We stayed 5 days in a very expensive hotel for a business conference, then went to Home2 for the last couple days. Home2 was a 1/3 the $ but had everything, a kitchen, much more storage space and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Everybody at the hotel was so nice. I would definitely stay and recommend Home2Suites. It was close to everything we needed plus, we woke up and our car wouldn’t start and the guy working the front desk was able to help us get a jumpstart they gave excellent customer service. One of the two rooms that were reserved did not have the Air Conditioner working. The hotel staff contacted the maintenance team for in person support that rather turned out as a telephone support. Eventually the staff helped move my friends to the nearby hotel.

The room I stayed in did not have hot water that was rather challenging.

My experience would've been all 5 stars, our initial contact was amazing the gentlemen that checked us in provided wonderful customer service. He was friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. The location was great, the entrance/lobby area was clean and looked well kept. Housekeeping was terrible. My bed sheets weren't clean, seemed like they recycle the bedding if it looks ok. I find eyelashes on my pillow and hair under the sheets, just gross...and when we asked for the room to be cleaned, we returned to our room to find the door open. This was very uncomfortable😞 and disappointing because all the other staff at the front desk were outstanding. This place would be a hotel I works return to but because house keeping are careless, lazy and disgusting. I would not return, but appreciate all the staff that works in guest services.

There was only one thing that I didn’t like during my stay here. One of the cleaning staff knocked on the door while I was sleeping. Seconds after waking up to the knock and noticing the knock. The cleaning lady already used their master key to badge in and barge in.

Even though this event happened, I would definitely come back. I enjoyed my stay and is willing to give a good rating.

Stayed here for about a week with our family while househunting. Clean rooms; excellent staff; beds, although clean, not the most comfortable for us. Hubs got me a bagel every morning from the included breakfast. Even though we opted out of servicing our rooms during our stay, the staff was very accommodating by offering us fresh towels whenever they saw us.

We had 2 rooms (with 1 as a 1 bedroom suite) to accommodate everyone for the Thanksgiving holiday but some family was staying with other family nearby so they only joined us on thanksgiving day itself. We ordered a meal from honey baked and were concerned with how we were going to heat everything. The staff was offering induction burners and pans for exactly that. Between that and the microwave, it all worked out great. And there was more than enough space for all of us to enjoy dinner together.

The whole stay was great. Very quiet and safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, did have an odd smell but it wasn’t a bad one, just weird. Quick walk to outlet mall and many nearby eateries. Breakfast was the only con. Was not tasty at all. Oatmeal was all water. Yogurt out of the machine was sour. Toaster was slow as molasses. Nothing we tried food wise was good. But coffee was great.

The hotel staff went above and beyond from the desk clerk to the shuttle drivers. Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice setup. The hotel was clean and in a great location for our needs. The breakfast buffet was average, although clean and hot foods were replenished as needed. The dispensers for the hot foods were difficult to hold open and retrieve food items at the same time. As observed, most guests appeared to struggle with this feature. We were happy with our stay and will look for Homes 2Suite options for our future travels.

Nice room, comfy bed. Just a block from the outlet mall, which was nice. Also very close to a very good family owned Indian restaurant, Chaska. Breakfast started at 6, which worked well for us. If traveling out during rush hour (who knew Las Vegas had a rush hour), be sure to leave extra time. Although very close, still lots of traffic. A definite stay again.

The place is clean from the lobby to the room. The free breakfast buffet is clean. The staff is friendly. Not sure that I want a pet friendly hotel. I prefer no pets. They can do something about the AC. The power save thing is annoying as it sometimes can get too warm in a Las Vegas temp.

The property is in a great location. Lots of food options across the street. Next to the outlet mall (I didn’t shop here, but some might like it). The pool is small, but in a great location. On the east side of the Budlong so if you are looking for some color you can get some sun before noon when it gets to hot. If you just want to get wet you can go down after noon and not get barbecued.
The rooms are nice and very clean. My only two complaints are the towels are like sandpaper and the pocket door on the restroom doesn’t have a lock and was not level so there was always a gap at the top of one side and the bottom of the other side.
All and all, a very nice place if you don’t gamble and are looking for a good night’s rest.
