The mobile checkin was useless. I ran through every step and it looked like successful. But when I went back at midnight to get a physical room key, I was told that the checkin was unsuccessful. Also they OVERSOLD the rooms. I along with multiple other people had to wait there until 5am to get a room. The staff who was responsible at that time was also horrible. They stated that there will be compensation including room fee refund and food credit, but I had to ask for the food credit to be applied. They also did nothing with the refund and denied that it existed when I first inquired about it. I only was able to get the actual refund after multiple rounds of emails.

Outdoor Pool.. seven pools, all working perfectly, yet the hot tub area closed. Why? A multi million dollar investment & the hot tub is closed… poor management… really really really really upsetting.
No warning at check in & no warning until i had my swimsuit and towel at the ready stepping into the Hot Tub… to be stopped last second being informed the Hot Tub is closed… no apologies just fact. Damn

The room didn’t seem throughly cleaned from last occupants. Found balls of hair in the carpet and there were strands of hair left in the bathroom sink. Could also see residue on the toilet seat (which came off easily with a disinfecting wipe) which led us to believe it wasn’t even wiped down previously. Overall the public areas of the hotel were nice and clean.Front desk staff and pool staff were friendly.

Very clean! Staff are very friendly and helpful.. Pricey but you are assured that the room is clean and comfortable. How I wish you have a choice of not having to pay for the resort fee if you are nit gonna use it 😁.. it’s like paying for another day or more with that resort fee they added. But overall we love it and we will be coming back there soon 😉

Do not book this hotel - hotel is understaffed and staff on site is not customer oriented + extremely rude. Be prepared for long line up at checkin. Check out process also extremely painful - cost breakdown only provided by email and poor explanation. Pool is not heated. No slipper/ bath robe in our room. Room cleanliness is average. Restaurant waiters are inexperienced + slow service. Food and drinks are overpriced. Worst hotel experience in more than 30 years for my husband and I.

My stay was great. I rooms are a decent size. The staff was pleasant, although they tried to downgrade my room by offering me $100 drink voucher. I declined it cause I specifically upgraded to a strip view. And the 100 dollar drink voucher didn’t compare, especially when you can get free drinks when playing. Pool was great. I love that they have a restaurant you can order food from while chilling. Casino section was a tad small, but that was ok, as I don’t really gamble much. Overall my experience was enjoyable. Would I stay again???? Yeah, I would.

Restaurant & bar staff super friendly. Check in receptionist spoke so fast. I couldn't catch half the things he said. Our room came with beverage credit at specific locations in Resort World. Unfortunately they didn't provide a list. Receptionist busy spewed the names out. Ended up not using much of the credits. Room was nice however cleanliness was lacking. Entering room their were long strands of hair on the toilet & wall of the water closet. Also the counter amenities had liquid hand soapvottle & hair conditioner bottle. No lotion. For the price I don't feel Conrad was up to par

No coffee makers in rooms, room service knocked early every morning to wake you up even though requested not too (multi-day stay). Roll-in showers flood entire bathroom the way the shower heads are mounted and curtain doesn't go to floor.

The hotel and amenities were excellent. I had significant issues with the systems/staff however. I waited over 45 minutes only to find out the valet never requested my car. Upon check-out I found the room I THOUGHT has a $100 day bar credit was actually only $150 total.

I was in tears from frustration by the time my car got to me. Great end to a holiday.

Just got back from a few days at the Conrad in April 2026, and wow, the staff made everything easy. We rolled up at two in the afternoon and they handed us the room right away—no waiting, no drama. Huge plus! They even tossed in some credits for the bars, which we burned through happily. Service everywhere was spot-on: bartenders quick and chill, pool crew on point too. The pool? Crystal clear, perfect temp, and we lounged all day without issues.
Room was massive—just like we asked for. Daily housekeeping kept it fresh. And the best? That free Zoox ride thing—they shuttle you around the Strip in these cool robotaxis, no cost. Saved us tons of time and cash hopping between spots. Overall, solid luxury without the hassle. Would definitely go back.

Brutal. I went to resorts world for the first time. I was supposed to get VIP service and access but did not, nor was I told about the daily credits that were supposed to be a part of it. my shower did not have hot water nor did it have any pressure. they told me they would send up a maintenance person while i was away but they didn't. Front desk was useless. Now, I have complained and they have credited me for my breakfasts that i paid for but have not done anything to make up for the experience that i did not recieve. I paid for VIP and did not get anything close. I can't believe the run around we are getting. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Pool have very limited hours and they won't even let you walk outside before or after the hours start. The VIP adults only pool was not opened as promised by staff. VERY disappointing. The gym closes very early which is odd considering they very rarely have any staff there so I am not sure why it closes so early.
I have had amazing stays in the past...this was definitely was not amazing as I did not received amenities that are advertised. I will mostly be staying elsewhere in the future. The resort fee is ridiculous because they dont really offer resort amenities.

It's looks like a lot of the chairs/daybeds are open but then you find out most are reserved. Very disappointing. Otherwise, clean spaces, friendly staff. Nice restaurants.

We have never stayed this far down the Strip but it was wonderful! Resort World/Conrad has all the amenities, beautiful, clean, fun! It was only a 10 minute walk over to Encore them Winn and Venetian so loved exploring this end of Vegas more. Rooms were very comfortable and large. Restaurants terrific. Casino - no smoke smell at all. Highly recommend!

I had ordered 2 separate welcome gifts for two different rooms. Ordered in advance. Paid in advance. Confirmed the day of delivery. Neither gift was delivered as ordered. Neither was on time. Wine was not chilled. The concierge was lied to by whomever handled the room deliveries at the hotel as they stayed they waited until check in until delivery due to perishable. However the delivery was then left in the room for 3 hours with no refrigeration at all which belies the perishable excuse for the non delivery. The concierge has not gotten back to me on what the resolution is and it's been 4 days. Also one person had booked a strip view suite ( both rooms were booked as suites one strip view and one city view). After dealing with TSA headaches and the flight the couple got to check in and had to argue to get their pre paid for and reserved strip view suite. The hotel tried to down grade them and didn't even offer any compensation not that they wanted a downgrade. They booked and paid for a strip view suite. The couple had to complain and escalate it to get the room they paid for. These are 2 adult couples celebrating a 40th birthday. Both business professionals. The Conrad was very disappointing in these areas. And 4 days later no resolution.

Pool closed too early @ 5pm, but check in allowed at 4pm. Not enough time to get in room and do any pool activity especially the high resort fee charged. Parking not complimentary for guests, should at least be at reduce rate. 3rd party parking is very inconvenient!!
