I appreciate staying at this location because it was quiet and safe. I was able to enjoy Las Vegas while being able to come back to a place that was calm. High energy is nice, but I don’t wanna be around it all the time.

Stay was great but as I was checking in, their computer system went down and I was forced to wait almost 3 hours to finally check in after driving all day. They did wave the resort fees for my inconvenience though. Room was great. Nice and spacious. May stay again the next time I’m in vegas

It’s clean, well maintained place. At night, there staff going around in the cart checking the place. Close enough to the strip without the crowd of Vega’s. FYI, main pool is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday but there are still 2 that are open when we are there.

Nice mid-level property. Monarch suite is spacious with large tub. Property is large so you walk a lot if you stay towards the back. Overall, a nice option off the strip.

I didn't expect the room to be two-storey and this large, clean and luxurious. This blew our expectations away from this price point. While it was not on the main strip, calling an Uber to the strip and back is such convenient. And with this price, you consider yourself having a free Uber.

No conditioner, make sure to bring your own! water pressure could be better, but other than that, it was great. the air conditioning was top notch and it was quiet. The room was spacious. I rented the room with double beds.

Honestly only a place to crash. Wouldn’t stay here again personally, room felt a little dirty, there were some bugs, the front looks nice but the back is like an old repurposed apartment. Pool wasn’t clean either. Should’ve just picked somewhere on the strip.

When we got to the resort to check in mind you it was 105 degrees, my husband ask the staff if they had any water. We were told no. They didnt have complimentary water, really? We weren't even directed to the store they have on the premises.(which I found out about much later) The room was ok, but the desk chair was leaning, the iron leaked and you had to slam the door EXTREMELY hard for it too close. There are no bbq grills on site and one of the 3 pools were closed! The pools had leaves, tree branches and flowers in them. The location is great close to strip. The bed was comfy. Over all I would give it a 6/10.;

This was our first and last time staying at this resort.

We arrived to bugs all over the floors, called the front desk that same night, and were offered a $39 resort fee refund as an apology. The staff seemed unsurprised, almost as if this were a known and accepted issue, and showed little concern for our frustration. When we checked out and brought it up again, the desk staff were completely indifferent. Especially since the bugs remained a problem throughout the duration of our stay. We took photos and videos and left a bag of the bugs for them.

The bathroom had a window with only frosted glass, no curtain, no shade, which didn't exactly make us feel like we had much privacy, particularly being on the ground floor. There was also no elevator, so when we looked into switching to a higher floor unit, that wasn't an option either.

We were told that rooms with kitchens were only available in the back buildings, yet friends staying the same weekend had kitchens in the front. And when we compared notes on security deposits, we'd all been charged different amounts. Ours was $300, which was more than the cost of the booking itself. When we asked about the discrepancy, we were told everyone pays the same deposit, then when pressed, staff offered up odd exceptions that directly contradicted what they'd just said.

Not a great stay. Won't be booking again.

The staff from housekeeping to security were all very helpful, respectful and went above trying to help me find a lost item. Liked mostly for the quietness, no casino. Grounds are lovely with lots of pathways to walk around, even a cute gazibo.
Times are changing, but miss at least a continental breakfast or even a coffee stand in the lobby.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms with 2 queen beds. I was given only 1 room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. The other room had 2 queen beds. How come?

I also didn’t find the front desk staff friendly. Seems to me they were not exactly enthusiastic doing their jobs.

If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for space and quiet surroundings, this is your spot. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Outside feels like you’re living in an apartment.

It is a nice place to stay. If you do not want gaming the restaurant there was excellent. The pools were wonderful could’ve have heated them though it’s like a big apartment complex. I’ve stayed there many times and we’ll stay again.

So overall the stay was good. The room was clean and this hotel is literally minutes away from from main events.
I do have to say read the fine print and tiny print as they put a $300 hold on my card which was not mentioned until i arrive to check in. Also, house keeping will not come to your room. We did have to call to request for our trash to be taken, towels to be sent and toilet paper to be filled. Only 1 side of the pool was opened.
Other then that no issues here at all.

