This is an impressive new hotel, not too far from the Strip. Very convenient location. Good for families staying in Vegas for an extended vacation. Kitchen is well equipped and the Living room TV is huge (60+ inch). If you are comfortable doing everything on your phone, this hotel is super convenient. Everything is done through their app. It's a Smart Hotel. If you would rather have traditional key cards and talk to people over the phone from your room, this is not for you

Perfect stay for our large group. There was a bed for everyone and a chair/table spot for everyone. Good view of the strip. Hotel was quiet.

The check in process was a bit more complicated than I would have liked for smart phone check in. Each screen was slow to display the typed text. Once checked in and keys were shared (everyone needed a log in 😮‍💨), the keyless entry was perfect. Other than the initial lengthy set up and sharing, worked great.

The shower in the 2nd bathroom wasn't ideal, as the shower wall was too short to avoid the splash of the shower onto the floor. Needed multiple floor towels for this.

Overall, great room and location. Close to food and stores. Would stay again.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and new. You will have to buy your own ice, they have it in their onsite shop but be prepared to pay a huge mark up. This also applies to coffee or espresso, which was the only maker in the room. You will have to purchase additional pods yourself or buy from the bar, which was $5 for black coffee. The rooms are not sound proofed very well so you will hear all of your neighbors conversations, in your room and in the hall. Lots off locked doors in the room for water heater? No one knows what is a closet or a locked door so when neighbors arrived they tried to access the shared connector door until I said it was someone else's room. Both rooms I had had 2 of these doors one on each end. The hotel itself is huge so find the outside door that is closest to your room and use that once you have moved in. If you use a luggage cart, they will ask for your ID to hold until it is returned. Lots of food delivery avaliable as well as wal mart if you want to save on food, ice and coffee 😀 Very close to the airport and 10 minutes or less from the strip. It would not be on top of my list to stay again though.

Pretty clean, pretty nice. The beds were TERRIBLE. Walls were thin, our neighbors partied until 7 a.m. the next day and we slept like crap. We did complain but not much came of it. Pools were nice. All in all, for the price, we'd stay there again, especially because the kids each get their very own rock hard bed!

The concept and space was clean and as described. However worh it being a newer establishment they still have some bugs to work out. There were issues with power surges when using certain appliances. The response time from service request were very slow. One request we placed was not completed at all but was marked completed in the application. Some od the amenities eere not available. Lastly there weren't clear directions or signage on which entrance or side od the property the rental/hotel room.was located.

Traveled with the family. Three kids and two adults. Room was spacious and it worked great to have the separate living quarters to make bedtime easy. Room wasn’t the cleanest (floors) and some small inconveniences like bathroom fixtures coming out of the wall. Overall an okay stay. For us the location was good because we were only visiting the strip two of our 5 days. Easy to travel out of Vegas but for someone hoping to spend all their time on the strip probably a bit far.

I like the clean room and friendly room service. I don’t like the elevator that is so far from my room and I can hear my next door neighbor talking in the morning and front desk staff not very helpful.
We had a missing personal item while staying there. My daughter lost one of her air pods there and staffs called us they found it. We requested to send for us because we already left the state. They requested us to send them a prepaid box or they are not sending the item back to us. So, my husband pay for the box and have USPS to drop it off at the hotel. We never hear back from them or receive the package. No one from the hotel contact us either. 😢😢😢😢

Everything is done via the app. My husband could never get the key to scan with his phone. We were traveling with teens and they weren’t allowed to get the virtual key. You can have one made but it only works for a short period of time and only works for the room, not the exterior doors. The hotel is like a labyrinth if you go through the lobby. The AI stuff was weird. There’s no ice buckets. You can order towels and stuff through the app but no ice or food. The cookware is plastic. Hard to cut meats with a plastic knife. It’s a straight shot to the strip. There was no supervision so kids were in the adult areas. Pool closes at 10 which is typical of hotels but kinda crappy for Las Vegas. There’s no smoking anywhere on the property….even outside in the parking lot. The shower has a half door. It’s a beautiful place and a great off strip location if you want the peace.

This place ia not a standard hotel room, it is a full apartment. For the price of a budget hotel stay, you have a large, comfortable place. Full kitchen, living room, tons of closet space, large bathroom and full bedroom. Decent balcony as well. Near the strip, but far enough away for peace and quiet. I will come back and stay longer next trip.

