Room was horrible fir price point! Could have booked hilton for 1/3 of cost and gotten a better room! Our room was not crockford room. They put crockford name/shampoos in a hilton room to make it appear as such!
Should have said we overbooked. We can acvommoadate in hilton and refund difference. Stayed in crockford last time so yes I know the difference!

I recently stayed at Crockfords Las Vegas and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The valet team was extremely friendly and professional, and I was genuinely impressed by how warm and welcoming the front desk staff were at check-in. Their attentiveness truly set the tone for the stay.

Throughout my visit, phone responses were quick and efficient, and the entire experience felt seamless. The room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and without a single flaw. Everything about the stay felt close to perfect, and I honestly wanted to give a 100/100.

The only minor issue occurred at check-out. When I asked a question regarding my bill, a front desk staff member named Gerald seemed slightly annoyed and somewhat forceful in his tone. It stood out simply because every other interaction during my stay had been so courteous and polished.

Aside from that brief moment, I was extremely satisfied. I also dined at Carversteak and Stubborn Seed, and both restaurants were excellent and added to the overall experience.

Because of the exclusive service and attention to detail, Crockfords will be my hotel of choice whenever I return to Las Vegas.

First day given the wrong room number so after long check in went all the way up to find out it was for someone else’s room and had to go back down again to start over. Found out most pools were closed after we arrived. Second day only bathroom lights worked. Third day didn’t get housekeeping although gone most of the day and came back at night to sleep to find out all the bright lights in our room wouldn’t switch off. Took over an hour of multiple calls and going down to lobby to find out it couldn’t be fixed and had to change rooms. Had to repackage everything. Aside from apologies manager would not come out to speak to me either that night or next morning. Asked for later check out, not possible. Asked to keep bags in existing room so we could just go to bed in new room as it was almost 11pm with two young kids. Was not possible. Next day expected at least a night free after all this. One day of resort fees was deducted. Really disappointing and so frustrating. Never experienced this before.

One thing to know is that when you book your room through a 3rd party, nothing is guaranteed. All things are subject to change, this is what I was told when I checked in and my room was not correct as what I had ordered.
BUT for my inconvenience they upgraded my room to the highest degree! ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL! Private entrance, nice and quiet, away from the Vegas noise. TOP TIER. My ONLY complaint was that in the morning they offered small plate breakfast but no plates. Weird but no other complaints. Will return!

There are many shops and restaurants very close, nearby, in an area called, \"The District.\"
A great selection and variety, from steak to sushi to Italian restaurants, and the Japanese restaurant (Kusa Nori) has Japanese chefs... real deal. Been to Japan over 25 times and this restaurant is excellent.
The steakhouse (Carversteak) I didn't dine at but has USDA Prime steaks per the manager, some dry aged, some wet aged, and a beautiful wine list.

For a luxury property there was a ton of miscommunication between staff and departments. We were told incorrect information regarding hours of operations and service availability. We were told the pool was open three times prior to arriving and upon arriving. Upon entering the pool, it was not open as promised earlier that day. We were told the pool management does not communicate well with the staff at reports world and they apologized to us. It’s unfortunate that a luxury property like this is not capable of managing communications between amenities included in the resort fee. Additionally we were advised that we may check out late due to the miscommunications throughout our stay and once again we were bombarded with phone calls from the front desk that started at 12pm asking us to leave even though the front desk exchanged my key at 8 am in morning and told me we may check out at 1pm. Immediately afterwards we had the housekeeping staff banging on our door which happened at least 3 times between 11:45-1230. Clearly they also lacked any clear communication. Following that we received more calls from the front desk letting us know there was an additional $100 charge for late check out. We spent a large part of our trip just communicating to staff on behalf of the other staff which isn’t what we expected from our stay at the Crockfords.

The fitness center was not staffed and the pool had no service attendants working besides lifeguards

Room was amazing. Just not what I booked. I booked a King for me and my son and his wife. 2 rooms. BOTH of us got double queens, not Kings. Super frustrating, when I could have chosen any other hotel, but chose Crockfords for the newness, service and location.

When brought to their attention, they didn't do anything other than say, \"Sorry, we are all booked out.\"

Not sure how to reason with that. I booked a room - and they don't have my room I booked. So strange.

