is not a suite a plane room with no fridge , I had no Hot water no soap or shampoo in the room floors were dirty and the small table to sit at was so sticky everything stuck to it,

The rooms were mediocre. Thin pillows and uncomfortable beds. The laundry facility didn’t work. We stayed here only because we were traveling with our Labrador retriever and other pet friendly hotels had weight restrictions.

This is not a safe property at night. Anything can happen and staff has no idea about safety. Staff are terrible. No late checkouts after 8 days of stay not even 30 mins. They also don’t hold bags. A utterly disgusting experience. Glad to come out in one peice at the end.stay at your own risk.

This hotel is misleading. It's a Motel 6. The room looked nothing like the photo. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower needed a wipe down as it appeared that somebody had dilumped a brown liquid/soda and the splash was on the wall of the shower. The floor had these brown burn stains in the linoleum. Note that the number of buildings with rooms is a lot. Thus, if you hsve a rideshare take you or taxi, dont let them leave unless you want to walk a distance to your room. Lastly, the phone in the room is from the 1970's and doesnt work. There is no sheer curtain so if you open the larger curtain, people walking by can see in. No USB ports for charging. No wifi was offered. I hope to try and get some of my money back.

Be aware that this motel is sort of sketchy with some questionable characters there so you should be careful. The floors were a little dirty and the bathroom shower is pretty small as well. The was no shampoo in the bathroom as well, and they don’t provide any. However, it is pretty close to the strip so on that note it is pretty good. It does the job for the lowest price, however if you are not super tight on money I would recommend choosing a more known hotel on the strip, since you will enjoy your stay much more.

Housekeeping were real nice, the front desk were kinda rude especially the male that was working on the 3rd when i checked in, came early to see if early check in was possible was told no to come back at 3 then when i came back at 3 they told me they only had smoking rooms when i booked an upgraded no smoking room and then was given a room with 2 full beds which limited the space since the rooms are already small, overall not a great experience and would not recommend this hotel and lots of unsavory people hanging at the property, even homeless people sleeping on the stairs like wth!!

First room given keycard didn’t work. However staff member sorted it out. Room was fine. Few cig burns on floor and shower head needs cleaning. Apart from that it was overall satisfactory for myself. Area did smell of weed but it is what it is. Could hear my neighbours but wasn’t too loud. As for family staying here I wouldn’t. Single traveller or couple would suit . Staff were courteous and housekeeping were grand if I needed stuff . Would stay again if I came to Vegas. Not far from strip so it’s walkable.

The night staff is horrible!!! The fire alarm went off 13 times as I watched security do absolutely nothing and was hung up on by the and I use this term lightly “gentleman” at the front desk. There was a couple screaming outside prior to this happening yet I was threatened that the police would be called on me because I was asking for a normal standard of comfort even though it’s a motel this is not acceptable.

The picture on your website is very misleading. There is no kitchen sink, dining table, etc. It was very small with 2 beds and a half moon table. The shower was the best feature, being nice and very strong, and felt like a massage. Staff were friendly, room was clean.

Well when we went to check in they couldn’t find the reservation for either of our rooms! Then instead of seeing if there was something they could do or see if they could find it a different way they just pushed me aside and helped the next person. The customer service was awful. So on Valentine’s Day at 10 pm with my 15 year old in tow because we were in town for her cheer competition for we had to find a new room. Literally the worst customer service.

I reserved a room with one full-size bed and was told it would be ready at 3:00 p.m. When I arrived at that time, the room was not available. Instead, I was offered a room with two double beds and was charged an additional $20 for the change, even though this was not my choice.
Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty and not acceptable, especially given the extra charge. The floors appeared filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the overall condition of the room was very disappointing. Paying more for a room that was clearly not properly cleaned made the experience even more frustrating.
I understand that issues can happen, but being charged extra for a downgrade in cleanliness and comfort is not acceptable. I didn’t even use the shower or remove the bedding to lay on. Filthy place

Studio 6 premium rooms are really nice; right near the front with a view of the pool. There's a market right there, and you can walk right to the Vegas Strip. Very safe and secure, with high-end camera systems.

Yes, and I had a smoking room, because no ground floof non-smoking room was avaliable, and the smoking room was as if people were in the room smoking constantly. I blame management for not using ozone -smoke removal machines or other means to minimize the smoke smell, and for not keeping ground floor non-smoking rooms available!
