Terrible.. breakfast was a cheap microwave sandwich and the muffin is over cook taste like cardboard. They didn’t told me there is a construction doing next to my room,8am-6pm and I asked to changed room after I found it’s every day thing. Who would want to stay a room next to construction!? The pillow is cheap and flat couldn’t sleep. I had to use my travel neck pillow to sleep… everything is terrible!

Expect to be hard sold for timeshare but beyond that overpriced items in the store, old amenities that need to be upgraded, not the cleanest place if you dig deep in terms of the unit and paper thin walls this was an absolutely horrible experience and they have the audacity to try and sell you a timeshare while you’re there.

I had a great time at the pool and really appreciated how clean the room was. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The only thing that didn’t work was the toilet on our first night (someone had flushed a bar of soap), and the microwave in our room was out of order.

Our room, Rooms 702-704, were super nice, except for the shower in 702--the handle kept spinning and could not get hot water in a steady stream. The pool and gal at pool bar was super fun and accommodating.

They didn’t clean my room one day I asked to speak to the manager who I never was able to reach it was a mistake on their side and they never had the decency to try to reach me only the housekeeper supervisor went to see me she said she understand that was a mistake on their side and she was on a write the note to the administration, but the administration haven’t been trying to contact me to see what they can do to make it better so I have to sleep that night on the dirty sheet ,

After traveling, I just wanted to go to my room. But I understand it’s their bread and butter. All in all, the bang for the buck was amazing

Staff was very friendly. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Family stated the pull out was comfy. Quiet until the daily construction noise, but they waited to start till 9 AM. Tried to get a room in Tower 1, but no availability. Pool is shallow at 3’6” and the sun really doesn’t hit it until noon. Overall, great hotel just wish it had a restaurant and location was better. Free water is a nice touch.

Fantastic overall. Clean rooms and the staff is great. You are about 1.5 miles from the heart of the strip which was perfect. A 10-15 min Uber ride gets you where you want to be.nice pool and basketball courts which were both used.

Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice and good value considering other offerings on the Strip. Really appreciated all the space in the room (full-sized kitchen complete with washer/dryer), for example. The pool area was very nice — had a “resort feel” to it. The gym was also well-equipped. We walked everywhere, including north up to the Arts District.

My one caution to travellers is to beware of the staff who “greet” you upon arrival at the door — they will dupe you into a visit to the side area for a “welcome gift” (desks are to your right after you have completed your check-in at the main counter). I would caution you not to provide them with your information as they are just looking to add you to a solicitation list, which is intended for time share sales at the property. The “welcome gift” is literally a Las Vegas travel booklet, which you will find free all over town. In fact, my Uber driver had already given me one. The next day, they called my room with some fast-paced pitch about coming down for my “information session” to learn about time shares and to get some Hilton points. Unless you are the type of person who really likes Hilton points, then I would encourage you to avoid getting duped by all this, right off the bat, and to kindly request that you be removed from their solicitation list, or else they’ll keep calling you. I lost track of how many lost souls I saw getting toured around by an agent during my one-week stay. It went from amusing to simply sad.

Unfriendly and unhealthful staff. The airline cancelled my flight right before new years and I could not fly out for my stay. What did the staff do? Nothing. Refused to refund me my stay or even reschedule it or even provide CREDIT. They just took our money and ran. Unbelievable and terrible experience. Hilton just lost a loyal customer

I decided to try a new place along the strip as this had great reviews and seemed like great value for amount spent. Positives - staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and well laid out. Building has great amenities - pool & gym. Negatives - if you want to be close to the main \"strip\", this is a bit too far removed and is a 25 min walk to the Wynn. You are also about the same from North Vegas, so you are a bit removed from everything. Also, while the room was generally clean, it wasn't spotless. There were stains on the sheets, the kitchen counter/sink had some stains. The fridge in the room had a door that needed an extra push to close, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly due to clogging. Overall a good stay and would recommend more for families or people wishing to be a bit removed from the Strip, but not my top choice.

Our room was recently updated it was great! Staff was very friendly. We were on tower 2 floor 23 there was construction on floors 16&17. Construction noise in our room was maybe on a scale from 1-10 maybe level 3-4. Nothing too obnoxious. We enjoyed the location. My husband didn't enjoy having to go through the sale presentation for 90mins. That's about the only negative from our stay.

Beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. The marketplace is very convenient. I would avoid the pre-made breakfast sandwiches, as they are not very good. We ordered breakfast from the menu, and everything was tasty. The location is away from all the resorts, which makes it quiet and peaceful.

was assigned a room where they were doing morning maintenance work on top. Didn't get any rest after a long night out. Asked to be moved, but instead gave me the bland response that all floors were having maintenance work done in, which was a lie. I work hospitality, and not all 30th + floors were being worked on. Impossible Disappointed.

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite as it accommodated our needs very well! Having the central living area with the separate bedrooms gave us plenty of room to sprawl out and have a quiet place to relax. The complementary water from the Marketplace was a great accommodation, and the food from the poolside grill was very good! All staff members were polite and friendly and very accommodating. I appreciated the daily text check-ins to make sure all was well.
It is a Hilton Vacations timeshare, so understand that the checking process includes a lengthy, polite but assertive push to take a 90 minute tour while visiting. This is initiated by staff at the hallway entrance to the elevators who do not let you by until we received our “gifts” for being Hilton Honors members. The “gifts” are actually paid for via the $40/day resort fee and in order to get anything else (free steak dinner, $150 gift card, more Hilton points), we had to agree to the 90 minute tour and pay a $40 reservation fee for the 90 minute tour to “guarantee” we would show up. The $40 fee was worth it to be able to get away from the sales push and be granted access to our room that we had already paid for.
We had no interest in a tour since we had no interest in a time share, and I wasn’t willing to use up valuable time with my family during our vacation to go on a tour in exchange for any of the “gifts” being offered. The stay would have been perfect if we hadn’t have had to deal with that.

Amenities were lacking. Had a room with a kitchen with all cooking essentials. When we couldn’t finish our lunch or dinner, there was no aluminum foil or Saran Wrap to wrap up our leftovers! They said we had to buy the aluminum foil in the Marketplace down by the lobby.
Also, at check in, my daughter and her family had a room as well, on the same floor. She wanted the room with the view. Well, they gave me the room with the view. My daughter got the room that should have been mine.

Room was spotless and smelled extremely clean. No cigarette smell whatsoever. Was refreshing whatever scent it was, may have actually changed on some days. Room staff was absolutely on top of all needs be it coffee or towels. They had them to the room with more than requested in 5 min on the 38th floor. One downfall I had was the timeshare presentation in the beginning you’re told it is simple yes or no… well 3-5 people later and countless “NO” responses before I had to be blunt that I am needing to leave that I said no countless times already. In short do not go for the proposed “gifts” if your are not interested in timeshare. Aside of that best of 3 trips to Vegas now for accommodations.

The front desk staff were friendly, but the room was not in good condition. The restroom light kept turning off, there was food left in the fridge, and the AC was not working properly. There was also a water leak happening on our floor while we were leaving. The building needs major renovation.

Room was great! And the amenities too. However, the vibe in the hotel was a sales pitch the whole time. Constantly being approached, trying to be persuaded into spending your vacation time to hear them talk about their special honors program. It seemed desperate and I do not like being bothered on my vacation like this.
