I really enjoyed staying at the Palms. The room was clean and comfortable the restaurants were all very good too. (We did get to hit all except the buffet) Being that the hotel is not on the strip you are a little bit isolated but that was okay by me. The reception desk was excellent. We arrived early and got to chexk in early for a small fee. Overall a great stay!

I generally enjoy staying at Palms as it’s off the strip but not far from it. My room had a refrigerator that was free to use, but it was an old minibar and was locked. It was very busy that weekend and it took a few calls before I got any assistance. They ended up having a stand-alone mini fridge sent up, so that was helpful.

You need an area where people can sit and socialize without being in their. Try to do this at the pool, pool closes at six o'clock and we couldn't take our drink with us. Which was just coffee that we just purchased. Would have love to try the buffet, but you had to have reservations, nothing was available for the four days we were there. I think you should leave space for people that are staying at the hotel. But other than that nice place.

The pool was closed (no reason given) any of the times we tried to go during the open pool hours. Also, we tried to go to Tim Ho Wan, it was closed for a private event. Also, we tried to go to the Ghost Bar, it was closed for a private event. Also, we asked if we could do a later checkout and they said no. Very unhelpful, very unfriendly. Would much rather have paid a little more and stayed on the strip at a place with more options since everything we tried to do here was closed. Worst Vegas hotel experience in our 13 trips to Vegas. Would not recommend.

This was our first time staying at the Palms. I love this place!
All the employees that we ran into were very nice. The hotel is very clean, rooms are, and it does not smell like an ashtray (unlike other hotels in the downtown area). We're close enough to the strip without being on it. Far less traffic to deal with.
On every trip, we always make our way to Chinatown for some massages and shopping. Took us about 5 minutes to drive there. Can't beat that.
The two things that we really enjoyed were the movie theaters on property and how generous the Palms is with their promotions on the players card. They also appreciate the many different dining options they have on site.
This will definitely be our new hangout spot the next time we come to Vegas

We stayed at the Palms in 2026 to catch TJPW, CMLL, and Stardom. The hotel was easy to navigate. The check in was a bit painful (why not have self check in?) in that only 3-4 CS reps were at the counter. However, we were upgraded to a better room free of charge so that was great. The pool area was closed, or at least had closed signs all over when we were there so we didn't get to check it out. The hotel itself is located relatively close to the strip. Lots of food and other retail nearby if you feel like getting out of the property, which we did since we were on a budget and didn't want to spend too much on food. Parking is free, rare to see in Vegas as unbelievable as that is. I just wish they had EV charging. The Pearl theater is a relatively small venue but was very nice inside, seats were comfortable with plenty of space. Drinks were way over priced $20+ for a large size beer.

Overall, a great hotel to stay at if you don't mind being a bit off the strip. I'd stay again.

Great room. Was there for a couple nights to have a medical procedure done with my Dr. Had to stay extra night for just mild recovery. Room was very comfortable for the whole thing. Got room service…food was excellent! I miss the days where they served room service on real dish ware and utensils, but this was great nonetheless. The front desk man was amazing. Luckily the same man who checked me in was the one who checked me out as well. I misunderstood the bill at check out, and was a little frustrated, but he was extremely patient and explained it all to me. I WISH I could remember his name!!!

The room and check in staff was great. However , the restaurant was seriously the worst experience at a place to eat I've had. Not the breakfast place - the sandwich place to the left. The table smelled like it was wiped with sewage water, the fries were the absolute saltiest , had to get my own ketchup, the reuben had an \" off- putting \" flavor. Asked for extra thousand Island to mask the flavor and got ranch - asked again and got Italian . I'll find another place to stay. next time. I expected better at The Palms and a place that's over $200 per night

Far as the appliance in the ivory tower wasn’t great the fridge didn’t know rather or not i was gonna get charged for using & there was no microwave & the bathroom shower have no door… & the maids would clean the rooms not replace towels & take 45 minutes to bring towels up.

We found bugs in the ice that came from ice machine. Second, refrigerate did not work. Third, no mirror in the room. Only mirror is located in a bathroom. When several people are getting ready not everyone can fit the bathroom. At last, we paid $50 resort fee and only one pool side was open. Kids splashing water is not very relaxing for adults. Plus, Waites messed up our food order several times.

