Overall a good stay. I thought I was getting a $15 food voucher each day of my three nights there as promised through Expedia. but did not. I did not expect to pay a $46 per day resort fee either, which was collected at the desk after I had already paid through Expedia. Room was good overall, but bathroom lighting was dim because a bulb was out and dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed (would drift open on its own). Won’t be coming back because of the resort fee.

Room was on the shabby side. The tub had a bit of mold, and the shower didn’t work well. The TV played but made popping sounds about every five minutes. The couch had a big stain on one of the cushions. I do know that rooms are being renovated, so that will be nice.

On the positive side the casino is very clean, and there is a movie theater, and other amenities. Free parking is a big plus for me.

We would stay at the Orleans again. It is a convenient location.

I am appalled at the condition of the escalators and elevators into the arena. At no time this past week during the basketball tournament did all the equipment work. I don’t know how handicap individuals would be able to attend the games. I believe there are laws governing handicap access and especially during emergencies.

The food services is so limited as well. There needs to be a family dining restaurant that is open until 8:00 pm.

Now you have to do self check in. You’re not sure which room you’re gonna get as you’re picking off a kiosk. Your room is serviced every three days if you can get somebody. I had to call on day four twice and then spoke with the manager. Extremely limited dining.

We stayed for a week during the WCC bball playoffs and had a great time. The hotel, restaurants and casino are all excellent. The arena is attached so it was really convenient. The pool was closed which was disappointing - they said it won’t open until late March.

The pool area was closed which was a big disappointment, but the biggest problem was the lack of housekeeping. On day 3, we called three times to have our room cleaned... the trash cans were full, the room smelled like animals had lived there, the towels were dirty. I was told \"someone will be right up\" but no one ever came to clean our room until day 4. I CALLED 3 TIMES! Of course, there are no coffee pots, refrigerators, microwaves either. This is NOT a desirable place to stay and we won't be back.

The arena was not able to handle the large number Gonzaga fans at the WCC tournament. Fans arrived before the game but did not get in until 10 minutes after tipoff. The concessions were inadequate or not open at all. The staff were shouting at fans to leave the arena between events. Many of the soap dispensers,hand sanitizers,paper towel dispensers and sinks were out of order. My assigned seat was broken. I would not recommend this hotel for a basketball tournament.

Upon entering the hotel we were welcomed with the usual old casino smoke filled room aroma. Newer casinos have better HVAC systems to remove the smoke. An upgrade would go a long way. Our room was not one of the updated ones, but was adequate. We enjoyed and used the food court; Subway, Baskins n Robbins, Sbarro. Overall, I would stay there again for the convenience of the arena. We stayed at The Orleans because the WCC basketball tournament was held there. Since Gonzaga is moving to the new Pac 12 next year, we won't be staying at The Orleans likely. We enjoyed our time there, but upgrades are needed to keep up with the competition.

I stayed at The Orleans in Las Vegas for two nights during a business trip, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is dirty, outdated, and reeks of cigarette smoke everywhere—it genuinely feels like walking into a giant ashtray. They also charge a resort fee for absolutely nothing of value.To make things worse, the bathroom tub had major drainage issues, so I ended up standing in several inches of soapy water every time I showered. The staff service was poor, especially when it came to handling a small parcels I had delivered—they charged me $15 just to pick it up and initially claimed they didn’t have it, even though I had proof it was delivered. On top of that, rideshare drivers struggle to find this hotel. I had three Uber drivers cancel in just two days because the location was confusing or hard to access.Overall, this place is run-down, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I will absolutely never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, whether for business or leisure.

Very disappointed in this visit. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before COVID and had great visits. This time I was charged almost $50 “resort “ fee and neither the pool or hot tub were available/open despite the advertised March through October open status. The hotel looked dilapidated and prices at the food court were outrageous. Won’t be going back again.

We were here for a 13th birthday adventure. The room was super affordable, and clean. Our room didn't get ir stay very cool which made sleeping uncomfortable but still nice. I think the options for things to do with kids is great and my kids really enjoyed all the things. We really enjoyed the food at the copper cafe for breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay and would totally stay here again with our kids

Linen was dirty asked to change . Brought only 1 new sheet per bed and left on top of bed. They left old sheets in ground for 2 days. Had to ask 2-3 times for them to even bring the 2 sheets even though I asked for new bedding for both beds.

Rooms dirty, hair in shower and on bathroom floors, had to call maintenance soon as we checked in because the bathroom sink was clogged. Switched rooms and the toilet ran non stop in new room. Never checked into a hotel and toilet paper roll empty. Was put on a floor in the middle of what we were told was a remodel. Plastic all over the floor and entire hallway empty as if rooms had been gutted out. My biggest complaint is I paid for a deluxe room, confirmation says deluxe room but was told by hotel management that my issue is with hotels.com because they didn’t book me a deluxe room. Management was not willing to accommodate at all and told me it would be well worth it to pay additional money on all 3 of my rooms to get switched to the already remodeled side of the hotel. Now I’m being told by hotels.com this is not true and they are reaching out to the hotel. Meanwhile I had to stay in the worst room ever when I paid for something I didn’t get!

