The entire hotel was gorgeous. The amenities were great. The room was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable and respectful to my family. Both my daughters (10&6 years old) loved the pools and had a blast at the pools and walking the hotel. The food was so good and full of variety. 100% would stay at the Conrad again!

Staff is super friendly. The outdoor pool was definitely a plus. The only thing I didn’t like is there was no in room coffee and you had to go downstairs to buy an eight dollar cup of coffee. I think for the price you pay for the rooms there should be coffee.

The Conrad exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, inviting, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful.

A special thank you to Emilio at the Agave Bar, whose outstanding service and warm personality made our experience even more memorable. He was one of the friendliest servers we’ve ever encountered.

Overall, our stay was simply wonderful, and we look forward to returning.

Every time ac went on, it rattled all night. There are missing/broken grouts between the tiles in bathroom, and upper part of headboard was partially detached. 3 restaurants we tried had good price but we would not go back. Maybe our expectation was too high.

Very nice property overall. Some good happy hour food and beverage deals. Very nice pool area w lots of seating. Room at the Conrad was large and well appointed. No complaints. McDs out front for cheap morning coffee worked well. Peppermill restaurant across the street had good happy hour specials and a really cool lounge. Don’t forget to visit Slots a Fun, a 5 min walk from the hotel, for $5 blackjack min and cheap drinks if that is your thing.

Everything was great except I wish parking was included for guests. Someone vomited in the pool and it was sitting in it for awhile. By the time staff checked it, it was scattered and not as noticeable. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel.

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. From the time we stepped in the door we were greeted and handled with white glove service. The staff was enthusiastic about welcoming us and ensuring that every aspect of our stay was explained and detailed. We were even granted a complimentary upgrade to a stripe view room on the higher tiered floor.. The pools and staff surrounding them were a delight as well. Not everyone from the staff knew exactly where we were able to redeem the beverage credits that were offered to us. Inconsistent answers in regard to staff receiving deliveries. Elevator did not always read the key to be able to access my corresponding floor. Other than that, the property feels modern and clean. Pool area was very clean and the service was good.

It was a family trip, and we absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, luxurious, and felt much more exclusive than other hotels in the area. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, the food was great, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

A very nice hotel with friendly & professional staff. Very clean and new. We booked a standard room but was actually quite large and roomy. Good fluffy pillows, not flat like in a lot of hotels. Front desk was able to accommodate both an early check-in and late check-out. If you are seeing a show at the Sphere, like we did, it's about a 15 minute walk.

I would’ve been led to believe all rooms in Las Vegas didn’t have microwaves but in the Hilton they had a full kitchen. The Hilton is connected and apart of Resort world like the Conrad. Great hotel and staff but no microwave and small fridge.

There is a $21 per day fee to park a car.
They give your party $66 per day for breakfast but you can only go to 4 restaurants. Two people can’t even eat breakfast for $66!!
Walking distance (2-3 miles to most things)
My family doesn’t always finish our food - there are no microwaves or refrigerators in any rooms!!
And their SLOT machines … don’t get me started … they say one cent, five cents to play. But once you put your money in - it’s a min of eighty-eight cents a spin!!! It’s the OLD BAIT and SWITCH with this place!

I recently stayed at Conrad Las Vegas and had mixed feelings about what should have been a premium experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and well-maintained, and most staff members were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, several issues detracted from my stay.At check-in, I was informed that because I booked through Expedia, I would not receive the full benefits associated with my Expedia Silver or Hilton Gold status. I was also charged a $300 security deposit and about $125 in resort fees for a two-night stay, which felt excessive. Additionally, the pool closed at 7 PM, limiting access to one of the property’s main amenities on my arrival day.The most concerning issue occurred on the second day when my card was declined while paying for dinner. After reviewing my account, I discovered Conrad had placed duplicate authorizations of approximately $425 each, along with an unexplained $78 charge, tying up nearly $1,000 of my available funds. A front desk agent acknowledged the duplicate authorization and attributed it to a card-processing issue but could not explain the additional charge. I was told the funds would be released within 4–7 business days after checkout.
As a Hilton Gold member, I expected better accountability and a faster resolution. I requested that the resort fees be waived as a goodwill gesture, but was told a manager would need to review the request after checkout. I would appreciate direct contact from hotel management.

Only thing that I didn’t like was that we paid for a strip view and when we got there they said they didn’t have any available so they stuck us on a north view towards downtown. I don’t know how they can charge you a specific room and not hold it. They never offered any compensation for this.

Just remember, if you book through third party like Expedia and not directly with the hotel itself, Hilton for my example you are automatically a 2nd class customer over guests who book directly with Hilton.

I booked Conrad 1Br suite back in February for Mem Day Wknd trip. Our flight landed at 7pm. Knowing this, I called Conrad twice to ensure them we will be checking in, but just a little bit later due to our flight.

When we check in, we were told we will be “upgraded” to the Crockfords West suites, which is basically a very high floor suite in the Hilton. This also included free valet ($40) a day. I was surprised and happy about it.

We get to the room and it’s clearly an accessibility suite. Odd furniture layout, little to nowhere to put stuff on shelves or cabinets since it needs to be more open for folks with disabilities. Bathroom did not have a tub which I specifically needed for our toddler who runs around and could slip and fall.

So I call the front desk and let them know we really would like the original room at Conrad. They said ok, they will call or text as soon as the room is ready the next day. No call or text so I call at 5:30PM the next day. The room was indeed ready for us. Why do I need to proactively keep checking the status of the room when they specifically instructed me to wait for a call or text.

Lesson learned. Fantaric property everything else was great. Just know I’m slightly not as important if you book third party.

There were several issues with the Premium City View room that was originally assigned to us—namely trash left under the furniture and the mini fridge not working—but the front desk staff changed us to an impeccable Strip View room without delay. The view was beautiful, room spotless, and stocked with great amenities. We loved Juniors for breakfast and the expansive pool area. I would recommend this establishment and would definitely stay here again.

Pros : Clean hotel and spacious rooms. Amazing food at Carversteak, Wally's and Brezza (restaurants on site). Cons : Very limited seating around the pool (without extra charge) and not enough umbrellas. Pool service very slow and food options at the pool are limited (tacos and burritos). The resort could use some more modern touches (blinds and curtains cannot be opened automatically, no light switch next to the bed, no vent in bathroom, no electronic dnd switch, etc.) and more healthy food options.
