Room smelled of somewhat a cheap air freshener and was overbearing. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were really worn. The bath tub was disgusting, cracked and looked like it was a murder scene they slopped some paint on to cover up. The closet door was bent like someone pushed it in. The property as a whole was run down, dirty, dark and gloomy and even the employees I felt were unhappy. Def won’t ever recommend or return to this property.

POOL STATES ITS OPEN MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER- NOT TRUE IT WASNT OPEN AND WE WERE TOLD THE POOL ISNT INCLUDED IN THE REOSRT FEES. ONCE THE POOL WAS OPEN IT WASNT OPEN THE CURRENT SCHEDULED TIME FORM 10-6PM .
MULTIPLE ELEVATORS WERENT WORKING, ALSO WE BOOKED A QUEEN BED WITH A WALK IN SHOWER, WAS GIVEN A 2 FULL BEDS INSTEAD. ROOMS DONT INCLUDE COFFEE POT, MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE. UNLESS UPGRADED FOR A FEE. SECURITY WAS GOOD TO HAVE BUT THEY HARRASED MY WIFE AND KIDS THE ENTIRE TIME.

Pool was closed my ocean view room had a whole construction site view that started work every morning at 430 am and was so loud my bath tub wouldn't drain and house keeping was terrible and couldnt get help from the front desk or Expedia after I missed my flight to extend my stay it was overall a terrible experience and I will never stay at that place again. Deffinetly had terrible customer service.

Room had an empty pack of cigarettes sticking out from behind dresser. Supposedly it was a non smoking room 😂 Mascara splatted on counter in bathroom, wiped right off with water so they obviously didn’t clean it at all. Balcony door just screwed
shut and had a giant gap at bottom like my hand fit between the 2 doors. Room door was stuck open on carpet had to use force to get it to shut and latch properly. Overall horrible, but for the price I guess it was ok. Would avoid if traveling with kids!!

No pool access during February. Staff were helpful. Be prepared to pay $20 per day for parking, $25 per fee, $100 refundable deposit and other charges depending on what time of day you arrive… very overpriced by the time you consider everything. Went to a nearby motel nearby and had better/newer accommodations with a kitchenette with a fridge, an ice machine that worked, filtered water, and a dog park for $35 less.

The elevators were not working for two days, or longer. They were not working that last 2 days I was there, I checked out before they were fixed. The only signs posted were at the entrance of the elevator in the lobby. If you didn’t already know, you would have to wait since there weren’t signs posted at each floor’s elevator doors. A staff member with a. Blue shift was rude about it, blaming g the customers for the elaborate being down. He said too many people were pushing the buttons and not waiting patiently for the elevator.

Also, you don’t have automatic access for the fitness center. You have to ask for it, but nobody tells you that. You have to wait find out by scanning your key card a few times, the asking the front desk why you don’t have access to it. They blamed me for not asking for access at check-in. It’s automatic everywhere else, why would I assume it’s not automatic at the OYO (in the wall) hotel. Again, they blamed the customer for it. They also gave attitude when I suggested they either do it automatically, or put up a sign telling the customer to ask if they want to use the gym.

Four of the 5 elevators were not working. Our room was never cleaned. And the smoke detectors started chirping in the middle of the night ALL NIGHT. I let the front desk clerk know and he did not care. I should have received a discount at the least.

Well, this is what I did, and that's why this hotel worked perfectly for me. I came to Vegas specifically for the Jennifer Lopez show, but I preferred to buy a good seat for the show and save money on the hotel, since I only planned to use it for one night. Basically, just to arrive, shower, get ready, and go see my show. Come back, sleep comfortably, and return the next day. The Oyo Hotel met my needs. Yes, it's not the most luxurious or has the best amenities, but it fulfills the function of a hotel. Clean, convenient, and affordable.

I am writing this review because what happened at OYO Hotel & Casino Las Vegas was not simply poor service — it raised serious concerns about staff conduct and customer treatment.

On March 3rd at approximately 7:20 PM, I was playing blackjack at the table located directly in front of the casino entrance. During the game, the dealer behaved in a way that I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My friend, who does not speak English fluently, was explaining the situation in our language while I was translating. During this moment, the dealer mocked the way we were speaking by repeating our words in a babbling tone multiple times. This behavior felt humiliating and inappropriate in a professional casino environment.

