the location was good. not to far to the strip. I found the signs to find the room confusing. The elevator made a funny sound that made me question the maintenance of it. The service at Denny's was slow. Room was clean but there was no room service during the 4 day stay. free parking was good.

We were aware of what we were paying for, just enjoyed the pool and cheap prices. Horrible rooms and service though. Again you get what you pay for. Good luck! Once in a lifetime thing.

it was a great stay, the only bad part is that Denny's was awful. One kid in the morning trying to take care of everyone. Had to wait to get seated. Then I was going to go for lunch and same thing, no one available to seat me, so I left and went across the street to Chick-Fil-A.

The room was not very clean, dirty mirrors, hair in bathroom, and stained bedding. The rooms were run down with peeling wallpaper and dents everywhere. Some staff were really short with us, while others were helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the pool even though it didnt seem to be well heated. Beautiful palm trees , fun for kids to watch planes fly low over pool, and lovely walking circle around pool. The whole place really smelt of cigarette smoke and if your staying with kids know you will have to walk through the casino to get anywhere. Not sure why we were being charged a resort fee, it was definitely not one. Stay if you dont care about sanitary features and want to stay close to the airport ... and might get to use the shuttle. Good luck.

The staff, cleanliness, and putting up signs to show directions of things, such as elevators. They aren't marked and no arrows. When asking the staff questions they seemed put out to have to deal with people. I asked about the shuttle run and was told to just show up. No direction as to where to wait or anything, so we used an Uber.

The room was dirty and extremely noisy due to the proximity to the airport. We could hear airplane engines even in the middle of the night, and the room itself was noisy. We could also hear the neighbors talking and what sounded like \"romantic activities\" all night long.

Al hotel no le dan mantenimiento. El pasillo para ir a la habitación parece una película de terror y con muy mal olor. La puerta de la habitación se ve que no la pintan/cambian desde los 90. La habitación estaba SUCIA. Llena de Polvo por doquier. El aire acondicionado era una máquina para seguir generando polvo. En mi estancia solo 1 vez “limpiaron” y fue porque al día siguiente se hacer el check-in amanecí que no podía respirar. El baño asqueroso. Sucio, todo oxidado y con mal olor. Otro detalle fue que cuando escribí a Expedia, nunca me respondieron, nunca me dijeron nada. Lo único rescatable es que el hotel tiene un dennys en el 2do piso. No lo recomiendo a menos que estés muy desesperado.

Room was very nice...shuttle service from airport was fantastic. If you don't mind walking you can walk to the strip...I did a few times just to look around. I saw a bus that I might look into the future if you don't have a car. Free parking and I used the Dennys a few times (it was great). Heated pool in Feb was a big bonus for me!! Nice casino workers!! Free parking for my buddy that lives in Vegas....he liked that!

Clean room. Not too bad for only one night stay as we needed to be closer to the airport. Front desk staff though did not inform us of a $150 charge for something but will be returned once we check out. I went back to clear things out with a different front desk person who explained the charge. Overall a good stay. Close to the airport so be aware of the noise.

My room was not up kept and supplied with fresh towels and garbage wasn't dumped for the two days I was there not to mention my keycard didn't work twice and had to be replaced , the smell of the hotel hallways and elevator need to be addressed .

They offered nothing complimentary, not even bottled water. Their rooms were said to be non-smoking, our room stank of old cigarette smoke. They only provided TWO pillows per QUEEN bed, which all were flat and lumpy. The room was clean for the most part but could've had a more comfortable feel; musty and outdated. It did what it needed to do for a very short stay.

The first room we were assigned smelled of a decomposing body. My specific request to keep our party together was not honored. We were completely on different sides of the hotel and was told they had no other rooms available. We were given a different room that did not smell as bad but still presented with an odor. We were given 2 bath towels for 4 guests and were told they had no more clean but would bring us some when they became available and they never brought them. Housekeeping did not clean the room the duration of our stay.

You have not returned my deposit which was 3x the price of the room!! It shows on my bank statement that you charged me the room amount + deposit! I slept and left. There is absolutely zero reason for this!

