Seem a bit dated with the rooms. No refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. Elevator system was very slow. Hard to find where you check in and then stay. Self check in was not great. No one to help with questions.

It's a cheap hotel so don't expect anything extravagant, They had a bed and a shower. That's all I really needed, but it would have been nice to have an easily accessible electrical outlet beside the bed, since I use a CPAP machine, a working TV, Garbage Can, and a Soap Dispenser in the shower that didn't fall off the wall after I tried to use it once. I didn't love that the check in/Check out system was automated either.
Again it's a cheap hotel, and it is right beside the Las Vegas Fair Grounds. So that was nice to have after a long day on my feet.

Run down and at times gross. Self check in pitched upgrades to premium rooms, I upgraded, that premium room was run down and gross, but hey, it had a minifridge for the low cost of $35 more dollars a day.

The elevators are confusing and chaotic. I swear I reserved a room with a refrigerator, but I guess I was mistaken. Not real enthused about standing in line for 45 minutes to check myself in at a kiosk. The kiosk said I'd get a text with my room information, but I still haven't and I'm checked out now, so I guess I won't get the text. When I mentioned that to a staff member while trying to find my room, they tried to blame me for not taking a picture of the kiosk.

Its okay. Most of the lobby staff is friendly. Stayed here a few times before just due to it being close to festival grounds. Probably my last stay here.

Pathetic staff especially the Front Desk team and its Manager. Property was good but the people managing it are very bad. The room was clean and good the housekeping never visited even once during my 5 day stay despite of informing front desk multiple times.

My friend in another room lost his dress and trolly bag. Someone literally robbed it. The front desk was least bothered and behaved in a way that robbery is common in their hotel from locked rooms.

Hotel is nice, if you are looking for a marriott go get one. This hotel is an original so it has age to it. It has a circus and amusement park- so there will be kids. It is on the more affordable side. The Buffet was okay. they have fast food, Krispy Kreme and starbucks on site which is a PLUS!! Staff was quick to move us away from loud neighbors. Parking is in a garage- VERY family Friendly. Staff in lobby, slots, buffet and gift shop all were nice!!

We did book the cheaper and older room… a little run down.. but pretty tidy. Cleaning ladies only came once during our 3 night stay. Staff weren’t very helpful. But the arcade was fun.

Man this place sucks! I knew it would when I booked it but it still exceeded those expectations. I traveled with my dog and I would recommend against it. I forgot to factor in the sorts of people who stay at a place like this and how their dogs behave. The floor was barking all night and smelled like pee. Ultimately this is my fault.

It is definitely family friendly but the property is extremely outdated and old. I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights and the water slide was open only ONE day. They have two pool areas, only one was opened. The theme park was good, my son enjoyed himself but the price doesn’t match the rides. They have a lot of toddler rides not enough rides for bigger kids. Out of my stay…. I’ve only seen the cleaning staff when I requested new towels. The place stinks really bad, it’s like their sewage system needs to be updated because it really smells like a septic tank back up and the smoking in the casino doesn’t help. The food options on the property…. 0/10. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I go back.

It's an older Hotel so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the new modern Resorts have but circus circus is still a really good hotel. Lots of fun solid restaurants, good slots and a little nostalgia to go along with it.

The staff at Circus Circus was very helpful whenever we had a question. Fairly easy check-in perfect if you’re there for business, probably not the best place to stay. If you have any clients meeting you essentially is a very low end place for families and children that gives you good value for your money. The sky rooms and the high-rise building has just been remodeled. New carpet new beds new everything really good value, depending on the time of year, but usually about 1/3 the price of any of the other hotels nearby of course that are in a little higher class. But lots for the kids to do fair pricing and easy in and out with the parking in the garage. The waterpark for the kids is huge with a large waterslide that I think most will love a nice pool area for the adults to hang out and inside all kinds of games and things for the kids to do.

You need to call the front desk to get fresh linen and have the room cleaned. Check with security to verify the appropriate parking garage based on your assigned room/tower.

The location is convenient - on the strip, close to CVS and a few good restaurants.

It's cheap, consistently clean (in the rooms) and convenient to the convention center. Other than that, it's old and looks like something from the 70s. Food court is mediocre. They've “upgraded” to computer screens for check-in, which I hate, but then again everything/everywhere in Vegas has.

This is a very convenient hotel because it is located in a cross the street from Las Vegas Convention Center.
The property is old and needs an investment fund to help them renew it and do good to great business.
The room was very clean in all areas and the mattress was amazing.
But everything is Old...

All in all, we loved the casino and all that it had to offer. But we chose Circus Circus for the water slide. Alas, the water slide was closed. We had three little devastated girls the weekend we were there and while it was beautiful and fun, Our trip was overshadowed by the fact that I was robbed at the pool of all of our spending money on Saturday. Almost $500 was in my wallet.When I went into the pool with my girls, it was gone when I came out. Sadly, Not an experience that I would want to have again.
