While the price seems good, it isn’t what it seems. Resort fees, like everywhere in Vegas, change the price even after you’ve prepaid online, which was a shocker for many families at registration.

The location also smelled. If it wasn’t sanitation issues, it was the multiple types of smoke. This location smells.

The rooms are fine, but our shower was strange. They have a glass wall for half of the shower and a curtain for the other half. However, because of the the wave the room works, the curtain moves, so water was everywhere in the restroom.

I will say, I very much appreciated the professionals at baggage. They were very kind.

I’ll end with this: even our driver asked about the smell when we were picked up for the airport. As much as the shops and restaurants outside the Linq are cool, this place is party city a designed for young people who care more about parties and less about quality of life. We won’t be going back.

This had to be one of the worst hotel stays I have ever been to in Las Vegas. Upon arrival the area for the hotel rooms had a horrible smell, like sewage! I had upgraded my room to a deluxe suite, the best thing that came from that is it had two bathrooms, but honestly it was not worth it! It looked as if the staff only went in the bathroom to clean maybe the sink and put new towels bcs my shower needed to be unclogged when I arrived and I needed to call again to ask for a refill on conditioner bcs mid shower I realized the dispenser was out. I tried to call and get out of my reservation and switch it to another chain hotel that they were part of but since I booked through Expedia they were not able to help me. This hotel would have been a good fit for a cheap stay for young college students, but I will not be staying here ever again.

We didn’t get there until the early morning because our flight the night before got super delayed. Went to check in and the told me they didn’t have a room for me, even though I had already paid for it. Finally they got us a room, an hour later, mind you we got there at 3am and were exhausted. They gave us a room without a fridge even though the first room we reserved was supposed to have one. We get to the room and it smelled awful. Like straight sewage, and a lot of the hotel smelled like that. So gross. We had a room with two queens and a bunk bed above one of them, which they acted like it was a bonus, it was not. Our sink backed up everytime we used it. And the was what looked like blood splattered all over one of the walls. We tolerated it for the morning because we were exhausted. The next morning we went down to complain and they moved us into a new room. It was ok but still smelled like sh*t. I would never stay here again.

Maybe it's all Vegas now but the LINQ was pretty stingey. Early check in and check out were an extra charge. The pool was expensive drinks and seating, restaurants werent great, drinks were expensive. Rooms were clean enough but there was construction all around and the parking is annoying. Wouldn't go back

1. Self Checking without Room Keys but parking fee was charged twice for 2 nights of staying-Very Poor Communication even asked Registration Staff & wrong instruction was provided.
2. Room A/C is not working to adjust temperature so called 3 times to ask for changing room-didn’t agree to change room but had technician replaced the entire A/C unit on 2nd day of our stay. The replaced A/C unit is still Not Working so I called the 4th time to change from 2nd floor to 16th floor which the room has Better Amenities than 2nd floor!

When booking hotel room via Expedia, we usually get the Worst Room or Bad Location of room! Very Frustrated!

This was a typical Vegas strip hotel. It is massive, so I'll be prepared to walk extensive distance from check-in to your room. It was a little confusing to find our district, but the security staff around the property was very helpful and friendly. We opted for no housekeeping service for our short stay so we can't comment on housekeeping. But our room is clean upon arrival and plenty of supplies. The Hotel did not have the room that I purchased. They could provide no compensation nor any upgrades because the hotel was \"full\". They sent me to a room that had not been cleaned yet... noted that the room had been cleaned by housekeeping and inspected... NOT. They was given a room even worse, no king bed as requested, and a view of 3 brick walls instead of the city view that I purchased. Escalated with no compensation. I would never stay here again.

While the staff was very professional and helpful, there was an incident with sewage: an overall sewage smell on the property; clogged plumbing in the room; the service/maintenance that corrected the room's plumbing left sewage water all over the bathroom and on my personal toiletries.

The LINQ exceeded my expectations. The biggest surprise was the awesome staff. We had excellent service from bar tenders, pool staff, and restaurant employees. The convenience of location center strip was perfect. Everything we needed was on the promenade or very close by. We will definitely stay at the LINQ again.