We booked this hotel as it had 24hour check-in. We arrived at 1:45am to be told that there were no available rooms even though we had booked and paid. We spent an hour trying to find somewhere else for the night. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Upon first arrival our room looked ok. But after staying it really was dirty. The floors (LPV) made our feet black so you can tell they have not been mopped. The shower was horrible. The shower head was so corroded the water was a jet stream. Our toilet struggled flushing. We called down to housekeeping but nothing was ever done pre remedied. Pool was nice but also very dirty full of palm tree debree and never a towel in sight just dirty ones all over. Overall def not worth the money staff wasn’t helpful at all

The room was large. 1 pool was closed. The one we went in was nice enough and private. The center of the property was well maintained. The whole place could look good again with some nice green grass between the rooms and some paint in those outside corridors. The restaurant was closed so we had to walk elsewhere for breakfast. The lobby was nice. The room itself was decent with 2 very large tvs. The AC was very cold and had a remote control . Is give it a 6.5/10

Pros:
1. The room was comfortable, updated and clean. The grounds were very well maintained.
2. The staff at the registration desk was awesome.
3. The Elvis event was pretty good.
4. The #2 pool was nice but small and not very many lounge chairs.
5. Food in the restaurant was very good.

Cons:
1. The wait staff in the restaurant were slow and indifferent at best. One male waiter never smiled and was actually rude to us.
2. The main pool #1 was closed for the entire time we were there, 4 nights over a weekend. Some staff said for repair, other staff said it was because they didn't have enough life guards (no lifeguards were at pool #2, make that make sense).
3. The snack/gift shop was only open sporadically and the prices were outrageous.
4. We had 3 adults in the room and each time housekeeping came in they would only leave enough towels for 2. We constantly had to ask for more towels & coffee.

Disappointed the larger pool was closed and not able to be used. One of the rooms the shower head had no water pressure, shower head needing replaced, also parking was so packed and tight spaces.

Rooms were clean, front desk had an easy check in, and close to the strip for a reasonable price.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now, including recently and back in January, while traveling for business through Las Vegas on my way to Kingman, AZ. This is a nice, convenient, and relaxing place to stay. It’s great to be away from the craziness of the Strip, while still being close enough when needed. Comfortable stay, good location.

They have three pools, but one of the pools isn’t open everyday. They charge a resort fee for towels, but the pool towels were always empty. The rooms are very basic and minimally stocked. For example, the staff only provides one coffee pod for the machine. We were not told that we had to request clean towels, so we went without clean, dry towels in our room. There are not enough pool chairs or umbrellas. It was a bare minimum place to stay.

Alexis Park offered apartment style rooms with a separate living area and bedroom. The beds were comfy for hotel beds. There were no elevators but they have 3 pools that looked to be well kept. The grounds were nice. The living area furniture was a bit older and could probably use a refresh. They have a restaurant and a small store. It was a short walk to Virgin Hotels, White Castle, Bojangles, and 7-11. Overall, a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

Everything was as expected except following things:
1. I couldn’t locate or enjoy swimming pool mentioned as major attraction of this amenity
2. no free breakfast
3. Hotel entrance/reception area was grand however rooms were not equally great, by looking at hotel entrance, people might perceive incorrect (superior) image of hotel quality
4. lighting in rooms were very dark and not enough lights were present

Room was very clean and spacious and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during the check in and check out process. Staff was very fast when we asked for extra towels. The resort has two floors but no elevators so make sure the room you choose is on the first floor if the stairs are challenging for you to use. Parking area is a bit tight so cars need to drive slow to pass by each other. We did not find an ice machine or trash can on the second floor we were staying, so keep that in mind. Other than that, resort was great. Good location from the strip and lots of food options nearby at a walking distance. Would definitely stay at Alexis again.

Why you see on the pictures is not what you get ! I booked for 2 days thinking I was going to have my best 55th bday. But it was a joke ! No ventilation in the bathroom or AC unless if you leave the door open. Shower was mounted facing my face not above. Plumbing fitting were loose in the shower. Say the least at 6 am Saturday I booked a room at wynn and we stayed there the rest of stay in Vegas !!

Last minute booking for EDC weekend. We specifically picked it because it was a super short walk to Virgin Hotel where our shuttle buses were. Definitely recommend this resort if Hotel EDC is at Virgin again.
Our stay was great. Rooms were spacious and quiet. I believe most of the rooms are suite style so there was an eating area, a couch, and fridge. It's a little outdated but we didn't need much being at the festival majority of the time. Plenty of parking and just a short uber ride to the strip. Good amount of food/convenience stores nearby. We would definitely come again!

We rented the queen suite the size was decent but the pull out couch was horrible my teenagers cried sleeping on it for 3 nights. We booked last minute so we didn’t have many options. Location wise it was great close to everything, we did drive everywhere but it’s a 20 min walk to the strip. The hotel room was very very clean for it being a little outdated but other than that it was good.

Our bed had many bugs on the bed, headboard and nightstand. We brought this issue to the front desk during our 1st night and they offered to switched our rooms, this was a hassle as we had all our stuff unpacked and had to repack and move to the new room. The new room was a lot cleaner and had no bugs, but one the of beds had a huge crater in the middle and made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall ok experience after the room change
