The staff was very accommodating!! The 1st room i was assigned had a very noisy ac unit & they were very happy to give me a different room. On my last morning I was woken up by some sort of work being done outside. Tree trimming or some sort of leaf or lawn blower type very loud noise & they were gracious enough to wave my resort fee, as I thought it very unacceptable to be woken up at 4 a.m.... another room was offered but it happened to be my last day there so that didn't really apply & ear plugs were offered... however I was already very wide awake... other than that.. nice property

The room had a very unpleasant odor that did not go away during my stay. The room also did not include a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. During checkout, I waited over an hour because staff appeared to prioritize guests in the rewards program while other customers remained waiting in a long line. A more organized system, such as assisting guests from each line equally, would have been more fair and efficient. Overall, my experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service and lack of accommodations.

if you don’t want to sleep at night, you better come to luxor, loud music all night long, dirty beds, no fridge or microwave can you believe that?? well it’s true. and be prepared to be checked in yourself with a tablet. with all the money mgm makes they should tear the hotel down and rebuild. such a disappointment coming here.

The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful in the lobby. I got there a bit late and was confused at how to check in but figured it out. To get the room key it was a self service option so I was a bit confused since I had arrived after my initial check in time. Once I checked in it told me my room wasn’t ready so after arriving at 11pm but maybe 10mins later it automatically assigned me a room number but I had to figure out how to get my key with the QR code from reservation. The room itself was nice and spacious. It had a slanted window (pyramid hotel) and a side view of the pool and it seemed like they’re building another pool area which looks nice. I ask for a shower cap because I forgot mine at home but they didn’t have any nor do they have robes (I guess I shouldn’t assume every hotel has these items). The sheets on the bed were stained with blood specs randomly and I didn’t realize it until my second or third night of my trip which was kinda off putting. The food at the hotel was good though! The pyramid breakfast spot downstairs is really good and the service is top notch! Sweet and personable staff members at the front. I don’t really gamble so can’t speak on the casino but it looked busy and like people were enjoying themselves. It’s located a bit far from the strip so if you want to walk the strip it’s not in an ideal location. I’d advice taking metro rail for free to Paris Paris or somewhere closer to walk it.

The shower bar was broken, and I fell because the floor was so slippery. The hotel manager assured me that my entire stay would be refunded, including the fee I paid to Expedia as a deposit, however it was not. Expedia refused to refund my money. I hate this hotel, and the self parking fees, and I will never use Expedia or visit the luxor ever again.

The air in the room wasn’t working. The maintenance came and said the wall panel wasn’t working and replaced it. But the room would only get cool for a few and back hot again. Two night I woke up in sweat. Also the light over the bed when trying it on all it did was flick constantly. The lamp by the alarm clock didn’t work as well. Highly disappointed in this stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights. 2 of the 4 nights our shower was making a loud noise so the front desk checked us into another room. The remaining 2 nights there was an issue with the AC. I’m giving it a 4 stars since the front desk waived all the resort fees they were very nice

I've stayed here before some years ago for a wedding, the maintenance of the property is excellent. I feel the front desk was short handed at the time and the kiosks were all closed. But they were friendly and courteous. The bell hops need a little work, there was no one at the counter to assist, and when he did come to the desk, he seemed like he didn't know what I was asking, which was to bring my suitcase to the room. All in all I had a great stay

Room had dirty towels still hanging behind the door, used soap in the shower, night stand and table not wiped down. The hotel smells old when you walk in. Impossible to talk to front desk as there is one line for in house guests as front desk is all kiosk based. The potential is there as it is a unique property. I just expect a clean room regardless of the price I am paying. Wish MGM would invest a little in the place.

First off the room was obviously not cleaned prior to me arriving.there was no fridge or microwave. Apparently there was water damage in the hallway. There was a fan constantly going to dry the carpet in the hallway which I also almost slipped on. There also was a sewage smell throughout the hotel. You The staff was not friendly at all but did their job. There will not be a return visit.

Terrible stay. Came in on a Friday. Unpacked. Saw toilet paper wads all over the bathroom paintings, wall and shower door. We got the upgrade room with the spa bath tub. There was pubic hair everywhere. The bath tub was dripping all night. The sink didn’t drain the water when we washed our hands. The air conditioning wasn’t cool at all. Never reached 60. Instead of waiting in the long line downstairs with their staff insisting on you using self check in (complaints cannot be made on a robot!) we patiently waited till Saturday morning to let them know the terrible experience we had they changed our room and even in that one it had leaky faucets and terrible plumbing. It was Mother’s Day weekend and our anniversary, this was not the experience I had hoped to give my wife. We won’t be staying here again. Even with the second room they booked us, the inside door was connected to a family where the kids were screaming bloody murder.

