The first night we stayed we had to change room at like 2 am because the AC was not working and it was 97 degrees outside. There was not that many choices of food in the hotel.

Stay in the newly renovated rooms. Very nice. Spacious. Wish the adult only pool was open on weekends. Don’t understand the Mon-Thurs only. The Top of the world restaurant is a MOST!!!

They don’t offer early checkin without a fee as well as late check out has a fee attached!! The Bell Hop and early checkin staff are working with each other because if you “tip” you can check in early!! We have to go to the desk for everything and has to move rooms several times due to AC issues!! Each time we had to go to the desk and bring all of our belongings, instead of then meeting us at the room. Minimal attractions and the area around it is SKETCH!!! It’s cheaper but you DEFINITELY can see why!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Oh and the pee on the wall in the bathroom and the black tub bottom!!! Never again!! Freemont next time!!

I booked at this hotel because the description listed free parking, coffee pot in room with a refrigerator and free breakfast — none of which is true.

Long walk to ice machine which was not working during my first stay.

Charging a deposit for every night stay I think is ridiculous.

Guest checkin is not close to valet or self parking so you must carry your bags through the casino area.

The drainage in the rooms of the Select Tower was terrible. Took 10 minutes for water to drain from tubs and sinks. Bathroom and Rooms need upgrading but the overall stay was OK

Rooms were gross, AC hardly worked. A bag of trash sat in the hallway next to the room across from us for and entire night and half way through the day. Sound transfer from the people above us on our last day there couldn’t sleep before our flight home. We complained about the AC and they said that’s the best it gets… no mini fridges in the room unless you pay for a huge up charge. One plus is guests who stay have free parking on their property only.

Had an issue with the late check in, they gave our room away twice, room we they moved us to was not a remodeled room as we had book, things was missing things in both rooms. But not the worse service I have had, the staff was still nice throughout the whole thing no point of getting mad and yelling at them.

Although the room price was decent through hotels, and we knew we had to pay a resort fee, we were not aware that we would also have to pay $21 per day for parking. We started at the check in counter which took about 20 minutes. We were then told to make sure we had scanned the QR code for parking. I had trouble with the app working correctly. The individual at the counter had no clue how to help me and kept telling me that I needed to delete it and start over. I finally figured this out on my own. We go to our room, which has a really small bathroom with no vanity space to set up toiletries. The shower had a step that was at least 7 inches and was very unsafe to use especially when exiting the shower. Next, the bed was right next to an older model air conditioner that was very noisy, and blew cold air right on the bed. Last, the mattress was HORRIBLE. It had no support and a section that sunk in on the right side of the bed. As far as amenities, forget it. If you call McDonalds the place you want to eat at when you are hungry at night, forget it. The machines were very tight. It shouldn't take 10 or more spins just to win a few cents. This was the worst two night stay I have ever had in Las Vegas, and would never return to the Strat again.

Neighborhood was condemned; lots of beggers around.

Well, I guess we’ll start with the like a large bathtub but unfortunately, I had to take the bathtub apart the drain to fix it so that we could take a bath. No Wi-Fi not even the cheap free Wi-Fi and you wanna call somebody at the front desk well after 30 minutes, you’ll get tired of listening to the recording and hang up the pool. You better be done swimming by five and not want to start before 10 so if you have small kids, not gonna enjoy it no one to help carry in your luggage after seven they don’t even let you have a cart. They tell you can get one at the bellhop desk, but there’s no one there so the biggest thing I can say is they’re lowering their prices have gutted their staff. Their machines don’t pay off with hell and they’re barely surviving it won’t be a second visit unfortunately we booked for three nights in total two different reservations, but we won’t come back and if we could get out of the next two nights we would. It’s worse than a two star hotel as far as service looks pretty but not good.

This place is not what it used to be. They didn’t have both pools open at once so the 21 and older pool was non existent. Staff wasn’t super accommodating and didn’t want to allow late check out. Gift store said it was supposed to open at 7am and wasn’t open. I always stay at here when I am in Vegas but I think next time I’ll stay elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed in booking this hotel, after a 15 hours of Driving from Denver to Las Vegas all I wanted was to relax and since I stepped into the Lobby to check in the Assistant at the hotel desk was horrible helper , then the AC was off and the room temperature was 74 degrees inside the room I called the operator and all the said not to change the temperature because the AC will freeze and if I wanted a technician they will send it, about an 1 hour he arrived to do nothing, the I called front dest in regards the WIFI and the supposed customer service was a supervisor and she got upset because I ask to repeat the instructions of how to enter the password for it, due to this is that I booked 2 rooms one for me and my wife and the other for my in-laws and the front desk give us the wrong rooms that’s why my password wasn’t working. Please if you’re planning to stay in this hotel think twice and save your self a headache and disappointment. I wish can Expidia do something about this bc is not fair that we paid Expidia and they just received our money and stay quiet.

I was safe. My room key had to be scanned in order for me to access my floor. I thought that was unique and safe. The property was clean and safe. I saw several security personnel. Staff was friendly and my room was cleaned daily. I ate breakfast at the cafe and the food was good. This was my 4th time coming to Las Vegas and STRAT has improved a lot. I love it! This hotel give discounts the more you book with them. I use my players card and receive perks there too.

Had a good stay in the renovated side. No real big issues but did have a hard time getting some new bedding one night. Housekeeping needs a boost—stains on flooring and the kind of wear on the whole environment that comes from slight housekeeping neglect. But the hotel rooms really were very decent and clean enough for me!! Front desk staff was very helpful.

I like the hotel itself but I wasn’t able to use the pool due to a private pool event on all 3 days I was there it was scheduled to open at 12 pm but due to a private event it can’t be used till 4 pm I went at 4pm I still wasn’t able to use either pool because it was for a party event and they required you to pay a fee to use it when I am already a guest at this hotel and you charged me a resort fee for all 3 days but I wasn’t able to use either pools during my entire trip what’s the use of charging me a resort fee to an amity I can’t use so I wanna request a full refund on my Resort fees
