Staff are not welcoming comparative to others hotels that I have stay . Starting with front desk Asian lady she look like she had a bad night but most of the time she was like that . We stay 4 nights . They need a variety of food is the same thing over for fruit it was only one option banana for 2 day orange for one and apples for the other day . Egg and sausage, oatmeal , Cheerios. The staff that work during breakfast need more welcoming . It’s disappointing because you want to stay in welcoming place. They charge 24 dollars per day for parking it’s kind of pricey . The suite are clean and nice . I definitely don’t recommend it .

The breakfast was good loved the muffins, not to many options for protein though. Our room 1018 was cute, but very cold because the AC wouldn't shut off so we had to resort to having the heater on. The only downfall was that the shower/ shower head was in a terrible condition with green rust all over it making the water pressure very crappy. There was no shower liner too so water went everywhere. For the price you pay things like a simple shower should be updated/ kept in great condition.

This hotel provides breakfast from 6am-9am and offers many different option and I have to say, it's pretty darn decent. During my 5-day stay, I had the options of: pork sausage, assorted breads, eggs, andouille sausage, an oatmeal bar, fresh fruit (banana or apples), fresh coffee and tea, with freshly poured apple or orange juice.
The onsite bar and restaurant should be celebrated as well; great bar options, friendly faces and good service.
An honorable mention would be Brandon (I hope I remembered his name correctly). He wasn't overly enjoyable as Monique (different personalities), but he provided good services when I needed it.

We are used to the fact that the hotels in USA are usually in poor condition. This one was a positive surprise. Large, well furnished, clean, nice rooms. Friendly staff. Small pool on the roof with nice views on the Strip. There was no casino in the hotel, so it was quite and safe. It is situated in a walking distance from Westgate monorail station and Strip. Bus 108 will take you directly to the airport. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was only slightly better than in budget motels. Mos of the guests needed to use paper/plastic plates, forks and knives and cups. Is ceramics a luxury that we don’t deserve? The selection of food was moderate, mostly junk food such as waffles and cereal. The scrambled eggs were very dry - rather untasty.

Rooms have damages to the wallpaper and the walls. Advertise Tesla chargers are actually paid charges lol. I can choose million other hotels with the same benefit for charges lol.
