The room we stayed in was so disgusting. There was hair and dirt all over the bathroom, ashes in the tub, garbage underneath the beds which I probably wouldn’t have noticed but I had drop something and it partially rolled under the bed. The tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor if you stood in the middle and we were on the first floor, water leaking out of the handle and not just the spout on the tub. Doors don’t seal all the way around and the room just felt dirty overall. And we never received notice that the casino was going to be shut down one of the days during our stay, only a sign in the lobby the day before. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting the remainder of our stay reimbursed so we could move to a cleaner hotel while being in town. Overall wouldn’t recommend unless you are just passing through for one night and are on a major budget, but you could probably do better.

The elevator was dirty room was dirty and had some mold in shower and 2 times in the middle of the night somebody tried to bust door in and we did not feel safe and also none of the slot machines were working in the hotel and bottom line is that we did feel safe to stay another night and we checked out the next day and got a room at another hotel and the staff didn’t even seem that sorry or concerned about what happen.

Didn't stay here after booking the room, staff was rude, we received no response to emails or phone calls for an early check in. When arriving after a 15 hour drive and asking for an early check in we were told to wait 3 hours, we did but after that 3 hour period we were told to wait another 2 hours. Staff tried to say no rooms were available no check outs but we were sitting in the parking lot the entire time watching ppl check out watching rooms be cleaned. We ended up finding a much nicer hotel with friendly staff that were able to accommodate an early check in thankfully.

Room was clean. This is an older property but the and facilities are well cared for. Ten miunte walk to the LVCC. The hotel wifi was terrible, low speed, low bandwidth and cut in and out. The location is also poor for ATT cell service.

They don’t say it online but if you get to the property with cash expect number one to get rejected and number two did not attempt to resolve in anyway.On my part I have to say when I go to Vegas I only take cash and not my credit card to avoid frivolous spending I had enough cash to pay my whole reservation as well as leave a $500 dollar deposit and was told nope and sorry there was nothing they could do.

The staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean. Location off strip was easily accessible by walking to/from the Sphere. The property was older… it took a LONG time for the hot water to reach the room… such waste of water by leaving water running full while waiting for hot water. Drainage in both sink and bathtub were super slow… not sure if it due to old piping.

You know, this was one of the only places available as I booked the day prior to new years eve. But, now that I know about this place, this is going to be my spot from now on. I love that they have a bowing alley, an arcade with some great video games. I spent every day over 4 days in the arcade and If i remember correctly there is also a movie theater here as well. I didn't have time to see a movie but defintely next time.,

We got in about midnight, and the first room was missing the tv remote. After we checked with the front desk about it, they wouldn’t have anyone that could program a new one until 6:00, so they moved us to another room. It was spotless and the staff was very helpful. The bar/restaurant is clean and and reasonably priced.

Despite the hotel/ room looking a lot dingier in person than in the pictures, I still gave the hotel a 4/5 for as follows:
The staff were nice, accommodating, and the bartenders as well + extremely helpful
The room was spacious despite it being not aesthetically pleasing; the water was nice and hot, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was great instead of it being the new-age wall thermostat for airflow
The hotel is a couple minute walk from the convention center and the monorail; which was extremely helpful for my husband and I’s stay. We loved how cheap the bar at the hotel was, and I adored that it had that “dive bar” vibe, with penny slots and all.

Vegas is expensive but this was a cozy stay for what it was worth.

Staff is great, location works amazing especially if you are going to see a show at the Sphere.
Note, the immediate area can be sketchy at night, especially if you go off properly walking. On properly, zero issues. Hotel has fantastic security always roaming the property.
This is one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas when I want to play near the strip. It is cheap, parking is included, it is clean, functional, and safe.

First and foremost if your just going to sleep and go then I completely understand, but the rooms online photo was either taken when the room was originally built or overly processed to make it seem ideal, but in fact there were stains everywhere! The walls looked like had seen some horrible things, the entry door to our room looked like it may have been kicked in, and yes it was hard to open and close.
I was under the impression that the rooms had either a small kitchen or microwave but nope just a mini fridge.
Lastly the couch was tattered with leftover condom rappers, so we completely avoided the living space.
When we saw the casino it looked like we had gone back in time, it was a bit strange but like the plumbing in the building it had been held together with anything and everything available to avoid actually fixing the problem.
The only reason I gave this place any stars is your bartender who made it bearable, with an amazing attitude and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Soo, unfortunately I highly doubt that we will ever be back let alone recommend this location.

The room is very spacious, walking distance to convention center, and great value. Here are suggestions for improvement
(1) add safety bar in the bath shower area to avoid falls and lawsuits
(2) add water recirculating pump as hot water was taking a long time to arrive. Sad to report my wife turned the water on for at least 10 min for the hot water to arrive. We did not want to waste water, but we are not used to cold shower in the morning.
(3) replace front door frames as it is very difficult to open and close front door to allow locking.
(4) would like to have either a microwave or a hot water heater in the room.
(5) down the road, would enjoy having a gym on site
(6) we had an issue that somehow we did not get our credit back from the front desk. She insisted that she returned to us, but we cannot find it. Not sure what had happened.
Otherwise everything very good.

Don't stay here unless you are a smoker. The \"non-smoking\" room smelled like a smoker stayed there the night before. My sense is cigarette smoke permeates every nook and cranny of this hotel.
