My stay was extremely disappointing because of the poor hygiene standards throughout the room. The sheets were visibly stained, the bathroom tub looked old and grimy, and there was buildup around the sink that made the whole space feel unclean and poorly maintained. It honestly made it hard to feel comfortable or even want to unpack.

For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and basic upkeep. A hotel room should feel fresh and sanitary, but this one did not. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

I stayed one night and I actually booked at a different hotel. The hotel was in bad condition, parking is horrible and the amenities were not that great. With the ball park construction next door, it made matters worse. I'll never book at this hotel again

It was very disappointed to see this hotel since the entrance the glass doors were terribly dirty one of the entrance doors no handle it looks that it was broke and never fixed ...the elevators one work only , no accessible stairs to take us down to the lobby or to our room , the room incredible terrible the 4 pillows were all different sizes , the AC extremely poorly , the curtains were from one corner down like rip , the bathroom super old the bath tub was peeling the color , no body wash and no conditioner at all, the sink super , super old scratch rusted and leaking water and no lotion no hand soap , we tried to get ice from the ice machine in the floor and it was out of order ...We have stayed in many hotels and this was the worse experience ever ....

The property is dated there are currently no restaurants available for dinner. They have a third-party company in charge of the parking garage and that system needs to be upgraded or updated. It took me 20 minutes to get out of the parking garage.

1st off the hotel was very dated. The casino carpet was dirty looking and due to smoking allowed smelled of heavy smoke. The Hooters sign is very large and lit and to find out its not available to customers (then why do you still have an active sign up?? disappointed) I liked the water bottles provided and even though I didn't use the pool it was the most attractive amenity to the hotel. Please make sure to bring your slippers to walk on the room carpet.

The elevator wasn’t working, broke down. We spoke to the guest person. She said that it was because everybody was checking out, but in reality, the elevator broke which I understand. It’s the weekend so they cannot exit immediately. The AC units where they stand the wood place is coming out of place. Dust bunnies everywhere in my room. We couldn’t use the pool Saturday but got charges resort fees

The room was dated and could certainly use maintenance. The beds were clean. The overall facility was very dated and had a large number of maintenance issues including several out of service elevators, front doors without handles, and multiple other things around the hotel that were inoperable. The people were nice overall fairly helpful. They do not perform housekeeping unless you request which ultimately led to some issues getting new linen/towels. Overall a cheap place to stay close to the strip but certainly getting a low dollar stay.

Idk why the low ratings. My room was clean and quiet. It’s in the cheaper end of hotels and I just needed it for the night. Ac worked great. Utilized the iron. Electors were eh. Hallways eh. But the room it’s safe (all the matters for me) was great. Walking distance to other hotels and casinos.

Do not stay here. The website and pictures are a lie. Looks can be deceiving. It’s like the pictures were taken years and years ago. They look nothing like the pictures show. The rooms stink, are dirty, and the beds were dirty. It says soundproof, but that’s a lie. You can hear everything. The elevator went out. They will rig the machines in the casino. You win, then they come over and press some buttons, and it makes you lose the hand you just won. It was the first time there and the last time. I will never be going back there again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

The person who helped us check in was extremely helpful. We had trouble getting the parking paid for with the app and he comped the parking! Very nice! Our room lights didn’t all work, the bathroom had a lot of hair in it but the hotel in general was clean. There was a huge stain on the bed and the patio door in one of our rooms was broken.

While the room was clean it needed renovation, the hotel is quite run down, had no place to keep our luggage as we waited three hours to get into our room (subsequently charging us $30 to get into our room early even when it was ready), and had only one restaurant even though the marquis shows another one as an option. Also, we paid for poolside thinking it was laid out like it was years ago. However, all we had was a “pool view” from 14 floors up.

After reading some very negative reviews we tried to cancel but were unable so we went ahead and checked in.
We paid for an upgrade and were assigned a room on the 16th floor with a view of the 2 pools.
There were 2 working elevators that seemed new with very little wait.

The room showed its age with a noisy but efficient air conditioner, the room door wouldn't close without muscle power, and
An old tub/shower.
The room was clean but needed vacuuming. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows of different firmness.
If you want housekeeping you have to call the front desk.

There are 2 very clean pools with different water levels, presumably for adults & kids. A lifeguard is assigned to each pool. Reclining chairs and towels were plentiful. There is a cantina next to the pool where you can buy drinks and food. It's a pleasant, relaxing area.

The casino wasn't crowded and they had many of the newest slot machines.

One of the best assets of this hotel is the staff. Every staff person we met from Arthur & Tony at the front desk, housekeepers, maintenace , and Security were friendly & accommodating.

Best of all was the price & location.
3 days stay equalled one day at other hotels.
The MGM and monorail station is across the street.

We were expecting the worst, but we had a good experience.

