The hotel is a gem! Even at it's busiest, it is quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was included with my room and delicious! The hotel is smaller as well, so it took no time to go downstairs to grab a meal. I also appreciate that it was available all the way to 1030am as well. Would definitely stay again!

The room was beautiful with a nice vote view.
Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room.
We were given free tickets to a comedy/magic show and breakfast the next morning.
The breakfast was very tasty and our waitress was so nice and gave us great service.

I am a first time guest and on business. I stayed 5 nights. The room was very clean, staff was very helpful and it was very quiet. I will definitly be back. The restaurant was great! The prices were very reasonable compared to everywhere else in Vegas. All in all I was very happy here and have no complaints at all.

My stay at Ahern kind of restored my faith in the promise of Las Vegas. Over the last 40 years my visits to Las Vegas have steadily tailed off, as the casino hotels ramped up nuisance fees, hiked prices, started charging for parking, and got rid of loss-leading food and drink teasers that drew in the middle class traveler. Ahern offered everything I used to get in Vegas: a nice room at a fair price, a complimentary (and really high quality) breakfast, a discount coupon for additional food, and free come and go as you please parking. Mine was a last-minute reservation and first-time stay at this hotel, and I could not have been more pleased with the friendly service of everyone on site, and the value of the room relative to the price. I definitely would stay at Ahern again.

This place is a hidden Gem!!!! The room was roomy, modern, and clean. The room had Avery nice larger fridge and a clean stocked bathroom. The parking was very easy and was free. We also receiver vouchers for breakfast at an actual restaurant on the property the food was very good! Out of all of the properties I have stayed at I would rate this in my top 3!! The property did not have a casino but that was not an issue for us. I enjoyed my stay and will be back!

Stayed here recently and overall had a good experience. The hotel is clean, check-in was easy, and the staff were very helpful—especially since the layout of the building is a bit confusing.

The walls are pretty thin, and we could hear neighbors talking as well as people in the hallway. The pillows were very uncomfortable, but the bed itself was firm and nice.

Breakfast is included but limited to three options (eggs and bacon, oatmeal, or avocado toast). It’s served in a restaurant setting, not a buffet, so you’re expected to tip, and coffee is not included. That said, the coffee is actually really good.

The location is a bit removed from the main part of the Strip. You can walk—we walked from the Bellagio and it took about an hour—but it’s not the most convenient if you want to be in the center of everything. The Sahara is about a 10–15 minute walk, and the Deuce bus stop is about 8 minutes away, which helps with getting around.

I booked through Expedia and noticed prices dropped closer to my stay, so I do feel like I overpaid. At a better price point, I would have felt even better about the experience.

Over-Promised, Under-Delivered
We booked this hotel for a 3-day festival trip based on advertised proximity to the venue and a 4-star rating. Instead, we experienced misleading marketing, poor service, and a room that didn't match its description.
Location: The hotel claims to be \"closest\" to the festival, yet reaching the actual entrance required a 20-minute walk—not the quick access promised.
Check-In: Despite advance online payment and notification of late arrival, digital keys weren't available. We waited 40 minutes for the only staff member who could issue physical keys, then were forced through an entire check-in process again.
The Room: We reserved a \"2-room suite\" expecting separate living and sleeping areas. Instead, we got a studio apartment partitioned by a thin wall. A mini-fridge with 2 waters was the only amenity. The ice machine was broken, and vending machines were sold out.
Service Issues: Only 3 thin towels provided; extra blankets cost $50. No housekeeping unless specifically requested. Breakfast vouchers covered only 3 limited options not on the menu.
Late Checkout: Staff aggressively enforced the 11 AM deadline, banging on our door and calling repeatedly. We were charged $50 for late checkout—a fee never mentioned at check-in.
At comparable prices to nearby superior properties like Sahara and Fountainbleau, the Ahern is overpriced, policy-heavy, and fundamentally disappointing. Do not book.

