The room wasn't clean or secure. Had to chnange rooms as ithw door wouldn't lock and stay closed. The other room wwas also dirty. The spa tub in the room wasn't working. The shower had mildrew and I was only given 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 1 small bath towel and 2 small bars of soap. Also had no cleaning service and had to request the remote for the tv. The tv volume didn't work

Dangerous Location – Avoid at All Costs, Especially with Children

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com looking forward to a safe and comfortable stay during our family trip. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete nightmare from the moment we arrived. The exterior of the property looked absolutely run-down and uninviting, but that was nothing compared to the surrounding area. It was in a truly unsafe neighborhood, with homeless individuals and people who appeared to be under the influence wandering around right outside. They looked intimidating and unpredictable, and as a parent traveling with my baby, I was terrified to even step out of the car.
We never made it inside to check in – I simply couldn’t risk it. Instead, we drove away in a panic and spent hours scrambling to find a safe alternative hotel without a reservation. This ended up costing us double the price for a last-minute booking elsewhere. What a waste of time, money, and peace of mind!
Hotels.com, how could you list and promote a property in such a dangerous, dirty setting without any clear warnings? This was my first (and last) time using your site, and it shattered any trust I had. I strongly advise against booking here – especially if you’re traveling with kids or vulnerable loved ones. Seek out better options elsewhere.

I was given a King room since there wasn’t a “clean Queen” available. I was concerned during booking that mostly “smoking” rooms were offered. I kept being asked whether I was the only occupant and later this made sense because of the loud love making that could be heard above the random TV noise everywhere. This room is in such poor condition, that I wore my shoes in the shower, brushed my teeth with bottled water and slept in my sleeping bag on top of the bed that was missing at least one flat sheet. I’ve seen cleaner toilets at gas stations. They claimed that my credit card was declined, but but my credit card company contacted me to confirm whether I was making this charge which tells me that they are not placing a hold for a “deposit”. This is the first and last time I stay at an OYO hotel. I realize you get what you pay for, but I would have had a cleaner experience at a KOA campground. This motel should not be listed as a choice on an Expedia website.

I felt so unsafe there. You check in, in a smoke shop where there are hobos hanging around. Only one light in the main area worked, hole in the wall I had to use a towel to cover, the toilet didn’t flush, there were while globs of stuff where the towels on the counter were and no tv remote but a tv? I felt So unsafe to even leave my stuff in the room. I left and checked out immediately. I’m SOOOO disappointed and disgusted

I was sexually harrassed by the staff and moved into a different room that was filthy. When i told the staff,they didnt clean it. I felt so unsafe and unhappy. Everything smelt aand I didn't sleep. I left after the first night and they never refunded me for the other 4 nights. No heat and no help. I've called the health department.

OYÓ Motel is dump; not worth 1 star. Dilapidated and run by an arrogant and rude man. You are trying to charge me as no-show. I instructed my credit card company NOT pay the charge. I suggest Expedia drop this motel off it's list. Let me be clear: I went there and decided not to stay.

It was the most terrible and horrible accommodation I have ever used. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of marijuana. The window couldn't be closed and was detached, resting on the window frame. Of course, I complained about these issues, but the staff said there were no rooms available for a change. I had no other choice but to sleep in a very cold and unsafe room. I will never stay at this accommodation again. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The experience at the hotel was horrible. They didn’t honor the reservation I had made through Expedia, and they told me they were simply full and couldn’t help me. They said they had already informed Expedia that they didn’t have capacity, yet Expedia kept sending reservations. It was very difficult for me to find another available hotel at 11 PM, and the staff was completely unprofessional. They just told me it was Expedia’s problem and turned away.

Of course, I don’t know whose fault it is—Expedia’s or the hotel’s—but this is a very irresponsible way to handle things. It’s definitely frustrating and disappointing, and honestly, I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Oyo messed up my plan. Oasis managed / having tieup with Oyo didn't had clue what's happening in Oasis. When I reached the property they told no rooms available and I was stranded for about 3 hrs until Expedia helped out to find another property. It was such a terrible experience.