My room was really bad. We had stains on the carpet. The shower didn’t drain fast so we were in a puddle of water when we took a shower. When we had a problem with our bathroom light not easily turning on and off. I have submitted a ticket to request a refund as a result of this.

There were Cheetos and a used band-aid on the ground in my room, as well as gum stuck in the carpet.

The front desk lady wouldn't let me check my bags at the counter unless I paid her $5 cash under the table.

The whole place is unkept and dirty. I will never stay there again.

A week prior we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights arrived at 330pm was told to come back sometime after 4pm they didn't have any rooms available. Housekeeping did not come to the rooms during our stay twice we had to ask at registration for towels. The ice machines on each floor were out of service. Had to go to the liquor store down the street for ice. There's no fridge or microwave in the rooms. Only one working elevator. Had to wait 25 minutes for the elevator to check out.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean and the overall condition of the property seemed poorly maintained. The bathtub did not drain properly, which made it frustrating and uncomfortable to use. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they were not very helpful and didn’t seem concerned about resolving the problem. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

This hotel does not look anything like the photos on the Hotel.com website. This was a 4 day business trip for my coworker and myself. We checked in to the hotel and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor. We went to the elevators (only 1 was working) and went to our room on the 3rd floorl As we were walking down the hallway there was a bad smell. We went into our room and there was a lady next door who was cussing and screaming at someone and she sounded like she was in the rooml We went into the bathroom and the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I went down to the desk and complained and they gave us another room. The room was quiet. However, there was no plug for the tub and the tub was still not clean. Also we stayed there for 4 days and housekeeping never came in to service the room. We finally set the garbage can in the hallway hoping it would be emptied and replaced in the room. Housekeeping took the trash can. I had to call the desk twice to get a trash can for the room. On the last day when we were getting ready to check out the elevator was not working. We had to haul our luggage down the stairs. I am 79 and my coworker is in her 60's so this was very inconvenient. When I told the desk clerk she was very uninterested and replied yes I know. Also they room descrxiption says there is a fridge included but when you get to the hotel, they tell you there is a charge for the fridge. I don't advise anyone to stay at this hotel.

This place was misleading because it states strip view, but the view you can only see is under construction so that doesn’t make sense. Another thing is you pay resort fees but you can’t use any of the resort besides the casino because the pool is not heated and it is freezing like -30 in the picture it looks like there’s a Jacuzzi in your room, but really it’s just a bathtub. I was very disappointed in our stay.

Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Convenient location to the Las Vegas Strip. Outside was well lit which made the property safe and secure.
Bathroom sink, faucet, and countertop could have been cleaner. Sheets on bed had stains. Called housekeeping on first night to ask for extra blankets; no one answered even after several attempts.

I was very disappointed with the accommodations. I booked a room with two beds. One bed was super hard. The other was so broke down it had a permeate “body indent “ in the middle of the bed. Very disgusting. Will not recommend this “resort” ever! It is not and shouldn’t be classified as a resort. Beware of spending your hard earned dollars here!

First of all, when you pay for your reservation, they don't explain how you're supposed to pay for parking; so when you go and park your car later they put ticket for $80 dollars per day in your window. The rooms are fine, except that the bathtub in the bathroom has mold. Also, another thing I didn't like was that they close the pool at 5 PM.

The shower faucet leaked. The shower drain was partially clogged. There was a door to the adjoining room which let a lot of the neighbors' noise get through, late at night. The whole casino smelled like an ashtray, including my room. The door across the hall had such a gap, I could see into the room. I don't gamble much, but I would have liked to play craps, but the crap table was never manned. The room didn't have enough outlets for my devices. The billboard advertised Hooters & wings, but it's closed. The Steak restaurant had an expensive breakfast, with only 1 coffee refill, & they charged me 3.50 for a water cup. So, I went to Denny's after that. The wifi was slow. The only good thing was that it was cheap, and close to the T-Mobile Arena, so I could walk over there for the hockey tournament.

If you want just a place to take a rest your head, take a bird bath and nothing else then this is your place. During my stay the bathroom sink would clog up, and leak underneath to which I had to use the 2 towels I was afforded to soak of the water. Front desk and management was made aware and never was we offered a room change, maintenance was supposed to come however 2 days later maintenance never arrived. The shower pressure is that of lazy rainfall at best so don’t expect even that much being at quality standards. The elevators did not work (5 total w/ only 1 sub par overworked one running sparingly) forcing me and many other guests to walk up and down the stairs throughout our entire stay. The pool hours are only available till 6pm. House keeping is not a daily amenity so don’t expect it at all. There is no room service available. Onsite there is a minimally staffed steak and shake on premises, the Hooters is closed. The entire establishment is VERY VERY VERY rundown. The staff was courteous and very nonchalant about complaints. This is definitely not a 3- star establishment 2 at best.
