0 issues, and was very happy with this hotel. Right off the strip (10 minute walk to The Sphere for reference if you're a quick walker). Ubers to the strip only cost about $13 each way. Clean, spacious rooms with a mini fridge and microwave. Mine had a pull out couch, coffee table and desk. Front desk staff was always nice. My only recommendation would be to add EV chargers (only because I got stuck with a Tesla rental car not by choice)

Breakfast was a step above most free/provided breakfasts and the morning staff was excellent at keeping everything supplied and hot. The area is undergoing construction and is just a bit in need of cleanup, but we didn't feel and safety concerns. There are several good restaurants very close.

If you are coming into the Vegas to see a show at the Sphere and have done Vegas multiple times and just want to stay outside of The Strip, this place is perfect if you are here for a Sphere specific show and is under a 10 minute walk to the event space. You can get an affordable Uber in the afternoon hours to locations at The Strip, but we tried to leave come evening because the Uber prices more than double, so plan accordingly for other events and planned dinners.

Room is in good condition but pretty small. Good location. Staffs were very nice. However, only one person was preparing breakfast, so people were wait for long time for food and drink. The hotel should arrange at least two to three person to prepare. Especially during weekend and holiday season. No daily room cleaning service. I have stayed for three nights.

Not the hotel’s fault but you may want to book elsewhere if you value peaceful sleep until the construction is done. Guests are told there is no ordinance for noise, so they work all night running heavy machinery. Very loud.

If you want to enjoy the area without the glitz and hassle of The Strip, this is a great place to relax and kick back. Big TV and clean modern bath. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. It was all very clean and we will only stay at the Fairfield Convention cener while in Vegas.

Would have liked a few more healthy options, more fruit, cheeses, meats, maybe veggie options. The front staff was outstanding, incredibly helpful and accommodating. Pool was closed and they waived the parking fee. Would have liked my room cleaned more often. However, I respect the eco awareness.

Such a great stay! All the times we stayed in Vegas over the years, a lot!!, and this was the 1st traditional hotel we tried out. So welcoming, nice cozy vibe, coffee and tea station always stocked, front desk staff so very kind, such comfortable beds, and just a 15 min walk to Boingo Monorail station. Such a great locale! Yes you can hear some plane noise but just pop those ear plugs in and you're fine boo! Great fitness room also!!!

The issue was the pool was also undergoing renovation. With the temps at 93+, it would have been nice to havexa pool. I would think a discount should have been given. Don't do it!

In construction with no consideration for guests. No notice of 10 hour water shut down on morning through 4 pm. Fire alarm repeatedly went off with no notice to guest of whether it was real or a drill or just a wiring problem. We left and checking into another hotel to save our sanity.

the worst experience

The staff were friendly, but the swimming pool was under construction, so there was nothing to do during the day. On top of that, tile work at the main entrance throughout our stay made it inconvenient to go in and out.

It was a nice trip especially having a good and affordable accomodation. Misha, was very accomodating at the front. We arrived early with our dog and was given an opportunity to check-in early. Their breakfast was so good plus a 24hour free coffee/tea in the area. Definitely, we'll be back! Thanks!

This property has a lot of potential, and is in the middle of a renovation, which should make it very nice. The property itself feels safe, but cross Sands to the 7-11, and it’s kind of sketchy.

On a very positive note, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the Sphere, so very convenient to it and the Venetian if you want to have a nice dinner and then conveniently walk across the skywalk to your show.

Would definitely stay there again-very good breakfast, and great people who took good care of us, especially when my daughter ended up becoming ill.

Love this place!!! Super nice people and close Ish to the sphere. It has a 711 down the street also a McDonald’s down the street. The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was amazing.

Water was so hot( cold & hot) could not take a shower, tv kept going out every channel& wifi wouldn’t connect( hotel was very clean& bed great & breakfast to die for) just needed to fix problems!! Oh also ice machines out on 3 floors& didnt tell me( yes i went to all 3 ) 1 worked!!

We had a great experience the when we stayed the weekend before, this time was not so great. First of all, the TV keep turning off (timer was off), the room was hot, and there wasn't any cold water coming from the sink or shower. So washing our hands, brushing our teeth, and taking a shower was horrible as the water was very hot and got hotter the longer the water was on.

Worst hotel experience in my lifetime. Construction immediately outside my room with constant noise & I was unable to sleep as a result.

Marriott should not book rooms on the North side of the hotel OR resolve the noise issue.
