Worst customer service that I’ve experienced. Was told I couldn’t check in using Apple Pay even though my accommodation was already paid for using Apple Pay.
Management didn’t offer any solutions as I didn’t carry a physical card while travelling overseas. No issues using this payment method anywhere else in the world or USA, just Las Vegas.
After 5 hours being stranded on my own with no where to stay they finally agreed to let me use Apple Pay as a security deposit.

Tried to get my bags up to the room but there was no response at the bell desk for 30mins. Eventually went down and got them myself.

We stayed for 5 nights, and this was our second time booking at Vdara. Unfortunately, this time we booked through a third-party rental, and the experience was very disappointing.

For the price paid, the room should have been comfortable and well maintained, but this unit clearly needs significant maintenance. The mattress was extremely worn, you could sink into it, and we couldn’t sleep the first night.

We went to the front desk, and the lady who assisted us was very kind and professional. However, she explained that because the room was owned by a third party, the hotel could not move us to another room since there were no other units available from that owner. They attempted to contact the owner, but we never received any help or response.

We also contacted Expedia, who said they would reach out to the hotel. In the end, no one offered a solution.

The room was dusty, the furniture was very worn, and when I requested cleaning because the room was given to us dirty, we found crumbs and leftover food from previous guests under the glass dining table. We were then told cleaning would cost an additional $60, which is unacceptable.

What was most frustrating is that both the hotel and the third-party rental kept passing responsibility to each other instead of resolving the issue. We had a great experience at Vdara in the past, but I strongly advise being cautious when booking through third-party rentals, as no one takes responsibility when problems arise.

The view from the room was so good! We could see the fountain in Bellagio and Eiffel Tower. The room is quite nice size for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom is very clean. It is very easy to go to Bellagio and Aria which is convenient. There is no casino in there so it is very nice for family with kids. The one I disappointed was about the kitchen. There are small kitchen but nothing we can use. There is a coffee machine but available upon request. But overalls are so good, hope we will be back soon!

I loved the Hotel, Vdara is beautiful, I liked the location, staff was friendly, having a market and Starbucks on property definitely a big plus. Also loved that is pet friendly. What I didn’t love about my stay, the room advertised and that I booked didn’t match the room I got, it was a very tight fit for 4, also some features of the rolm didnt work such as reading lights, charging ports, the drain in the sink, I don’t think I will be staying here again just for that reason.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Vdara, however, we had greater expectations of this place, since it is rated as a 5-star hotel. The room was big and it had a great view. I loved the layout of the room. What could improve is cleanliness. The two coffee cups left in the room were not clean. The countertops were dusty and there were several stains on the countertops and sink that we had to clean. One of the blinds had a big brown stain on it. The kitchenette did not have any dishes besides two coffee cups. There is a stovetop, but unusable due to lack of dishes. The couch was in really bad shape, with several holes in the fabric. The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

We were very disappointed in our recent stay at this property. Upon check-in we were notified that the room we had booked was a private property and that we would not be getting daily house keeping done, and anything needed in the room once we were there needed to be requested. Hotel check in time is 3:00pm our room was not ready until 4:30pm. Once we arrived to our room, the kitchen sink was wobbly and did not work properly, the laps in the sitting area only had one that worked, the wall tv was crooked, the safe in the room did not work and the light in the closet did not work either when the door was opened. I have video's of all of this. We were extremely disappointed with the room and couldn't believe this was what was being offered as a place to stay for guests. When asked what could be done they said nothing as it was a privately owed room and not apart of the hotel, which we were not aware of and no where did it say when we were booking that it was a privately owed room and I have booked hotels off of expedia several times and have never run into this issue before. Very unfortunate as we did like the hotel but will not be staying there again.

Fantastic stay. Check in was easy, check out was even easier. The Vdara is in great location. It’s a lovely quiet, smoke-free hotel connected to the Bellagio, Cosmopolitan and Aria perfectly central. Very short walk to the free MGM tram, which we used often. Free bottled water daily although you need to ask for these at the front desk, which became a bit of a hassle as it tended to be busy.

The view was technically not a view of the strip, but we could see the back of the Bellagio and a tiny bit of the fountain. We could mainly see the roads behind the strip and mountains, which were still beautiful - especially at night.

Our room had everything we needed, small mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hob (although the hob took a very long time to boil a pan of water). The only con I can think of is that the room does look dated and rough around the edges. A bit dusty and we found sweets and rubbish had fallen down the sofa (from previous guests) when we were making up the sofa bed. We also found a dirty earbud left on the window sill which was initially very off putting, but we did get over it after giving the place a wipe over ourselves.

We stayed 9 nights and I would recommend Stripview suites / owner leaves a dustpan and brush so guests can sweep daily and keep the apartment tidy (as there was no housekeeping included).

All in all, we loved our stay it was excellent value and we also saved a lot of money from being able to prepare breakfast and lunch in the apart

If you need a centrally located one bedroom suite with kitchen, dining room, and 180° views, this is the place! We were here for five days both working and playing and it was perfect. Good food in the building but no casino. Which is good. Pool area is very nice and excellent spa and fitness facility. 24 hour convenience store with food selections available and Starbucks in the building.

