I had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby (from 2 AM to 4 AM) on the day I arrived to get a room. The front desk told us their system was updating! The next day, we ran out of hot water in the shower!

Lots of amazing restaurants to choose from and so much variety, very friendly and helpful staff, everything you could want is in the resort. It was very clean, & my room was very comfortable. Also loved that therexis a tram from Mandalay Bay to Luxor/Excalibur so you dont have to walk to get to the strip.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is no mini fridge for personal use. They charge you $50 if you use the one they have in the room with items for sale. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. The “beach” area with sand seemed like a messy complication for the pool area. One pool was closed for repair.

Clean resort, pool is very nice but check the schedule because when we went 3 of their pools including the adult only pool were closed. Seems more like a family style resort, there are kids there so keep that in mind. Nice rooms very clean.

There was no refrigerator to use. They charged us $18 for a room water an never had one. They make you put $300 on hold so they can keep it an make stuff up to do so. Like the water! Disappointing thats stealing.🤔

The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. However the lazy river was closed whole time we were there and the website said it opens in March. It opened over a week later. That was the only reason I picked this hotel was because I wanted to float the lazy river. The Borders Grill is amazing if you are Celiac. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

The room was nice and clean. Soaker tub was wonderful. Had a few shops in the area and the spa was quiet and relaxing. Whatever you boom at the spa, you can use the facilities all day. So while a pedicure looks “pricey”; it’s really not bad when you consider entire use of the facilities

Incredibly disappointing stay. I was really looking forward to staying at the hotel and the room itself was very nice but everything else was terrible. Check-in took 35 minutes and I completed the online check-in at the same time that I got to the front desk so no time saved over standing in line. However, the hotel mistakenly assign me to a room that was already occupied and I walked in on other guests in their room. I returned to the front desk and it took them over 20 minutes to assign me a replacement room that was also a downgrade from a king that I booked to a twin queen. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a $100 dining credit with the hotel. It was late and I was tired so I figured that was good enough. I dined at the Noodle Shop and Citizens. The food at both restaurants was terrible with the Noodle Shop food tasting stale and Citizens under cooked and the breakfast burrito was loaded with cheap ingredients extra tortilla large potato chunks I couldn't even taste the chorizo. As bad as the food was the service was even worse. In addition to the long wait times at check in and check out the serving staff at the 2 restaurants and the 1 coffee shop I visited were rude and unpleasant. They seemed very unhappy to be at work and greeted any request with groans or stern glares. To make matters worse the $100 credit I was promised was never applied to my account. Overall, a colossally disappointing experience for a stay that I had very high hopes for.

Stayed in the \"W\" Tower and it was very nice. The room had a living room and a separate bedroom with one and a half bath. Very nice and new with usb and traditional outlets. I take medication for diabetes and was able to receive a refrigerator to store my injections at no cost but it's very concerning that there isn't one anyway in the room and that they charge for people with no medical use for one.

The hotel was clean and very convenient to Allegiant Stadium. Although the beach pool wasn't open, it looked amazing! I could see this hotel being good for families.One downside, it's right at the end of the strip, so you are likely to be taking Ubers a lot should you want to visit more centralized areas. The Uber pick up at the hotel is very efficient though.

It took quite a while for the hotel to \"find\" or \"assign\" our room while conferring with another agent upon check in.

We never saw a cocktailer in the slots area in the 4 days we were there. We went to a bar to get drinks and they don't carry mint and referred us to a specialty bar that was not open. Hmm.

Karaoke in the House of Blues was fun! Service was slow though. Took half an hour to get a server to our table.

The spa was wonderful! Massage was great!

Ran out of hand soap on the first night. Never got more towels.

We stayed in a suite so were actually in the W tower. Check in was tedious and the room wasn't ready so had to queue twice because we weren't sent a code to allow us to check in on the digital screens. The suite was lovely, spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. The fridge situation is quite ridiculous though and the concept of being charged simply for moving things is diabolical. The resort fee is also unjustified as the wifi is free to use for non guests so not covering that, you can't get a space at the pool so not covering that either, still not sure what we did pay for in that regard

i had a very pleasant stay overall and would rate the hotel 5/5. The property, facilities, and overall experience were excellent.

However, on the second day of our stay, our room access keys stopped working late at night (around 11:30 PM). Since there was no quick service option available, we had to stand in the same queue as new check-ins at the front desk. With my family and child waiting for over an hour, it unfortunately disrupted our evening plans.

The staff eventually resolved the issue and also provided some credit, which I appreciate. This may have been a rare technical issue, but having a separate service queue for existing guests with urgent issues would greatly help in such situations.

Other than this incident, everything else about the stay was excellent.

Best location for the NRL round 1 game at Allegiant Stadium! Only there for 2 nights and the footy was our main focus of the trip. Don’t drink or gamble, so didn’t use the facilities and the spa couldn’t get us in to get our nails done. But we loved the stay and will stay again if/when we return to Vegas.

Our room was beautiful and clean and the pillows were amazingly comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and stores on property, and cabs are easy to catch, no matter the time of day. My only complaint is that there is no refrigerator in the room to keep your drinks cold. There IS a stocked refrigerator, and after being charged over $200 for items used from the fridge that we did NOT use, I learned that each time we placed our personal bottles in the fridge, it charged us as if we were removing items, as they charge by weight. I will be credited for the charges, but when you’re traveling, a small fridge would be most convenient to keep your drinks cold. Otherwise, we had a great stay with no complaints.

Room large and clean, wasn’t blown away by the hotel if I’m honest but on the other hand had nothing really to complain about. I did wait ages for check in though (after 22 hours of travel and 11pm at night, so not ideal) as the online way of doing it said I didn’t have a room that was available, only a few staff working on the counter, they were good despite being under a lot of pressure.
