Clean room. Lovely view in the city view room. I used the gym every day, which was huge and usually quiet when I went. Staff were very helpful and the facilities on site were excellent and varied.

Stayed only one night, check in and out needed to line up. On-line options were not functional although the QR codes were on the signs to \"skip the line\", very frustrating. The WiFi log in did not work and it took at least 20 min for someone to call me back on my personal phone, all lines were busy and they can't call back on the room phone for some reason, who knows why? Because the in-person check out was taking forever, I did key drop with no incidentals to pay for. But now I have a random charge for a breakfast I was not even present on the property for, after I had dropped off my keys, hope it is resolved soon but who's in a rush to give money back? Always check out in person at this property, anyone can charge stuff to your room without any identification. Unlikely to stay here again.

The hotel was really undersold for a Fridays
/Saturday stay and felt dead. It’s off the beaten path and not a lively place. Facilities are nice. Rooms are great, but if you are looking for an active resort with a lot of action and people this one does not appear to be your spot.

Hotel was beautiful! The view we had was amazing! The only thing I disliked was that the pool closes toooooo early and NEVER had the chance to go. We had long days hiking in the Grand Canyon etc and wanted to come back and relax by the pool which closes at 5pm…. That time is INSANE

Overall our stay of 6 nights was good. The resort is nice & new it is however very separated from everything else on the strip. We chose Resorts work because of the beautiful pools and we were under the impression the driverless “zouk” vehicles would transport us to other hotels and important places on the strip. In reality, they only go to about 4 places way off the strip, so when we wanted to go to the Paris Hotel & Linq area, we still had to walk a mile each way. We decided to either walk to mid strip area (a total of about 10miles there & back) or Uber. It’s about $30-$40 round trip to Uber to the mid strip area to Resorts World. Something to really factor in when staying there. Several restaurants avail on property but super $$$$. Food court area was actually pretty good. Must like Asian food. Thankfully we do! Several things missing from the room. Just small things, like needing hooks for towels, extra toilet paper, the bathroom door is large and cumbersome. More like a main hotel door that’s super heavy and doesn’t open widely. Just kinda weird. Nice large shower with good water pressure.

At check in, I wished they would have explained about where to get my uber, we had to walk around the whole building to find the location. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, I would have liked a coffee pot in my room for my mornings. I bought the breakfast package, which was well worth it.
I was hoping for a whirlpool pool, wall the walking we did, I could have really used it to ease my aching muscles…
I was surprised the pools wasn’t heated.
Overall a great place to stay!

My husband and I loved our room! It was comfortable and clean. The lady at the check-in counter, also named Karen like myself, was very friendly and upgraded our room to a beautiful poolside view when I told her that it was our first time at the Hilton @ Resorts World and that I was celebrating my 60th birthday! She also gifted us with a $150 drink credit for the five days that we were there. She really made my birthday extra special. We really enjoyed the wonderful restaurants that we dined at in the hotel, especially Wally's. The food was absolutely delicious!! We also really loved relaxing at the poolside areas. The outdoor couches were very comfortable and loved the seating near the bar area. Staff were very friendly as well. We will definitely be staying there again!

Clean room, Great view of the strip. I personally loved the location. It is north on the strip so its not centralized but with that you come back for the night to a chill relaxed place where theres not a bunch of crazy and loud people. The restaurants and casino are amazing! Loved Michos Tacos.

One front desk receptionist was not very helpful. We had another that was great. When checking out they could not provide me with a bill and stated it would take a half hour. They said they would email me my bill. I never received it. I then found out they overcharged my room and bill. Now have to make several phone calls to get this fixed. This shouldn’t be so difficult. I would not recommend staying here.

Modern, nice room interior including the bathroom. It’s true that it is similar to a cruise ship with shopping stores, restaurants, gym, pools. 12 mins walk to walgreens. It’s far from the main strip so taking a cab everyday to visit it can be expensive. After 3 nights stay, I requested housekeeping. I have to call housekeeping 3x for them to come up to vacuum, replenish towels and empty the garbage. It gave me a headache and it supposed to be a relaxing spring break vacation with my son. Staffs from reception, restaurant and pool are okay. Some of them are nice. Pools are not heated. It was cold! My son and I were shivering although the weather was 80+ degrees. Foods in the restaurant are mediocre.

There is no coffee maker in room. They make you take elevator to the casino, stand in line a
and spend $7 on a coffee.
Room was clean a little on the small side.
A lot of the chairs at the pool are reserved you need to get there early to get a chair.
There is a lot of good restaurant choices.

My main complaint is check in/out, their self check in doesn't work with Android and the lines are long to check in with an employee. Also, no coffee makers in room so your limited to Starbucks downstairs with more lines.

Our stay at Resorts World Las Vegas was extremely disappointing, especially for such a new resort. The room was nothing special, a basic Hilton style room, and check in was a mess. We were given conflicting information and my credit card was charged multiple times, eventually triggering a fraud lock, even though over $1,000 in incidentals had already been taken.
Cleanliness was unacceptable. The room had heavy dust on headboards, lights, drawers, and bathroom shelving. The bathroom counters had makeup stains my wife had to clean, and the shower had visible black mold worse than much older Strip hotels.
Safety became a serious concern when I stepped on broken glass in the room and cut my foot, pulling the glass out myself. Earlier that day, my young daughter had complained of foot pain, which now makes sense. I filed an incident report and was told risk management would contact me, but they never did despite follow ups.
We chose this hotel for the family pool, confirmed in advance, but staff were confused about which pools were open and rules changed daily. The kids splash features shown online no longer exist. Room keys also repeatedly failed, leaving us locked out with our kids. Billing issues continued after checkout, with no clear accounting of beverage credits. Overall, far below expectations and we will not return.

Check in can be slow. Some tech features didn’t work for me ( e.g., “Skip the line” check in, TV was glitchy). F&B credit has yet to be applied to my final bill. Room was clean. Most staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Expedia listed a buffet breakfast and that was a thing of the past. You get a $33 allowance at 3 restaurants. It was not ideal as choices were limited for that budget. There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms so your first morning coffee had to be included in that $33. Also Expedia listed this as a no resort fee hotel and that was not true also.
Check in had long lines and no one explained that there were 3 sets of elevators all going to different floors and your room key is what made the elevator operate. The expensive snack and drink refrigerator were just irritating to me with no prices…..reminded me that they had no respect for my money.