Bed was comfortable. Our toilet ran the entire time and the air in the room had a bit of a musty smell. Some kind of emergency alarm went off at 6 in the morning for 5 straight minutes. Super loud. No explanation was given for it.

Interesting hotel with walkways to the neighbouring hotels. Short walk to the Strip. Be prepared for the annoying touts selling skin care products etc in the hotel. Drinks are very expensive. Gym well equipped if a little dated. Swimming pool areas good but can’t take your own food or drink in with you. Would stay there again.

We stayed in the purple zone..The few staff members were friendly and helpful.. mostly run by AI... i stayed at this hotel years ago...it was beautiful then...Now...not so much..
In our room...the bathroom needs attention..the ceiling over the shower was badly peeling.away.. Im 5 feet tall, and the toilet was low for me. It was like using a toddlers pottie.
The phone was nasty looking. didnt want to touch it to call for room service.. I examined the bed..it was clean and comfortable but the sheets need some bleach ..i had family in other zones of the hotel, their rooms werent to die for either...will not ever stay there again...Drinking alot will make your stay tollerable

Buena habitación, a pesar que no tuve una vista tan increíble logré ver las luces de la pirámide de noche desde la ventana, bien limpia, el baño con buen tamaño incluso tina. No tiene nevera ejecutiva ni microondas, pero si una mesa de planchar y su plancha y caja de seguridad. El personal de limpieza un señor muy atento. En el estacionamiento una señora muy atenta con instrucciones. El lobby muy bonito. No use la piscina ni demás, pero en general muy bueno.

Check in is a pain as there’s only one person trying to solve countless problems at check in. Rooms definitely need an update. No in room fridge, or coffee maker. It’s important after a night out, be able to have a cold drink or coffee in the morning before heading out or the world.

Very low cost no frill rooms available. Self service checkin, checkout works for most travelers but a videoto educatetravelersaheadof timewouldbe a good idea. Great place to stay if you have early flights out of Vegas. Quieter rooms than most strip hotels. Casino was buzzing with activity.

Ok we had a tower room- was nothing special…kind of run down but seemed ok. The AC sucked and we had maintenance come up to check it but they said it was working…it was hot. Took a bath then as I drained it, saw black nasty water rising up in the shower…sinks smelled like sulfur…wouldn’t stay here again. Was surprised how dirty the grounds were- cig butts cups and trash everywhere. Didn’t really see any employees other than at check in and even then you check in on a kiosk.

I had originally booked a handicap accessible room. When i got there were none available, so i was put in a regular room and was told when one comes available that i could switch. At about 3pm the day before my check out date i was called and told i could switch. Unfortunately we were gone and didn't receive tje call to our room. On top of that, i got a call at 3pm on Saturday and my checkout was for Sunday. So from Thursday to Sunday, i had to have someone help on and off the toilet and stand in rhe shower and hold me up since there was no chair. He had to physically pick me up and over the little step to get in the shower. Aside from this i had a wonderful time. I dont think i will be booking with the Luxor again tho.

The Luxor has seen better days. Paint is peeling at the pool and in the elevators. there is no staff to greet you when you arrive. One of the pools is under construction. I recommend staying at one of the other MGM properties instead.

The 1st room we checked into had a Cat Box / Urinal cake smell to it. The odor was so strong it was hard to breathe. The carpet was wet. The towels also had an oily mechanic shop smell to them. We both woke up with a headache (alcohol wasn't involved lol)
2nd room on the 2nd night was much better.
Its was over 100 degrees each day and the rooms AC never really did get the room cold enough.
The entire hotel had a we are trying to hard to cover up some odor smell to it.
We did walk through the majority of the other hotels / casinos and this seems to be a common problem.
Not 100% sure I would stay here again. I would probably look for some place further up the strip.
I will say it is very close to the airport and the shape of the structure made it very fun.

This property was in a great location and it was so pretty an dwell cared for. The room was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it was excellent. I would recommend this to anyone staying In Paros. The pool area was so nice, unfortunately it was too cold to use.

My wife and I had a blast at Luxor, love the layout the room was a decent king room. Needs to have at least a mini fridge. The old girl just needs to be updated.
