This Hotel was perfect for my stay, I was able to walk to some the shows I was seeing or close by bus to go to some other show. My room was all I wanted to be for my needs. I saw a great show at the Hotel and would recommend it to everyone and then went up the tower for great food and great view. And my favorite gambling machines were everywhere. I loved my stay at The Strat.

I stayed at The STRAT from March 6–10, and unfortunately our experience wasn’t the greatest. On the first day, we tried to shower and realized we had no hot water. I called the front desk, and the representative told me to “run it for 20 minutes” until it warmed up. We had plans, so we ended up taking cold showers.
We were in the “updated” Vegas Tower, but the room didn’t feel upgraded at all. The bathroom barn doors don’t seal, leaving about a two‑inch gap where you can clearly see the toilet and shower. If you’re hoping for any privacy, don’t count on it.
The next day, we still had no hot water, and even after calling again, no one ever came to check it. We just dealt with it because our days were already planned and we didn’t have time to wait around for maintenance.
We also had no towels in the room. I called the front desk, but no one ever brought any. I ended up finding a housekeeper in the hallway and asking directly.
For the price I paid, I’d rather spend a little more next time and stay somewhere else. The property itself isn’t terrible, but the rooms are definitely not as upgraded as advertised, and the service was disappointing.
If it’s your first time in Vegas and you’re on a tight budget, this place is okay. But if you can spend a bit more, I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

We were disappointed the pool (and the pool area) was closed. The Tower was great- happy hour at 108 Drinks, lovely dinner at the Top of the Tower. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Visible space around the door allowed noisy guests to make their presence known. Not a nice experience....arrived after 17 hrs teavelling to discover upon check in, our room had no tub as had been reserved. Advised clerk we required a tub as my wife had a bad knee and needed to soak it nightky. The room was more than bouble our confirmed reservation for a room with a tub ...not to mention nearly $100 for parking. What a disappointment and we feel totally scammed or taken advantage of without properly being informed or receiving what had been booked in advsnce. Discussion with accoubting and the hotel I was advised \" you signed for the room so nothing we can do \" ...thats reficuloys as you have tovsign to get your key......no details on cost provided. Thats \" bait & swirch\" ...i will be posting my experience on social media ..AND would appreciate Expedia investigating further on our behalf. A refund of the $225 ( 3x75) upgrade fee at minimum.

This is one of the sketchiest, run down “resorts” I’ve stayed at in Vegas. Room was incredibly dirty, blood on the curtains, drug paraphernalia under the nightstand, water damage on the ceiling, the mattresses were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on, pool was empty, rides were closed down. More than one Uber driver told me don’t ever go to the back side of the property after dark or walk even the main streets to the main entrance. The entire stay was disappointing to say the least annd I expected better, especially after spending 1400 for 4 nights.