Booked city view room right by the elevator so you can hear the noise from the shaft all day and night in the room. Rooms are not soundproof like they advertised. We were woke up before 7:00 am and 2:00 am in the middle of the night with pressure washing right below at the cabanas and pool which is on the 3rd floor. Pretty much wrecked a couple days of our vacation from no sleep. Called to Strip View Suites and no answer from them just a text the next morning sorry for the inconvenience. I contacted the front desk and they went out and had them stop and the manager called the next day to apologize but nothing from Strip View Suites. Called ahead to rental to request towels and kitchenware items and none were delivered. Upon request to housekeeping they delivered but you have to ask for every little thing you need. So if you actually want to cook just know nothing is stocked at all in the kitchen. The room itself is nice. The furniture in the living room could be updated and more comfortable. The view is of the pool and round about drop off. Just be aware when pool is open might be noisy but lucky the hours that it is open shouldn’t bother sleeping but you can hear street noise in the room. Vdara itself is a great place to stay but I would get a higher room and away from elevator so you can’t hear noise. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and nice if you need anything.

This is an Owner’s Suite

This is an OWNER’S SUITE which means that the apartment is not cleaned, trashes are not taken out, towels are not changed and basically the answer to all your questions is “it’s an owner’s suite so we can’t do anything”. Despite of extensive list of kitchen equipment at hotels.com, you need to ask Housekeeping to deliver all of them starting from a toast maker, still no silverware available only plastic ones. Washing machine is not working and only two dishwasher tablets are delivered even we stayed three nights. The view is not towards the Strip but to Aria’s entrance/garage. Next time I pay close attention that I don’t book a privately owned suite but a regular Vdara room.

Easy access and lovely rooms.

The view was fantastic in our room, we had a partial strip view and the mountains. The rooms are also a great size with a separated dining area. Our check in & check out process was incredibly quick and the property is well maintained.

There's no casino at this property but it's very easy to connect to the bellagio or cosmo which is all the more reason to stay here.

Areas of the room weren’t clean, the glass in the washroom had dried toothpaste on it. Also the room category is deceptive as you can only see the strip if you put your face to the window. Overall it’s ok, just not worth the value.

Strip View Suites is owed privately in Vdara

My stay with strip view suites was a mess. Communication was standard but felt automated.
I requested place settings and pots and pans and they were not in the room and I never got them.
The room was filthy!!!! I thought I walked into Hostle the movie. Dusty, not vacuumed, broken glass from the light fixture in the seats at the table. The fridge did not work and was stained and had hair in it. The dressers were chipped and cracked. The blinds did not work and were broken. The air conditioning vent was hanging off the wall. The only thing clean was the bathroom. The bed was lumpy. And the couch has stains!!!
I was advised by the hotel (which I’ve stayed at before Vdara and they are AMAZING!)
That these suites are privately owned and responsible for their own upkeep. And they have to pay for maintenance and things like that and that is why it was subpar for Vdaras standards.
Vdara sent their own housekeeping up and they were amazing and got room not only amazingly clean but provided me with a new fridge that worked and cleaned top to bottom because I couldn’t change rooms due to the hotel being fully booked.
They also sent in maintenance whom was amazing as well to fix the air conditioner and he tried to fix the blinds and he couldn’t. He had to submit for repairs and I had to deal with the sun blazing in my eyes my whole stay.
All in all I will never book through Strip View Suites ever again! But I will book through Vdara again per the usual.

Complete scam. Stay away!!

This is a complete scam. The property positions itself as \"strip view\". I got the completely opposite experience. I didn't have a single bit of the strip. ZERO! Contacted hotel, they couldn't do anything, contacted hotels.com, no help either. Contacted management company, they offered 20% off from a future booking. This is nonsense.

On top of this there is no house keeping - you don't get the room cleaned, no fresh towels, etc. And to top it off, you don't get MGM Rewards points, even for various items charged to the room.

This is a SCAM, stay away and never ever book with \"StripViewSuites\". Scammers!!

I rarely leave a bad review but this was a terrible experience. This is an \"owner property\" so you do not get to enjoy the full amenities of Vdara. The room was filthy, I sent pics because I immediately wanted to change rooms. I had to clean the bathroom myself because they could not switch our room because it was an owner property. There were hairs on literally every surface in the bathroom, a stained bathtub like someone had dyed their hair in it, peeling baseboards throughout the unit, hair on the bed, tables and counters were dirty and sticky, a broken lamp, pullout sofa is tiny and has an awful mattress that should not even be called a bed, it was uncomfortable as a couch too. No late check out allowed, not even til noon cuz its an owner property. Hotel will not clean or bring towels w/o charging a fee. Ipad room control does not work. No room service. Just book direct if you want to stay at Vdara. I've stayed there before so this was a completely different experience. We were given a food/bev credit for our trouble that covered 2 drinks at the pool. They offered to come clean that night while we were out, but I had already cleaned it myself by then. We had to wait for it to be \"cleaned\" before we could check in too, so this was all just very frustrating.