Horribly dirty. Place was never cleaned as evidenced by the pee stains and hairs on the toilet (see photo). Bathroom door had been punched and was repaired by placing a piece of wood to cover the hole (see photo). The bathtub was peeling like burned skin and dirty and the shower curtain was held up with electrical tape. Curtain was sagging because it was held up by only 3 rings. (See photo). Light switch broken with exposed metal. Electrical hazard? Light switch in bathroom had “do not use” written on the wall. (See photo) bed was lumpy and dirty. No trash can anywhere. Carpet and walls are stained like crazy. And last but not least, druggies, homeless and prostitutes surround the motel

I booked a reservation under the impression of the photos they provide of their rooms and property...which as I learned, are completely different rooms at a completely different location. My room was disgusting and the area was unsafe for a single female. My room had a filthy tub which constantly ran water and made noise, it was also filled with some type of debris, and the lever was installed jammed into the floor. There was no phone to call the front office (which was located inside a convenience store,) and so to contact staff, you need to step outside into a dark alleyway parking lot amd walk to the store. My smoke detector was broken and hanging, ceiling was deterioting, wall tiles were falling off, no soap, no TV remote, outlets all overheated, and no bathroom doors, everything was totally exposed. When I walked to the office to mention the issues, I was told maintenance would be sent (waited 20 minutes, no one ever came.) I had asked, \"what is maintenance going to do about no bathroom doors?\" The staff said, \"there's no bathroom doors in any of the rooms here or in this area, thats just how it is,\" (which is obviously untrue.) I then asked, \"so if I had friends coming here to get ready for a night out, I'd have to leave my own room and wait outside if one of them needed the bathroom?\" He just shrugged...so I showed him the photos of the bathroom doors advertised for their motel, and he stopped talking. Horrible experience, I have photos of everything.

Booked back in September arrived on 11/6/2024 got there to check in and guy behind couter said i wasnt in the system and his rooms were all booked. And didnt offer refund. Had to try to find another hotel at 11 30 pm while being exauted from traveling and rates were so high booking last minute. After many phone calls and emails finally got a refund.. should have been compensated for all the hassle and frustration... good luck

Save Your Money, Stay Somewhere Better

This was without a doubt THE WORST experience I have EVER had with ANY stay (worse than the similar low-budget motel we stayed at in Roswell just before COVID, where police raided someone’s room & we had to walk past the busted door and several police vehicles to get to breakfast). So: before our flight even left Texas Sat eve (5:30p in Vegas), I called OYO Oasis to advise our flight was delayed, moving our arrival time to after the midnight check-in deadline, & inquire if late check-in was ok (2-night stay). Spoke to front desk agent, he verified my reservation details & asked how late the flight was going to be. I specifically said we were scheduled to arrive around midnight, so 12:30-1/1:30a for a Lyft to get us there, but could be later if there were further flight delays. He mumbled for a few secs before telling me that it would be ok, he would make sure a room would be available for us “no matter what”. Great! Lyft dropped us off at 1:31a and I went to check-in with night audit clerk. “We don’t have any room.” Explained details of earlier call. “You didn’t talk to me”, “I have been here all day”, “not my fault”. Tried showing proof of calls to them and OYO Corp: same replies, 0 Fs given. So my teen daughter and I were left to walk the squalid streets in fear until 5a searching for a place to stay (praise Odin for the kind mgr at Circus Circus). Had I been told no late check-in when I called, I would have cxl’d & found an alt stay. If $ is an issue, stay at the Shalimar.

I checked in to the motel and immediately checked out. The room was not what I was expecting. There were weird people outside making noises. What I did not like about the room was that I was expecting what I saw on pictures before I booked the room and once I saw the room I was horribly uncomfortable and disappointed. The room walls were stained and dirty. The air conditioner was not working properly. The bed frame had a booger on it. The towels were placed out on a dirty table rather than in the bathroom. The carpet floors were not vacuumed. The bathroom door was hard to close and open. Overall not a recommended place. The area in which the motel was located was fantastic because it is close to the Las Vegas strip! But if they cleaned the room properly I would have stayed there. The service was average he had some trouble understanding me but overall knew I was unsatisfied with my experience. Hopefully I get my refund back like he said I would. Hope this helps others!