Had the absolute best time at Crockfords. The height of luxury along with some of the best staff I’ve come across in Vegas. All the little extras make this well worth the money. Having a dedicated pool meant even on busier days there was no problem getting a chair. I will be back

I stay at the crockfords twice a year, every year for business at the convention center. This time, I called AND emailed them right after I booked, requesting for a high ceiling room which I got confirmation on. However, when I checked in, they gave me a completely different room. Frustrated, I called them and had to speak with the manager which took forever because they kept putting me on hold. They even lied and said they didn't have any rooms available. But when I showed them the email proof, they suddenly told me they had a room for me. Such gross behavior from such a \"luxury\" hotel. I'll make sure to take my business to Fontaine Bleu on my next visit.

This property is not very good and not worth the money. They double charged me during my stay and didn’t even offer to make it right by providing anything despite me wasting 30+ mins dealing with a charge on my card that was inaccurate. They eventually reversed it, but the service left a lot to be desired. There’s a reason this property isn’t highly regarded and resorts world isn’t worth it.

This property is really nice, however so many of the restaurants were closed for private events or just randomly closed in general even when the hours were listed as open. We were not told of any of this upon check in. Half the restaurants in the Famous Food Street Eats were in darkness as well. Also, housekeeping knocked on our door one night at 9:30pm, woke us up, to offer water. Nice gesture, but turndown service was already done and we were already sleeping and had to get up and answer the door; she rang the bell 3 times. The fire alarm also went off for a good while one day too. There was too many little things and inconsistencies to give this property a strong rating.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! The room was so specious, clean and the view was awesome. We received 75$ credit per day to use it on food and drinks within the hotel - thats awesome! Also, parking was free and we had option to get free valet as well! I think this was one of my best Vegas trips and I am amazed by the hotel and everything that has to offer. I traveled with my husband and my toddler , and we had so much fun. Pools are also nice, you have variety of pools to choose from . Overall 10 + experience and I highly recommend when traveling to Vegas ! We will definitely be back to Crockfords and Resort World !!!

2 night stay at Crockfords LV was a 10!

Our trip was only two nights but we maximized our time. The hotel room was amazing! Everything was clean and looked very new. The hallways at night were quiet and the private entrance was a nice touch. The multiple pools allowed for plenty of exploration. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I give this place a 10 and would stay there again.

The property is great. It's beautiful with and has a nice gym. We enjoyed the convenience of staying here and attending the Carrie Underwood concert. I rated service 3 stars because upon checking in I was told that they didn't have a room for me. I booked the room months in advance! They ended up putting us in one of the other hotels in the building but I have never checked into a hotel and been told that they didn't have a room for me. This is outrageous to me. I was given a $200 credit for my inconvenience.

The hotel was very nice, but I stayed in an entertainment suite on the 63rd floor and was told I had to call down for ice. I had guests over multiple nights, but no matter how many times I called I couldn't get ice delivered. It was extremely frustrating as we were trying to have cocktails in the room, but could not get ice. I had called 2 hours before we needed ice both nights, but still did get any ice. It really ruined what could've been a great stay.

On top of that the phone did not work, I tried to press the button for \"luxury services\" but it never worked, so I had to call from my phone. Also, the Nespresso machine didn't work properly. It was very difficult to make a cup, eventually I got it to work after a lot of effort by holding the button down for the whole time, which is obviously not how it's supposed to work.

Not a terrible hotel overall, but needs a lot of work on the service end.

This was my 5th time in Vegas and first time at resorts world. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay but, in some ways, we feel there is a bit of false advertising with our room/crockfords. We stayed in the West Tower and the stark difference between the hallways, let alone the comparable rooms in the other tower, was really unfortunate. Especially since we had booked this place, given it was my husband’s 40th birthday. It also wouldn’t have been so bad if you didn’t have to walk to the nicer side to get ice and can immediately notice the difference in the hallway carpet.

The other issue was the size of bed - I don’t know if it was just compared to our king bed at home, but this felt smaller than what we have at home and at other properties on the strip.

However, the staff at the crockfords were amazing and the special touches in the room are really nice. The property itself is quiet, safe, and quicker to the middle part of the strip than I expected.

I had a hard time providing a 5 star as staff plus a huge part in a hotel obtaining 5 star remarks. As the property is 5 star status its staff needed to go through luxury training and how to make a guest feel special to gain all well rounded 5 star status.