Room was gross, bathroom light didn’t work. Hooks in the bathroom falling off. Towels hard. Bathroom not well cleaned. Based on reviews I did not expect 5 stars for the price. But this was just gross and the floor was squishy. The hallway smelled musty. Front desk staff were rude and inconvenience by asking a question. At one point our room keys would not work, we went to the front desk twice before they finally had security come up and thr 3rd set of keys worked. Parking lot and surrounding area has a lot of homeless. I will say security was on it though, they would ensure homeless were not loitering and if inside they would escort them out. Would not stay here again!

While the room was clean the shower was cold and there were problems with the toilet flushing. I picked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle. Turns out the shuttle doesn't run past 1 pm on Mondays--the exact day I needed it. That was not clear on the booking site. Hotel has a lot of wear and tear, but the price was good.

Perfect hotel at good location. Yes, it's about a mile to main strip, but you could walk in hmmm 20-30min, or you can just take straight shot bus right front of this hotel. Yes to me instead of paying double triple at main street major fancy hotel, this is more than sufficient. Lots eating places around and also pretty close to Sphere which I went to look at it night on walk. Room is clean and beautiful They have nice big swimming pool which I had to work there, so I couldn't swim during the day. Only one minor complain was tv in the room was functional, but was going bad and discolored picture, everything was reddish. Please update the TV.

Gift shop ladies were very helpful.
Had a random two AM knock on the door from maintenance staff. We didn’t answer and they went away. If they were maintenance the and HAD to get in at 2:00AM the front desk should have called to warn. If they weren’t maintenance the security onto the floors should be looked at.

Room is ok clean, staff are friendly enough. Think of this place as Vegas in the old days. Drinks are cheap and no pressure to gamble. Smoker friendly, but can get abused by 420er. Plenty of securities so nothing to worry about. I wouldn’t bring kids here. Convenient location, a handful of good fast foods and expensive steakhouses all in walking distance (20 mins-ish). A place great for Vegas local or those of Old Vegas. You want class? Go to the strip. This place is great for what you pay for, but for those who in the know, this place is a jewel.

PS. Expedia’s pricing does not include resort fee, but they aren’t outrageous.

DO NOT GO HERE! Front desk operator was extremely rude and tried to over charge me. Heavy smoke and dark, I think it’s to try to hide the fact that the hallway to the room smelled like there were dead bodies rotting behind the closed doors. I turned around checked out with a full refund. So nasty.

Outside tv not accessible/ equipment did not work, tried multiple times.

When checking in First they gave us wrong room with dirty bathroom. At checkout customer rep saw my spouse worked for a large airline and she started complaining about her own parents bad employment there.

We also explained we were not happy because we could not take showers before checking out due to water pressure, and she shrugged her shoulders and said “I’m not surprised.” We responded not acceptable since traveling and showering is a basic need. She again shrugged.

Then we told her we needed shuttle to airport, she told us yo go check time elsewhere. When we did, nothing posted but a security guard explained no airport shuttle available until further notice. We needed to leave immediately and had checked out timely just to make shuttle.

Awful customer service but we did not have time to argue about cost because we were trying not to miss our flight. We shouldn’t have had to pay for the last at minimum due to inconveniences.

I rented a room during CES. The rate seemed acceptable at the time of booking, but the hotel charged an additional resort fee of $46 USD per day on top of the room cost already prepaid on Expedia. Be warned!

The room was not cleaned automatically, and towels were not replaced even after five days — you have to request service, and extra charges may apply. The walls are extremely thin; we could hear every possible noise. Finally, the hotel is directly under the flight path of planes landing at LAS, which made it quite noisy.

It's our go-to spot for a good, inexpensive room in Vegas. But my gosh, the zero $#!ts that were given today was inexcusable. One towel in our bathroom, asking with a couple of hand towels and wash cloths. We went to call down for more towels and the phone doesn't work. Had to call on my cell phone to the operator who said they would send up towels. Am hour and a half later, my whole family is running late and still no yield.
