This is a beautiful property. My only reasons for not giving it an excellent rating is the noise from the airport and location. You can see the sphere and other buildings but they are a mile to mile and a half away. The shuttle was helpful but only goes to Planet Hollywood/Miracle Mile. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpfull.

There was some noise from planes taking off from the airport. The property is almost directly under the flight path.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—our rooms truly felt like a home away from home. The full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and the in-unit washer and dryer made our stay feel effortless. Everything was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed for comfort and convenience.
The only drawback was the complimentary shuttle arrangement with a sister property. The shuttle info card listed the wrong pickup location, and after receiving conflicting directions from staff at both hotels over the phone, we ended up missing the shuttle entirely. This nearly caused us to miss a show we had tickets for, which was frustrating and stressful.
Aside from that misstep, the hotel itself was excellent. If they can clarify the shuttle logistics for future guests, this would easily be a five-star experience.

The shuttle info card listed the wrong pickup location, and after receiving conflicting directions from staff at both hotels over the phone, we ended up missing the shuttle entirely. This nearly caused us to miss a show we had tickets for, which was frustrating and stressful.
Aside from that misstep, the hotel itself was excellent. If they can clarify the shuttle logistics for future guests, this would easily be a five-star experience.

The place is spacious, clean and has a kitchen, living room and washer and dryer. Our hot water was inconsistent (not hot) and we had to have someone come into the room on two separate occasions to fix the hot water issue. Our room keys would stop working and we had to go back to the front desk almost daily (we were on level 5) to have them reset our room keys. One morning the fire alarm went off at 6am and the whole hotel was evacuated. No one knew why and there was no communication from the staff as to why the alarm went off and everyone evacuated. Then everyone went back in without the staff telling us why we had to evacuate or if it was safe to go back in. When asked about the incident later, the lead security and front desk people said they had no idea what happened and that maybe it was just a system glitch. Probably won’t be staying here again due to the issues experienced here.

The hotel refuses to return our deposit, claiming they cannot locate our reservation. Staff have been really unhelpful. Moreover, the hotel is a good 20 min walk from the strip. There is a bus service every 30 min that we were never able to use. We also requested a kettle that was never delivered to our room.

I love this hotel. It’s a great place. If you just want a little bit of quiet time away from the strip if you’re visiting Vegas. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are really nice and spacious. Full-size refrigerators, microwave and kitchen so you can cook your own food. The customer service is great and they have coffee, hot chocolate, and freshwater in the lobby. Parking is free and there is no casino, but they have a shuttle that drops you off at the strip and it runs throughout the day.

I had terrible experience with my check-in. I have booked two regular rooms through Hotels.com in advance. Later I upgraded one regular room to a deluxe one in order to have two adjacent rooms. However at the check-in with Bluegreen, the front desk manager insisted that I only booked two regular rooms even I showed her the confirmation email from Hotels.com and the evidence of the paid upgrade fee. At that moment I tried to contact Hotels.com to help me to resolve this issue, but I couldn't find any Hotels.com person to talk to. Since I have paid a deluxe room and a regular rooms, I refuse to take two regular rooms that the Bluegrrem assigned. Finally the front desk manager assigned me adjacent two rooms after long dispute. I had a feeling that the manager thought she did me a favor and completely ignored that I have truly paid for this type of rooms. Terrible.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and the rooftop patio. Maintenance responded to and resolved my in-unit dryer issue in less than 15 minutes after contacting the front desk. The staff was nice and the bellhop, Keith, made our stay extra special by always greeting my boys and I with a warm smile and showing his genuine interest in our stay in Vegas. His follow-up showed that and knowing who I was no matter which four hair styles I had. I looked forward to seeing him every time I came in and missed him on his off days. Thank you Keith for everything and your interest in my son’s basketball tournament. I wish I could have told you that before I left. My only gripe is that the junior suite was smaller than what I imagined. It felt tight for the three of us and the belongings we needed for our week stay. And yes, I would stay with you all again. One of our worst experiences. I chose this hotel because of its swimming pool and hot tub. It turned out it was closed while I have not received any information about it. We were told that the hotel was under renovation (back in February), but we didn't know that the noise was so bad. One morning, we overheard the next room's entire phone conversation - absolutely no sound proof or privacy. And we didn't sleep well. Worse, while we feedbacked our concerns to the (Hilton) staff, they only focus on signing us up for their timeshare or whatever promotions.

I gave the front desk my sister’s room number, and asked if it was possible to find a room some where in her area. The clerk said she’d try. Same floor, but I was at the end of one wing and she was at the other. 🙄 We couldn’t have been further from each other. The pool was closed without warning - it was 104 in Las Vegas and attached to the pool is the only outdoor space on the property. At my request, Expedia requested some compensation, but the property said no. My last night there, there was no hot water when I went to shower. A call to the front desk said she’d send someone up. My sister didn’t have hot water either, so it wasn’t just my room. No further communications from the front desk, but 3 hours later there was hot water. Not a good experience. My son lives there so we were considering a timeshare, but it won’t be at this property.