The room was amazing. The red tint they use on the windows takes a minute to get used to, but does a really good job of blocking the sun. They didn’t have a concierge so you have to provide everything for yourself. The hotel is a little removed from other things so cabs don’t got there and ride share like uber can’t find it, so they may just cancel the pick up, which happened to us 3 times. At one point we just walked to another hotel so we could get a ride. None of that is the fault of the hotel, but you should be aware that as of this post transportation is an issue. The coffee was amazing, but none in the room we had to get coffee from there coffee shop. We got a free breakfast, but it starts at 7am and ends at 10am so if your plans start before that you miss out, which is a shame because for the two days we were there we only got it once and it was good. The contactless check in and out was convenient. You had to request maid service, which was fine I guess, but extra clean towels would have be nice without having to ask for them. All and all we would stay again, just adjust a few things that would have been nice to know before.

This is a small hotel only , in Las Vegas. it surprised me, in a good way. Although I live in town, i wanted to be close to the music festival I attended (across the street) and not deal with traffic going home. It was safe, there were plenty of security guards monitoring the parking area and hotel entrances. Room was great condition, comfy and safe. Definitely recommend.

Very clean, friendly and chill vibe at this hotel. Kind of a breath of fresh air (literally) compared to a smoky casino scene! I loved the service, the off-strip location and the room with all the little helpful toiletry items in case you forgot something. It really feels like they care about their guests. The only thing I would change is the pink film on all the windows, which casts a weird hue on all the views.

We had a great stay at Ahern Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The servers at All American were especially kind and attentive.

The free breakfast and parking were standout perks and added great value. Amenities are fairly minimal, with a small pool and limited in-room services, and room service must be requested. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service. I would stay again for sure!

Property and room were nice and clean. However, they charged us $350 damage fee after we checked out without any notice to us at all!! We stayed a total of 5 days with 3 separate reservations. Never got charged or told anything after the first 2 stays and check outs. But after the 3rd one they charged us that saying that we damaged the sheets and mattress cover because our daughter had just started her menstrual cycle for the very first time! It wasn’t very much of anything on the sheets etc. We definitely didn’t/don’t have any problem paying to replace their sheets etc but we definitely feel that $350 is way more than the price to replace the items. We tried talking to a manager and was just blown off. Also emailed management and still haven’t received anything from anyone!

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. However, the surrounding area felt unsafe, especially at night. The parking situation was also concerning—it was poorly lit and didn’t feel secure. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable staying and ended up leaving a night early to stay somewhere else. Unfortunately, the location and safety concerns outweighed the positives of the hotel itself.

They provide a free breakfast that made me very ill more than likely food poisoning other guests also complained of the same symptoms. Nice stay just don’t eat the food at the restaurant located.

It’s so low not strong so it takes a lot of time showering. And then the pillows are small. But the rest are great. Parking is free so I loved it and its easy just park and stay very convenient.

It’s very pink here. It seemed like a lot of things were closed during the visit. The chocolate place and the wine bar were closed. Only thing open was the restaurant. They give guests a breakfast voucher. Had breakfast of avacado toast and the toast was super hard. The front desk staff was amazing!

Sia is exceptionally amazing. She has checked us in for the last 5-6 years. She has the most beautiful smile that lights up a room. She is respectful, thorough, friendly and professional.
Each time we remember her because of her A1 customer service. She is always so helpful and answers all of our questions. What do I not say? This place is amazing. We've stayed here three times already. And each time it has been nothing short of an electrifying experience. Sia, at the front in check in person has been amazing all three times we have come. She is so welcoming.

It's so serene. This is a no smoking hotel. There is no casino inside. This is great for us. There was no hidden fees. Parking was safe. The rooms are huge. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is not located in the best of places, however, we feel safe here. You feel like an elite here. During Christmas time it's not packed. We never saw anyone in the middle bar although we wanted to drink there a couple of times. We loved the complimentary breakfast there. We will continue to choose to come here. It's great to see a place love to take care of their establishment. There is a coffee/juice shop, candy shop and two restaurants here. Lots of parking. It's very quiet.

The parking garage always has ample parking and located near the entrance to the hotel, the rooms are spotless. Just disappointed when I asked for a few extra pillows (hoping to get a softer one) they were going to charge me a lot. But I can’t complain since there are no resort fees, but I will bring my own pillow next time.