Pool was good but the supposed free cabana for locals was a 55 dollar deposit and you had to be there by 11 am. Buffet on tuesday was good for selection and had crab legs. Property was clean, the food at the restaurants were ok. Staff were not accommodating at all. We did not feel like we were staying at a resort style hotel with customer service but an air bnb where you have to basically fend for yourself. Although not directly on the strip, the location was close enough. I was disappointed with the pool… we purchased a cabana with a private pool. People kept getting in our pool, the food was not that great. I didn’t think this was a hotel that focus on families but there were a lot of kids at the pool. Would have been nice for an adult only section. Parking and valet were free but there was never anyone at the valet counter to park…

Palms was our first stop to our Spring Break road trip. Nicole was very pleasant and friendly when we checked in. I ended up getting an upgrade which provided a very beautiful view from the 29th floor.

Found a dirty mens sock in drawer, 2 times asked if they'd unlock the fridge in room so we could keep drinks cold but never came (we waited in room late at night when a gal said theyd come straight up, the foam pillow i asked for didn't hold up (flattened), bed was not too comfortable crab legs were cold, our club sandwiches we ordered to our room were in pieces ( we had to reassemble them), etc. Was looking forward to a nice comfortable place for 1st trip to Las Vegas...birthday trip for me and friend.

The casino was lively. The staff was great. We checked in early and we did not expect a $45 early check in fee. I didn't understand why we had to pay for early check in when they had rooms already available! We were very distraught. We walked into our room and it was lovely. The problem was that their sofa chair had a big sticky white stain on it. It was disgusting. The refrigerator needed a code to open it but was never informed we needed a code to unlock. But we were given another fridge right away. The overall huge issue with us was the early check in fee. We took a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel. We had to either pay the early check in fee or be around town lugging our luggage. We won't stay here again

I was there for 2 nights 3 days. They only issue I can say is that their hotel was in the process of remodeling as I was told. we stayed at the Ivory tower, and it was the tower that is being remodel. My other family room was in the Fantasy Tower, and it was the section that was remodel already.

My room was not what I expected. one- the TV was not working at all, and we called the front desk, and they sent over a maintenance person, and he came with another remote control, I don't know why when we have one already in the room. He said it was Technician issue and that he will send over, we never got anyone to come over to help out. and then the Mattress of one bed was flat, and I slept on my side, and it felt so flat that I felt like I was going to fell off the bed. the small bar (refrigerator) wasn't working. The coffee machine didn't have coffee. it was so much that it wasnt a comfortable stay.

Palms was a great value property for our spring break getaway. The room was an average hotel-sized room and mostly clean and well-maintained. The variety in options at the onsite food court was great, and very budget friendly if you don't want to spend a lot at the restaurants. The casino area was a good time, although I wish there were more tables for table games (roulette, blackjack, poker). Felt like a primarily-slots casino. My favorite part about the casino was the minimum bets ($10/15) were much lower than what it is at the strip casinos ($25/50/100). Was able to play longer. We had a great time at the pool and was able to watch March Madness games with the big screens showing multiple games simultaneously. Overall, a great experience at Palms!

Apparently, the security staff operates the establishment instead of waiters, waitresses, and related staff who prioritize customer well being.

As such the security staff demonstrated repeated “aggression” towards us throughout our recent March 2026 stay. When issues were escalated from staff to Supervisors and then to Managers, we were lied to, further challenged, lied to some more, intimidated (not battered, but had hands put on us while simply filling out a complaint form that security handed to us) and ultimately left with no recourse other than to speak to the GM of Palms.

The security affirmed in writing (signed admission) that we were discriminated against due to misunderstanding of their own guest reservation system, they have affirmed their intimidation techniques, and they are conducting an internal review.

This is not a hotel to bring your wife or family to for any occasion. Ladies should be very careful for your safety at the hands of the security staff. They have major need for training in sensitivity, practices of deescalation, but most importantly, respecting the dignity of their guests.

For reference, we typically stay at other properties like Wynn, Palazzo, etc. This was a first visit and we were extremely disappointed.

Wanted to have a cappuccino, went to the Serrano Cafe, the espresso machine was broken. Good thing there was a Coffee Bean at the Food Court , machine working and had one there.
