We had a very hard time understanding the employees during check in.
Got to our room and it had 2 cockroaches in the bathroom crawling around on the floor. When we tried to get them they ran into the wall

This place was nasty. The property is poorly maintained and desperately needs to be updated/ repaired. My friend found a glass of pee in her room. I was bit by some type of bug on the chest. The air conditioner fell off the wall when I touched it and I have heard nothing but similar concerns. The people that work at the hotel are not friendly ( outside of the woman working at the margarita place). I would never book this place again.

Staff is some of the worst when it comes to customer service. When it comes to timeshare they will tell you its an hour deal at the westgate and that is a lie i heard many people complaining. They also do not have a door man so if you have a later flight they will make you take your bags or will tell you no late checkout and you have to buy a whole new room for the night to keep your nags in your room for an extra hour

They charge a resort fee thats not disclosed until you check in. Very outdated property and unhelpful staff. Very disappointed.

Stay at the Four Queens downtown. They don't charge a resort fee, the rooms are updated and the staff is friendlier.

The staff were friendly. Not impressed being guided to ticket sales people because we arrived early and were told we couldn't check in yet so when the sales people went through their speel we found the check in kiosks, and we were able to check in early, just had to pay a minimal fee. The rest of the stay was okay except there was not even Luke warm water for a bath/shower past 8am in the mornings.

Computer check in with nobody to help you the elevators were awful. Everything was closed. Nothing to do was pretty much empty and the old school air-conditioning units turning off and on every 20 minutes in the room and it wasn’t cheap either.

The facility itself needs much improvement, check in wasn’t easy, and not enough help. Although, some spots are great, the food court and play area for the children are fantastic, however, the rooms are not so great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Although the room was clean, the service was disappointing. Housekeeping was rude and hesitant to provide extra linens. I had to call twice, even after explaining my son’s asthma and the need to keep my baby safe on the bed. Additionally, a barking dog kept us awake until we called security. On a positive note, my children really enjoyed the circus and the arcade.

The lady at the front desk was very rude, tried to lock us out of our room. Took so long to unlock our door my husband had an accident on himself. I was so upset they asked me to lower my voice yet she told me I had no common sense. Will never stay there again. Over priced

It was nice to have Starbucks inside because we ate there both mornings but the smell is no so pleasant around, like old wet carpet. Besides that, staff was super friendly and the view was amazing from the room. Worth it for the money we paid.

Checking in is now 100% kiosk which is absurd..no cash allowed. Kiosks only take cards. The attendants at the kiosks are clearly frustrated and very short tempered and rude. I refuse to EVER deal with the non personal business oh and absolutely NO amenities in the room...the towels are equal to sand paper...extremely disappointing

The worst part you have to be there for three days in order for house keeping to clean your room. You have to call and ask for towels they only give you four.
The room was dirty. The door was dirty with fingerprints the headboard fingerprints and footprints.

The rooms were dirty - there was hair all over the bathroom floor, gunk on the walls. Only one pillow per person, bar of soap for the shower only instead of the pump offered at every other hotel, instructions were unclear for parking whatsoever, especially with the multiple tower bookings available. Staff was super limited at checkin and was hard to get assistance. Valet was closed - self parking option only. Rooms were pretty sour smelling and lighting offered in rooms were dull and dark, hallways were extremely dark. Definitely wasn’t a fan of this stay.

Everything works and it's clean but there are not enough restaurants or places where to get a decent meal inside the hotel. Location is great, a 20 minutes walk from the Las Vegas convention center, so it's convenient if you're going to a trade show.
It's a very old hotel that has seen better days and needs a renovation since 20 years ago.

This hotel is old and run down. There were no hand towels. We had rags and towels only. The comforter had a burn mark. There was a lot of dirt and dust behind the Tv dresser. There is no microwave, fridge or coffeemaker. We only stayed for the price and the theme park. Next time we’ll stay on a newer hotel.

Circus Circus has basic standard room, nothing too extravagant. They could do some upkeep, possibly fresh paint. Our room had really dusty floors near the headboard. Neighbors were ridiculously loud, therefore we didn't sleep so well.

Very little staff for such a large property. Check in is mostly electronic. No one was at front entrance controlling cars, taxis, ubers coming in. Our room never got cleaned during our three night stay. Location was fine to easily walk to other items on the strip. AC in the room cooled great for sleeping. Did not eat anything except ice cream on this property. No appeal in that area.

The room was outdated and had an noticeable smell. There was shampoo provided but no conditioner, and there was no body wash, which is pretty basic even for smaller hotels. On the positive side, the arcade and the circus show were really fun—my family truly enjoyed those.
