The room was clean, modern, and greatly maintained. The view from the 10th floor was beautiful and the location right on Fremont Street was great for the parties and entertainment all week. Will stay again next time we visit LV.

Old rooms stairs are from the 60’s. Emergency Evacuation at 12:30 am, with lights and a message to leave immediately.. had to take stairs from the 9th floor into lobby only to find Elevator malfunction so we were able to return to our room.

We stayed 3 nights and never got room service. We had to call each time we needed clean towels or more toilet papers. Front desk seemed annoyed one time after 45 minutes my husband went down & got the towels himself. The lady told him: “do you know what patience is because I’m busy.” My husband told her “bust doing what? Playing on your phone that is I see you doing?” She then said

Clean room & TV & bathroom much better! Leave two rolls TP if roll out is less than 1/4 roll! An extra towel, 2 pillows per guest on king bed!
Elevators must stay in working order, had to climb stairs when we have ADA conditions!
Healthier food choices needed.
Amenities- your staff couldn’t explain 1 amenity but yet you charge $30+ per day for them and no option to have them waived, why!!!???

Our room was neat and clean. We were, however, in room 310 which is right over the area of the Fremont Street Experience. It was very loud. We did have a choice and selected the room anyway. We are not complaining, just advising! Also, the room was smaller than what we normally book. We chose this hotel specifically for the Fremont Street Experience and were not disappointed.

Unhappy w/ our experience. We were not greeted well at all. When we checked in there was no hello, hi, welcome! The girl literally said 4th floor elevators behind you and turned to someone else. The room was not cleaned well, other peoples stuff found on floor, the bottom sheet on our bed was not a fitted sheet but a flat sheet just laid over. Towels in bathroom had black makeup on them. Upon checking out we were directed to the kiosk to check out (the only person behind the desk was on the phone) (I really wanted to talk with someone) I asked a man standing by how to get a receipt and he was incredibly rude FOR NO REASON, rudest look on his face and said you can wait for her… we had no problem waiting to start with.. I then asked where do we put the room keys? He said just set them up there. We felt like such a hassle checking in and out.. I had questions, like why did it end up being more that the resort fees, found out from friends it was taxes but just felt nickled and dimed after paying ahead for this trip and one thing after another and when trying to understand anything I was meant with oh yeah or just nothing. I can’t imagine staying here again. Only been to Vegas a couple times and we made it out for my husbands 50th birthday. We did appreciate the mini fridge as it came in quite handy & the sweet cleaning lady that we got some clean towels from. We made sure to clean and bag up all garbage and leave nothing behind.

From the gentleman at the front desk that doesn’t want to be bothered, to the angry bellhop, by far, the worst welcome I’ve ever had in Las Vegas. The casino floor and food court were fine. I will even say convenient. Well kept, clean and easy to navigate. The hotel portion was a different story. The noise level was out of this world on floor 7 so if you’re a light sleeper go ahead and book floor 9 or above. One room in our party was on floor 3 and had rented a scooter. The issue is, floor three has a few levels of steps that make it impossible to get the scooter to your room. Also, it didn’t seem to matter what floor you were on, there seemed to be 1 outlet unless your lamp outlet worked (4 rooms total, none of the lamps worked). The rooms are also considerably smaller compared to other hotels in the area. Remember the room with the scooter I mentioned? Had to park it in the hallway because you couldn’t get it past the bed and if he would have pulled it in, you couldn’t get to the bathroom. Just giving you a visual of the space. One room had an employee open their main room door while they were getting out of the shower. No explanation, just said they were checking on things. They do say if you’ve had your do not disturb sign out for more than 48 hours they will do a check but this was a few hours after check in so just be mindful of that. I wasn’t expecting luxury however this stay didn’t meet my very basic expectations. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Towels were big and fluffy the way I like them. All in all, I really like the Fremont hotel and have stayed here before. I would have given a higher rating but... The front desk was less than helpful. I needed 2 rooms connected. Didn't seem willing to help. Everyone else was very courteous and friendly. This is a reflection of my last stay there only. I would still stay again though and would recommend anyone to stay there.

The refrigerator in the room froze everything you put in it. there was no coffee maker or microwave. The casino was very smokey ventilation was poor. Slots did not pay out very good. We played in other casinos for these reasons.

When arriving to the hotel and checking in; the representative states that they wanted to offer me an upgrade. I declined because there were 4 of us. At the same time I asked him if I could get a % off for having AAA. He tells me he can’t. I point out that he was offering me an upgrade but he couldn’t help with a %. I even showed him my AAA card. I feel that was poor customer and what happened to making the guest feel comfortable and happy!

The room was okay. It was small and for two persons to move around was cumbersome. Bathroom was functional but small with not enough space for the personable items. We asked for a quiet room but ended up with one facing the street. Was noisy. Had to ask for the. room to be cleaned and refreshed. WiFi did not work in the room. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable when asked questions about directions or things about the area. We wanted to experience this area and the location was convenient.

When we realized our room was stationed over the Fremont street walkway (with the music and bass), we called the front desk to ask if we could be relocated to a different wing of the hotel where the music wasn't so loud. The woman at the desk was very pleasant and immediately agreed. Understanding what our concern was, she placed us in a room on the 3rd floor. This room was just as loud, if not more loud/resonating. At this point, my husband did not want to have to be put in a 3rd room. We would never stay at the Fremont again with how loud the music was until past 3am. And to top that off, there was a large dirty stain on the floor near the bathroom. (Room 359). Gross. Un-sleepable/ noisy! Will find a more serene, clean hotel next time we return.