Bathroom sink wasn't clean--hair and shaving residue present. Used bar of soap still in shower sitting on wrapper. It kind of felt like the bathroom was just in use before I arrived.

Enough lack of attention to detail that I didn't want to look closer anywhere else.

Otherwise the service was good. The building is undergoing remodeling but that's a sign of appropriate care and maintenance so I didn't deduct points for that.

A good place for families. I stay there because it's convenient for cheer competitions. Other than that, it could use some upgrades. There's an area outside the arena that smells horrendous, like a dump. The bowling alley could use some structure in terms of the line.

The property itself is very well kept. The room was very clean. Hotel security seemed on point. 99% of all staff were extremely pleasant; however, the lady at the check-in counter seemed more concerned about checking me in without any questions, rather than just answering a question I had. Any time I would go to ask a question, she would cut me off and say, \"I'm checking you in now.\" I said, \"I know, I just have a quick question\" followed by, \"I'm checking you in now\". I just told her after she was done that sometimes letting someone just ask a questions can save you a lot of time. Other than that, the hotel is top-notch!

The newly renovated rooms are amazing. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The lights were kind of weird, they automatically turn off if they don’t sense motion, and then it can be difficult to get them to turn back on. Kept going off while I was doing my makeup 😂 also, the lighting isn’t very bright, especially near the one mirror in the room. But everything else is great!

The property was clean but tired and worn out. The pool and hot tub were closed despite being in the 80's and March. The fitness center closes at 6pm? Who knows why that is. The rooms were clean but really old and worn out. The area is fine, not near enough to the strip to walk. No fridge or microwave in the room, not even a coffee maker which I found weird. The parking was free and abundant. Fine for very basic accommodations, but I would not stay here again given all of the choices in the area.

Our room over looked the pool area which seemed very nice. We didn't have time for that on this trip and I think it was closed but nice to look at first thing in the morning.

Room was big and a great view of the strip. I asked for a king bed with strip view and we moved to 3 rooms before they actually got us into one. No breakfast, no free coffee for guests. You have to be sitting at a machine or table to get free coffee or pop even as a guest. I'm in KC and even the casinos there have free pop and coffee stations for anyone who wants it. The bartenders seemed ticked off when you sit at the bar and put your card in to get a free drink even though you are going to tip them. The poker room has 1 waitress at a time and when there are 20 tables going don't expect to get anything too fast. I waited 45 minutes just for her to come get my order so I went to the bar right outside the poker room and he told me I had to wait for the waitress. They stopped the free shuttle to the strip which was a great amenity for those without a car. Ridiculous nickel and diming you to death. I don't know if this is standard treatment at other Vegas hotels but I won't be back to this one. What happened to the good ole Vegas!

The room itself was decent but needs to be refurbished! The tub/shower is slippery. There are no USB ports to be found. The electrical outlets would barely hold the plug to charge your phone. There should at least be a fridge in the room.

The room was disgusting. The bathroom had mold in the shower, the floor had not been cleaned. The sheets had spots and were were informed they only clean every 4 days. Amenities? No, there were not any. I was extremely disappointed, in addition I was overcharged $100!!! I tried to check out after the first night, but was told no refund. I travel 8 to 12 times a year, both for pleasure and work. This is the absolute worst experience of hotel hospitality I have ever received.

The entire casino smells of cigarette smoke, with no way to avoid it. I spent the majority of the stay on benadryl, and outdoors as I'm allergic. There was fecal matter on the wall of the bathroom. When attempting to phone the front desk at first the phone was unplugged, and once I connected it no one answered. I ended up getting out my bleach wipes and cleaning it myself. We found a sewing pin on the floor, thankfully my daughter had shoes on. The remote control for the TV did not work in the living room, we found a second one under the bed which controlled both TV's. The wait for the elevators is ridiculous, especially for the higher floors. There were unsupervised children doing sack races with the pillowcases in the halls. This hotel stay was anything but relaxing. We will never book this hotel again.

It was in the 30s outside so the heater was needed. Turned it on and the smell of burning plastic set off the fire alarm. Gave us headaches to smell all night,They sent a tech at 1AM even though I tried to call and cancel till the morning because we were exhausted from flying in late. I put the do not disturb but he knocked anyway. The came around 6:30PM the next day. He believed the new heater had a plastic part that someone forgot to remove so it just burned through it. We slept in sweaters and beanies. The blinking light sensors in the room were unnerving. The lamp didn’t work next to the bed. The construction started at 9AM hammering next door. We were miserable. No sympathy from the front desk. Don’t bother renting a fridge unless you want everything frozen. Resort fee for a place with a closed pool..lame. I can see why L.V. Is dying. Lines are awful going up to the elevators as an event was going on so screaming cheer leaders everywhere. The stairs were closed with a guard in front of them. Ordered room service and the Mac salad tasted spoiled. Food was gross. It was exhausting and a waste of money. Positives? The room was very clean. There’s a few good chain fast food places. Repair man was friendly. Security working the annoying elevator lines were very sweet.