The property as a building is fine. The seeage smell is awful. Our room did not have hotmwater unless you let it run for at least 10 minutes. We did have to move rooms due to the smell coming in the air conditioner. It. Was. Awful!

The room and common property had a terrible sewage smell. The overall cleanliness of the room was sub-par. The shower and water pressure in particular was poor. Our room was only cleaned once during our 4-day stay, despite being out of our room and anticipating it to be cleaned and replenished upon our return. The location is great, but otherwise we were not very impressed.

Location and pricing is good if that’s all you are looking for….aside from that the room was covered in dust as if no one had stayed in that room for a while. Unfortunately it was a long travel day and trekking through Vegas is enough on its own & we were only staying for one night. We did not have the capacity to even want to change rooms but it definitely had not been cleaned recently, we literally had to wipes off surfaces to feel comfortable to start getting ready :(

My stay at The LINQ was absolutely wonderful. There was truly something for everyone...great restaurants, plenty of entertainment, and an energetic casino that kept the fun going. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

One thing I especially appreciated was the added security. Having security check for a room key before allowing guests up the elevators made us feel safe and well cared for.

The location couldn’t be more perfect. Being right in the heart of everything meant we could walk everywhere, and we did...every single day.

Thank you, LINQ, for your exceptional service and for helping make our trip unforgettable.

Absolutely awful smell the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. Once you enter the parking garage, there is a very strong sewer smell that seeps into your car even with the windows closed, that’s how bad it was. Self parking is $20 per day, which makes staying at the hotel even less attractive. The walk from the parking garage to the front desk/your room is horrid, between the sewer smell and the odd smell of the hotel, to the odd smell of the hallways, and then the odd smell in your actual room, it’s hard to get a fresh breath anywhere other than going outside and away from the hotel. Granted, the rooms are spacious, but the smell really makes it difficult to appreciate the other aspects of the hotel. Probably will not book this hotel again.

We got to the room and it was just a refurbished, old hotel room. There was pubic hair on the floor, urine stains all over the bathroom floor, half the plugs didn’t work and our safe wouldn’t lock.

I know it’s not their fault, but the smell was unreal on the property. It smelled like sewage so be prepared. You also need an ID to purchase a mini sprite.

Overall, the staff is pretty accommodating and the location is great. It’s literally just the smell and the sprite issue that caused a problem.

P.S. They also have a magical room phone, so use it to your advantage.

There are no water bottles in the room. We called room service to see if we could get some water brought to our room and no. They do not have in room dining and therefore will not bring you water. You have to leave your room to go into the casino and buy it. Annoying and weird.

Our stay at The LINQ Hotel + Experience was overall good with some positives and a few downsides.
The location was great right in the middle of the Strip, and the view from our room was amazing. We could see the pool and the ziplining from the window.
The room itself was just okay and felt a little worn out and not very comfortable. The fridge looked like it had some water damage on the bottom, but I was still glad the room had a fridge.
One disappointment was that the pool is 21 and over, which makes it not very family friendly if you’re traveling with kids.
We also had a hard time getting help from some employees when asking for directions because the responses felt rude or dismissive. There also wasn’t an easy food court option available in the hotel, so we had to walk to Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino for more food choices.
The housekeeping staff was excellent. They cleaned our room daily, gave us fresh towels, and kept everything very tidy. We tipped them five dollars a day because they did such a great job. Overall we still had a good time in Las Vegas, mainly because of the location and the great view.

The room was clean, but no fridge was provided. I took my parents on this trip when they asked for a fridge, they were told $20 dollars a day. There was a bit of a sewage smell close to the elevators. The location was great, but you had to rent the loungers by the pool which was a bit much. This was a good spot but was a bit of a cash grab.

The rooms smell funny and are old. Dated. Also, the outside during the day - the building is just, ugly. I'm sorry to say. The beds are on flat wood frames, so not the most comfortable. I understand this is Vegas, but I needed sleep. I'll likely stay off strip next time. If you like the bustling activity of Vegas though, this one is for you.
I ate at the the Mexican restaurant the next day it was fab!