This was nothing like the pictures . A/C was broken and you need a $40 fee for 2 remotes that I did not use. Smelled moldy , stains on floor , shower was disgusting with dirt and hair on walls , toilet was dirty all around as well as bathroom floor . I did not feel safe . The only good thing about this place was it was close to where I needed to be. Otherwise absolutely disgusting. There was, what looked like semen, in the bathtub. The shower was not clean nor the toilet. There were stains on everything. The walls the floor and the ceiling. It looks like they used a wet paper towel to clean the mirror. We got a smoking room since it was cheaper, but it had the worst mildew stench. The sheets were ripped thank goodness we always bring a blanket and pillow. If all the other hotels weren’t already booked or priced due to the festival we would have stayed elsewhere. The pictures due not show the true condition on this place.

In the morning I asked for late check out and one of the men said 11:30am no charge, then a different man knocked on my door at 10:50am saying we need to check out now. I told him what the first man said he disagreed with me and demanded I leave now. Not worth the 120$ I paid for it. Do not stay at the OYO motel.

Horrible experience. It's very deceiving when there are 2 different locations with the same name hotel. Where one is the hotel and casino, and another is a completely different address. I went to the hotel and casino to check in only for them to tell me it is a different location!!!

This is a very old motel and very dated. The tv didn't work, but either did anything else. The bed had no blanket. The property is in a major state of disrepair. It has no amenities....i mean none, unless you are talking the 2 Marijuana shops across the street. It is, however, remarkably safe inside the enclosed (trashed out) compound. I literally parked my pickup 3 feet from the door. As i was just traveling thru Vegas, i has no desire to walk a mile like you do at the casinos frim vehicle to room.

The rooms do not look like the photos advertised.

Broken bed, stains on the carpet, holes in carpet, dirt and grime everywhere, bare wires hanging out of appliances and freezing cold (painted breezeblock bricks for walls).

Heater did not work as the wiring was cut. Had to sleep with clothes on. There was a hole in the wall that you could see to the outside. There were a group of homeless drug addicts directly behind our room making fires and the smoke/smell was coming into the room through the hole, smelt like they were burning plastic.

Owner 'forgot' to return our deposit when we returned keys.

Hotel in a bad area.

Furthermore, paid well over the odds for this property as it was for New Year.

It is positioned near two low cost chain diners, IHOP and Dennys, as well as a couple of local eateries, though I did not try them during my thankfully short stay. That is the only good thing I can say about the property. The property itself should be condemned. It was like staying in a third world country, but still paying American prices. I don't mind staying at low budget inns, but this was amazing worse than I ever would have expected. If it is not, it should be criminal to not only bait and switch with the pictures depicting the property on Expedia, but to allow them to operate in such a deplorable condition. All the bad reviews (I should have read ahead of time) only scratch the surface of how bad this place is. I am very disappointed in Expedia for continuing to offer it after so many horrendous reviews.

I checked in and checked out right away. Walking up to the room, I noticed there were holes I the door and the door knob was extremely loose on the door, not safe. It was hard to open the door, once I finally opened the door and got in the room, the door didn’t lock the dead bolt hole wasn’t lined up correctly and the entire door was damaged. Honestly, might as well replace the door.The interior of the room was awful. The carpet was black and you could still see stains and shoe prints, the lights flickering, the walls looked neat up, the bathroom was gross (toilet and shower), the shower curtain was broken and again the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Book at your own risk.

Absolutely terrible place to stay. Staff does not speak English, they communicate via Google translate; very shady practices around credit card processing and paperwork, took me a lot of fighting to get a copy of my charges. The hotel area is a disaster war zone with rats running at night; and the room is so unclean that I had to lay towels on the floor to walk and slept in a sleeping bag that I luckily had in my car. Broken door locks, non-working lights - in reality its nothing like you see on nice site photoes. This place should be sanitized and re-built from ground up - an apocalyptic war zone in the middle of a civilized block.

