It would have been nice to know that the room I paid for went to someone else and yet I still paid for it and I have yet to see anything back from the Luxor I do know that I won’t go there again sadly

The room was clean. We did find a grape by the tv when we arrived in the room. So something that was missed by housekeeping. I would say the check in process is longer since it's all automated and you have to go to a kiosk to check in, wait for an email (about 15 minutes) then to go to the other kiosk to print your key. Good thing there was staff standing around with iPads if you needed help but I was a little confused.

Stayed at the tower really nice ! Have to try the Tender Steak House Was Really Good ! Only down fall no mini fridge or microwave so can’t take anything bake to your room to eat. Great stay overall !

Room in the East tower.Large room with 2 queens. Clean. Bed was comfortable as were pillows. Only downfall was no refrigerator, no coffee maker. Restaurants were good. Registration was quick and easy using a machine .Saw Bodies and Titanic. Both good.

This hotel has gone to checking in at a kiosk and you scan your ID to get your room keys. Very impersonal and just not as welcoming. The rooms were clean and the staff we did encounter were friendly and helpful.

The check-in process was difficult. If the kiosk works then it is likely great, but if there is any issue, you get no feedback to let you know you need an agent. The 'curb' appeal from the self-park is horrible. It smells and is grimy. The amenities are poor, even though I am paying a \"resort fee\". No pool, no coffee maker, no refrigerator. I get better amenities at a Fairfield Inn for half the price.

The smell of sewer is terrible on the way into the Casino. Someone should call the health and safety Nevada department. Parking is $25. A night and if you want a sandwich get ready to pay $24.00 for that. Check in was terrible. Took about an hour with all the work you have to do because of course they no longer have employees. The rooms in the pyramid are old. They don’t have refrigerators, unless you want to pay extra. No coffee makers. Their automated check in process is very problematic. Had to get my cards re-programmed multiple times, which meant standing in long lines and wasting my vacation time. Staying at the Luxor made my stay in Las Vegas worse. We were also put in a handicap accessible room for some reason and the showers head was mounted in a way that it just sprayed across the bathroom. We didn’t have any soap and I called and asked and they didn’t bring any. Dealt with one particularly rude employee. The place needs upkeep. I mean, I know it’s not geared toward soccer dads who don’t gamble, but they should still offer a decent place to stay with a good system for customer service, but they do not.

The tower room is much quieter than the pyramid, and elevator access is convenient for the times I come and go (7 AM and 9 PM). The best part was getting the best deal from Expedia compared to other sources. I will definitely book again.

I was charged an additional fee after. I tried to contact the property and all I get is AI generated helpdesk. They will not recognize that I was there because my itinerary was booked through Hotels.com. Eventually I learned it was a “Daily Resort Fee” which I was not made aware of. I have been to other resorts that charge this but they usually include some free music or entertainment in the casino area. Luxor had none.
Additionally their pool/outdoor area was closed. While other Properties had their open. I wasn’t even given a comp or the courtesy to go to a neighboring properties outdoor space.

The pool (I understand it is under renovation) has stagnant water and walking to and from parking lot the smell made me gag. Also, on Saturday when I came back to the hotel it was super frustrating to find out how to access the parking lot. Informing your guests ahead of time with a map would be helpful when the main roads are going to be closed.

Room had zero amenities. How does a Vegas hotel not have a fridge or microwave? I had to throw food away all trip because of nowhere to save it. The check in process with the kiosk was miserable, took 45 minutes and still had to eventually wait in line to talk to a person. Elevators didn’t work, whole place felt dirty, I could go on for a long time. I will never stay at this place again, but it makes sense it’s so cheap.