I shared three main concerns with the front desk as we checked and the only reply I got was "thanks for your feedback" without addressing the issues they let their clients experienced... First issue: the street facing room are very noisy at night - fire truck, people talking, motorcycle... poor window sound insulation. Second, the stove seems to leak gas as we cook and we need to air out the gas smell. Third, the toaster got our bagel on fire and fire alarm went off. I am not sure if the property properly tested all their appliances. We would probably consider another place next time as they don't seem to care much. Two good things to say is that it's clean and spacious.

It's was a great experience with a few exceptions, the walls are VERY thin and I could hear my neighbors on both sides talking. I could het EVERYTHING. The TV In the bedroom didn't connect to the wifi so it didn't work. My room wasn't ready even a few hours after check in and the property was very confusing to navigate other than that I would return.

Our stay was 4 days with 6 people. It was an affordable option off the strip for a group our size. We managed during our stay, but as a suggestion, I would recommend including the following for a more comfortable stay.

Kitchen:
-Cutting knives. Using knives included in cutlery set for food prep was not ideal. I would have expected this to be included.
-Coffee maker which makes more than espresso.
-Kettle, electric or stove top, to boil water instead of using a sauce pan.
-Serving bowls and platters instead of using limited dish ware with only 4 place settings.
-Kitchen linen for wiping and drying dishes. We had to purchase our own kitchen towel and cleaning supplies. Using the dishwasher was not an efficient option.
Would have been nice to have a broom/mop/vacuum to tidy up ourselves during our short stay.

Bedroom: sleeps 4, would have expected a dresser, but only had night tables.

Convertible queen sofa in living room was a desirable option for us. However, housekeeping did not attend to assemble the bed the entire stay. Perhaps some instructions could be provided for occasions when no housekeeping is

The kitchen knife was ridiculously dull, and I was told it couldn't be replaced. It couldn't even open a package. Loud parties on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night until past midnight coming from the reception area were a bit annoying. Several bugs were found in the 3-bedroom unit, some dead, some alive.

Great if you like “trendy vibe” places with little substance. I do t really know what’s “autonomous” about this place, but it does have check-in kiosks that are slower than if a human checked you in, a screen in the room that mostly seems to exist to replace the traditional Do Not Disturb door hanger, a touch-style thermostat that barely responds, and a very modern and minimalist interior that still manages to be poorly thought out. There is loud thumping music in the lobby and look-at-us Audis and Ferraris parked in front of the doors to try to distract you from all of this though.

#1 The bed was extremely firm and I actually like a firm bed.
#2 The glass shower partition isn't wide enough and water leaks everywhere in the bathroom.

This is being marketed as an AI hotel. As someone in the industry, it is not. And you only get a digital key that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. You need the key to get in and out of the hotel, the room, the pool. So if it doesn't work, you wait for someone, anyone, to pass by that night have a key that works. Other than that... big, really big, room. Very clean.

This hotel is a whole different concept than a normal hotel has to offer. The room was big and spacious. We rented a suite that supposed to have two separate rooms with two queen beds and we only had one with two beds. Also, the bathtubs are so high that my wife and myself got injured coming out from both of them, be careful! The Wi-Fi was not connecting for us during the whole stay. We stayed 4 days and the halls were not vacuumed once in our floor. We paid to bring our puppy and they were not designated relief areas to go. On the good side, I liked the courtyard and pool area. Also, the neighborhood is very safe and close to the Allegiant.

Although this was a beautiful establishment, there were some issues that greatly affected my stay. The biggest issue was the extreme thinness of the walls and flooring. Noises were easily heard/transferred and this was quite disturbing. The staff did do their very best to accommodate, and that is truly appreciated. However, noises resumed in the adjoining rooms. At times, the app would glitch, remaining unresponsive. In addition, the WiFi kept dropping.

On the upside, the staff was really nice!!! They do whatever they can, within their power, to make sure your stay is worthy. Housekeeping was friendly. The hotel is nice and clean. Oto, their robot, is very friendly. No room delivery for Doordash, but the process remains smooth. The pool is beautiful and the hotel is located about 10 to 15 minutes from the strip.