The price wasn’t that much cheaper than staying in the casinos at the old Las Vegas but the quality was significantly worse.

Was it the lack of “regular” tourists or the present of face tatted neighbor or the drug user who was howling at the street all night that made our stay feel unsafe, probably.

The sheets and towels were clean. The floors, walls and overall appearance was untidy.

If it’s just two women traveling, might be worth it to look for another spot. I do give thanks for the friendly staff for being kind.

Worst hotel in all of Las Vegas

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. This hotel was terrible the door of my hotel room barely could lock. I had to play with it for a while to get it a lock. When I flushed the toilet, the tank, never filled with water, causing the water to run and make noise all night. The room was in horrible condition. I had a hole in my ceiling in my room. I still try to make the best and took a short nap on my bed. When I woke out from my short nap, there was a bug crawling on the sheet. I couldn’t take anymore of this hotel, so I just ended up sleeping in the car for a couple hours. After I woke up from my nap in the car, I checked out and moved on.

There were beds stack outside of a room should have known there was something going on in my bed I didn't sit on bed because I always look so I unfolded the blankets and waited until I saw something and there they were Vegas is infested!!

Door locks loose, odor in room, dead cockroach on floor, iron burn on carpet, toenail clippings left inside one of the bedside drawers, very limited parking. Staff was friendly. We did not end up staying for the night and left almost immediately after check-in.

The pictures are not what the room looks like. There were cockroaches in the shower and kitchen. Furniture is in bad condition. The walls and doors are damaged. The price is outrageous for what you get.

Worst Room In Recent Memory

Worst hotel or motel I've stayed in since the 70s. Furnished like a prison, nothing on the walls. A/C didn't work right. Toilet broken, shower didn't work at all. The floor had some kind of pad from an outside cabana. Two small bars of soap, no shampoo. The curtains on the window barely hung. The TV was a relic from 20 years ago. If they don't refund me in full we're headed to court for fraud.

My recent stay at this motel was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was evident that this place should never be open to the public. I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience was, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this establishment. First and foremost, the air conditioning system was non-functional and barely emitted any cool air, despite being in the midst of sweltering weather. The heat inside the room was suffocating, and the unbearable conditions made it impossible to get any rest or sleep.
The management and staff were incredibly unprofessional and utterly unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in resolving any of the issues and were dismissive of my concerns. When I brought up the air conditioning problem, they merely shrugged it off and offered no solution. Their lack of courtesy and disregard for the guests' comfort was shocking. His name was Mike.. Highly unprofessional staff! To make matters worse, the lack of adequate staff on duty was evident throughout my stay. The motel was understaffed, and it showed in the poor service and overall disorganization. The environment was downright unsafe. Dimly lit hallways, broken security locks on doors, and a general feeling of insecurity added to the unpleasantness of the stay. I did not feel safe leaving my room. As for the cleanliness, it was appalling. The bathrooms were filthy, and the rooms were infested with roaches and bugs. Expedia should be ashamed!

This place was such a dump that even though we paid over $400 for 2 nights, we had to find somewhere else to stay. We called Expedia to tell them that it was horrendous. They tried to reach the manager, with me on hold for over an hour, and then they said that there was nothing they could do because they couldn’t reach the manager. Then said that they would email them. The desk worker wouldn’t let us in to see the room, but said we could only look through the window to see the room. There were flies all over the inside of the window buzzing around and it looked like the rooms were rented out by the hour to hookers. Expedia said it was there was only “one room left” but there were only 2 vehicles in the parking lot at 8pm when we arrived there. Unbelievable!!

This place I go to sometimes twice a month.
It's private and quiet. I recommend the premium rooms . The staff is friendly and you don't pay till you get there.

Never stay here

This is a third-world motel. This experience was absolutely horrendous. The hotel was extremely dirty, there was a rusty nail on the bathroom floor, and I don't think it had been cleaned in weeks. Not to mention, it cost $200+ and the customer service was worse than third world. This is an embarrassment to be on the Hotels.com platform. I have lost all faith in Hotels.com after this experience.