While we were still discussing the issue, the dealer also attempted to continue the game without our clear consent, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

We requested a manager and Mr. Thomson came to the table. Unfortunately, instead of carefully listening to what happened, he quickly dismissed the situation and stated that the dealer was “just joking.” There was no attempt to properly investigate or address the concern.

This response was extremely disappointing.
When a guest reports behavior that could reasonably be interpreted as mocking a customer’s language or cultural background, the matter should be taken seriously.

It was an overnight stay to be near the airport because of an early flight. If you are looking for something cheap and don't care about the room and the facility, then it's okay. I expected a little more from see the photos on the website. The room is old and the bathroom is really old. The room was very cheap, but they charged $50 for the resort fee, which is not anywhere close to being a resort (the same as the 4-star resorts would charge). So that part is totally not worth it.

Do not stay here. The customer service is TERRIBLE! They are rude and unnecessarily aggressive which escalated multiple situations I witnessed. I've never experienced anything like it! The room was dirty and there and an open and wet hand soap on the counter in the bathroom. The a/c was blowing hot air for 20 minutes until we gave up on it working. After the rudest encounter with a customer service rep who said his name waa Jasman, i was giving another room. But not before the manager came over and was so verbally aggressive that I had to call my husband to come to the counter. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the WORST hotel experience I've ever had in Las Vegas. And i can't go without mentioning the number of meth heads in and around the building. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will regret staying here. I wouldn't even stay here if they paid me.

We checked in early, spent not even a full half our in our room and couldn’t breathe due to the old, rusty and dusty AC unit. We immediately surrendered our room keys at check out. The gentleman Allan, assured me that they were able to refund the resort fees collected at Check-in. I am now still disputing my refund as it has still not been received. I’m never one to complain, but I couldn’t breathe from the amount of dust I was inhaling. I have a video I can provide.

I do not recommend staying at OYO. First, the listing says, \"parking available\". Yes, very limited parking and it's $23 for 24 hours. My fault, I thought parking available meant it was free. Then I reserved a room with a king bed. We got a room with 2 doubles. No the end of the world. Walked into the bathroom and there was a soap wrapper on the floor. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the room. The A/C was at 66 degrees and blowing hard and loud, but the room never cooled off. In the morning, took a shower, they had the bottles attached to the wall for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. All 3 were empty. One disappointment after another. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

I read reviews on this hotel. I thought it was okay. So I booked it. But once I step foot into this place…horrible. I feared for my safety in this place. Like the other hotels on the strip, they have security. OYO does not. OYO does not value safety very much. These elevators do not have key entry before putting your floor number, which tells me that anyone can come up here. Especially you by yourself on a trip, you would feel unsafe too. Once I got into this room, it felt like I was in a motel 6. The air conditioning didn’t work, the bed look like it had bed bugs, and the bathtub look like I was going to get some time of fungus. Overall, this place it horrible. Spend the extra money to get yourself a room at MGM Grand. It’s worth your safety at least. I’m glad I had friends out here that let me sleep in there room, because I refused to stay in the place.

I have stayed at OYO (Hooters previously) for many years during our convention. This year, it was terrible. The room was nice but once you leave the room it is rundown, everything is closed, the front desk charged $5 per bag cash to put our bag in the back room the $50 resort fee per day. I will not be back.

It was an absolute nightmare from the second we got there. They did not mention when I booked that it would cost $90 to park my car there for the duration of my stay. The rooms were dirty, we went into 6 different ones, all were dirty with hairs in the bathrooms, bedsheets, all surfaces. There was still crumbs in the bed from the previous guest. The female manager did her best to reconcile the issues but I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the bathroom and change the bedsheets 5 times. The entire experience was absolutely awful and I will NEVER book this hotel again. They also said they would be refunding some of my money and I have still yet to see it.

We were not told the hotel had no hot water at the time of check-in, and we were charged for early check-in. Our air was not working in our room either. When we called about no hot water and no air, they said they would send someone up to check. After an hour and three unanswered calls later, we went to the front desk, and they said the entire hotel was without hot water and they were not sure when they would have it back on. we aske about a refund and they offered us a $25 credit. We went back to our room and called another hotel booked a room and checked out early.

The elevator for our tower was not working for half of this day.