Need to download the app to check in so if you are large party it’s a lot. Raquel our bartender was AMaZING. The pool and amenities lack luster, no accessible bathroom from pool or service. No restaurant. No patio furniture. More on the lines of a residential building than a 4.5 star hotel. It’s very fine, but nothing that will blow you away.

Upon booking, I was impressed by the photos, but never did I think the photos would match the in-person. When I walked in, I was greeted by Millie, I hope I’m spelling that name correctly… Regardless, she was amazing. Her Customer Service was excellent as were the other staff on site at the time of my arrival. She gave me very clear instructions on how to move about the property enter/exit my room & request services. The hotel was very clean. The decor was very upscale/luxury, my husband said he does not want to stay anywhere else in Vegas and was also asking if this company/brand of hotel were anywhere else in other states because he was fully impressed. It was very clean, again a big thing to note for us because that’s our number one priority. We care about cleanliness more than anything. Thank you so much to OTONOMOUS for an amazing stay/experience. I will definitely be booking again the next time I am in Vegas.

The hotel is very nice with great technology. They have excellent communication keeping you informed. I’ve never had such a quick and easy check in and check out! It’s close to Allegiant Stadium and the new Towne Center shopping center. Friendly staff and great bar. Although I didn’t swim, the pool and patio looked inviting as well. I would stay again. We recently stayed at Otonomous Hotel in Las Vegas and overall had a good experience. Our suite was very spacious, new, clean, and comfortable. It included a nice living area, dining space, full kitchen, large bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom, which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room.

There were a few downsides, though. The thermostat was a bit confusing to use, and soundproofing could definitely be improved. There was a connecting door between our suite and the neighboring one, and light could be seen coming through the cracks. Unfortunately, there was a dog barking on the other side, which became annoying. We could also hear pool music and people talking in the hallway, although we did not hear noise from rooms above or below us.

One helpful tip: the property is very large, so ask the front desk which elevator is closest to your room. We didn’t and ended up with a very long walk to our suite.

Overall, it’s a beautiful, modern property with excellent suites, but just be aware that noise may be an issue depending on your room location.

The room was super clean and exactly as pictured. Everything looks new which is understandable since this hotel just opened last year. They are still in the works of adding restaurants and new areas to the hotel. We’d definitely stay here if we ever come back to Vegas. The TV in the living room would turn itself off so it had to be reset via flipping the circuit breaker. Lastly the WiFi was very spotty unfortunately. Despite the negatives overall experience at the hotel was decent.

Otonomous hotel is a newer hotel but everything looked run down. At check in, i was given a smaller room when i booked a 4 queen bed suite. instead of trying to help me, the worker said she didn’t want to interrupt her manager networking and would get back to me within the next 2 hours. i didn’t want to wait to see if i was going to be given the correct room so i said i would ask her myself if she couldn’t help me. terrible customer service. the key app constantly signs you out and there’s no service so you’re stuck trying to get in your room. our bathroom light wouldn’t stay on and would flicker, the fridge was barely cold and didn’t have any settings to make it colder. i could go on and on about the negative experience i had here, but would never recommend.

We stayed here the first time, I booked last year before the hotel completely built. Everything in this hotel is automated through the barcode, I got to communicate with staff twice on the day of check in and the night before check out, even though the app said they’re offering late check out with small charges which I’m willing to pay but when we ask staff at front desk she said no late check out. I booked kings size bedroom but I got 2 queen beds, the rom is obviously new and clean with kitchen, refrigerator, microwave but there’s no ice maker in room or on floor which is a little inconvenient for Vegas weather that’s hot and you needs to hydrate. One thing my boyfriend and I agreed was the shower pressure strong like your house not like any hotel which refreshing.

Went to the main pool area at night. Warm water. Cozy. Very tech hotel. Would recommend to families of all sizes.

All the tech is over-complicating an already easy process. In addition to the app being pushed on us for check in, the TV didn't work in our room and usage of the bathroom mirror light blew a fuse. The fuse box is fully accessible to guests, which seems extremely dangerous. They did come pretty quickly to fix our issues and the staff was very nice, but we won't be staying here again. The beds were very uncomfortable and the minimalist modern look of the room is extremely cold and unappealing.

Unfortunately, there was no signage on how to navigate the building. We were locked in a hallway. No one there to help navigate because we could not get back to the front desk. I was woke up abruptly to a tree being cut down at 7 A.M.! Not my idea of peaceful.
