The Ballagio is very centrally located. We were able to walk to shopping and multiple restaurants. The property is very well maintained and had a lot of activity.

Terrible check in experience. Waited over a half an hour, and then was assigned a room already occupied. Bed was not very comfortable for a 5 star hotel. Cold water faucet in bathroom came loose when using it.

Insane crowds, bad food, tacky, dingy
Broken up escalator (from rideshare drop-off), lights not working, broken curtain. Signature hand/body wash and shampoo scent smells like Poo-pourri
Hidden fees galore—Tenardier-level embezzlement.

All was good and some street construction that was not of their control. The main issue is location directions to other places. For instance staff said go to the Horseshoe. Well horses have shoes. A circle in travel to come back where you started. Then in looking out of our room we saw a hotel named the Horseshoe. When your new in town, staff needs to be more clear.

I used the self check in kiosk to avoid the very long check in queue and after downloading MGM app got a room assigned along with keys. Upon arriving to my room I find that house keeping had barely started cleaning the room which is a huge issue and disconnect between staff and app. Ended up with half clean room which to me is unacceptable for a higher end hotel. Other than that amenities are great, restaurants are amazing and O show is a must see.

Our room was pristine clean and really spacious.
We loved it.
The bathroom was very spacious as well , with the massive tub and separate shower that can conveniently take two. We thoroughly enjoyed Bellagio.

The Bellagio was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful place to stay. The room was spacious and the bathroom was fully stocked and glamorous! The only thing I would change is the space in the refrigerator and coffee options. There were no easy ways to get coffee that didn't require being fully dressed and walking a long way! The bed was very comfortable and the remote control curtains were quite a luxury!

The hotel is getting old and needs a little updating. The rooms are on the smaller side for Vegas and are not well cleaned/maintained. Upon arrival we found a bunch of long, coarse black hair all over the bathroom floor. We let housekeeping know, the cleaned the next day but some of the hair was still there.

It's a great location and very beautiful hotel. Maybe if you're a VIP guest, the service would be better, but for general customers, the check in was like an immigration line up waiting to be processed - impersonal, sterile, just another number. While the room was spacious, clean and well appointed, there was not even complimentary water in the room. Pools were luxurious, and breakfast at Sadell's Cafe was amazing.

During check-in, it was a problem because my room wasn’t ready yet. I had called Expedia to add my niece name to my room but the representative combined our name together making it difficult finding her name. I also asked for early check-in for my niece, which wasn’t annotated. We ended up getting a different room in another wing away from my other family members. I learned that the room we were supposed to get, the previous occupants decided to stay for another night, so we had to wait until a room was available for us. Overall the stay was fantastic and we enjoyed our time there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staffs were nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bellagio resort.

Great hotel and casino, like with anything be careful what you touch in the fridge and the bar snacks as you could probably end up needing to re-mortgage your house. To be expected really in Vegas. Hotel experience and gambling was as you’d expect tho. The fountain displays are decent specially in the evening.
Good sized room, amazing bathroom.

Obviously hotel position on the strip is fairly central to everything. Plenty of local amenities close by, CVS, breakfast at EggSlut was top drawer too.

This is The LasVegas Experience. Walking distances are great & may be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Messy, loud construction in middle of hotel. No coffee in rooms very annoying. Must go downstairs, wait in line to get or wait for room service. Food in room overpriced. “O” excellent as remembered from years ago. Smoke in casino unpleasant.

Clean room, staff friendly and welcoming, wi-fi worked well in my room. The staff are quiet when cleaning the rooms so you can sleep in late. Without all the noise. beautiful views, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants within the hotel. Great stay. Nice vibes.

We were not thrilled with our stay. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and though I had called weeks in advance to coordinate rooms, it was all disregarded to the point where they put us in different areas of the hotel. The concierge was not helpful - and was actually quite dismissive - on the one request we made, the shower in our room did not close, and there was literally nowhere to eat except the bakery at 3:30 in the afternoon. While the location is very central, that’s where the good ended. For what we paid, we could have stayed elsewhere and received far better service.

Bellagio is in a great central walkable location on the strip. Also attached to 2 sister MGM hotels with services you can enjoy. We stayed in King room in Spa tower which has recently been renovated, very comfortable and clean. Excellent service/staff. In house restaurants relatively expensive and not highly rated. Mostly ate in restaurants outside of facility. Only one pool & hot tub were open while others being cleaned and painted…but still enjoyed and appreciated that one of each were open. Would stay again and would request reserve Spa tower room.

They did not do a very good job cleaning our room each day. They changed the sheets and towels but they left all of the trash and empty glasses everyday. They also left our room unlocked after cleaning it one of the days we stayed.

Not impressed, old dated room. Very hard to find once inside the building. I expected it to be up-to-date for the price. There was only one place to get normal food without needing reservations that were anywhere near our hotel room. Overall, it just was not what I was expecting and I feel that it’s way overpriced. I’ve stayed at several places in Las Vegas that were around the same price that were much nicer and more convenient.

Our room on the 21st floor overlooked the fountains. It was large, clean and comfortable. The variety of restaurants, and the exceptional food and service were a highlight, as was the show O. Don't miss spending time in the Conservatory, and exploring every area of this vast hotel, including the tram to Aria. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great rooms and plenty of stores and things to do. The restaurant Noodles messed up my order with the wrong food and it took 4 different trips to the restaurant and 2 conversations with the manager to finally get it right. I was given chicken that had bright bone marrow. Manager said that it \"should\" be ok to eat. Who eats chicken that may or not be safe to eat.

Clean and updated rooms, great location. Pool area is beautiful with ample chairs but closed a little earlier that we would have like because we had unusually warm weather for February. Great restaurant selections. You never have to leave the hotel but there is so much close by to see and experience you can if you wish to.

Stayed at a penthouse suite... check was a terrible / a mess...no one at preferred checked desk...first front desk person could type my name in properly from my ID...they gave me a room number that was already occupied....Garbage on both side of my door upon check-in...view overlooked the highway...not a great start to the penthouse suite...

We contacted hotel staff prior to arrival and were given two different directions to access the property. Upon arrival, the valet entrance was not accessible due to an event. Staff did not provide clear alternate directions into the parking area or take additional steps to ensure we could access valet services. We were informed, after speaking with the Las Vegas Police Department, that the route we were attempting to use was not accessible.

We asked if we could cancel our reservation due to the access issues and were told that cancellation was not allowed. After sitting in traffic for approximately two hours, we were eventually able to access the hotel from Flamingo Drive.

Once inside, the check-in process was also problematic. We waited at the desk for an extended period of time and were initially offered a room with two queen beds, despite having a confirmed reservation for a king bed. We requested that the front desk locate a king room as originally booked. Again, after waiting a significant amount of time, we had to remind staff that we were still waiting to be checked in while other guests who arrived after us were assisted first.

This entire experience was frustrating and fell well below expectations.
