It is a one betroom apartment. Very comfortable bed/pillows. Very nice staff. Since I came for work I did not have a chance to use the pool. Casino and restaurants walking distance. About 10 minutes drive from the Strip.

It was a shocking experience!!!!!!

Pros: it was clean. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Close enough to the strip but far enough you know? Room was big clean it was good price was good. Oh and the bathroom was BIG shower was BIG.

Cons: me and my wife had to debate which one of us would open the door. You get shocked every time. You can even see the spark. And since you have to open 2 doors to get into your room twice the shock every time you get into the room. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. The light in the bedroom didn’t work. And on the last day the lamp on the night stand wouldn’t turn on. I’m sure it’s all because of whatever electrical shock situation that’s going on. It want only us our neighbors also got shocked going into their room. And also they try to force you to go to a brunch and take a “refundable” $20 that I haven’t gotten back I guess it’s because I didn’t go to the brunch. But other than getting shocked every single we entered the room it was a good experience. Hopefully they fix the static electricity issue and stop pressuring you into some prime rib brunch so I can stay again.

Excellent value for the money!!! Specious room full with amenities. Great location, everything we needed was nearby - shopping, restaurant (try buffet in Garden Buffet at South Point - cheap), airport, vegas strip was just 10 min drive away.

I loved the EV parking as it was FREE! It's not fast charging but does the job overnight to go from ~10 to 100% in ~9-10hrs. Otherwise, there are a lots of free parking available in the lot.

I have stayed here 3-4 times. Stuff is starting to get run down in the condos. This condo in this trip needed some updates. I will still stay here. But they need to update furniture in the rooms a little more often. Because when you see paint completely chipped off of furniture it makes you wonder a little bit.

Overall it was a good stay. My biggest dislike was that they force you to talk to a timeshare sales person in order to get your parking pass. Also there are resort fees once you get there,
So just a heads up. Also our door would shock us every time we opened it. The rooms are spacious and have everything you can need. And close to a lot of things without being on the strip.

Checked in at 1:30am and the Front desk associate tall fellow was rude with no patience and couldn't explain why I had to pay an extra $30 fee on top of what I already booked on Expedia and paid full price. I get to my room and it's a 2 room suite which I didn't select online. Otherwise, the resort and property and amenities are awesome

Amazing place to stay. It has a stove, fridge and a washer and dryer in room. It was spacious and enjoyed every minute of it. Definitely will be staying here. Its away from the strip, near a bunch of restaurants and stores. Plus bass pro shop is right next door. Also affordable, stayed almost a week here

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. A huge shout out to Sheena who was a huge help in securing my wedding band I accidentally left behind. Also, to the housekeeper who found it and brought it to the safe. It’s heartwarming to know there are honest people at this hotel and staff that truly cares about the guest, even after checkout. We would 100% stay here again!

The rooms were great and the service was great! Check out took almost an hour due to only 3 elevators. And there is no service elevator either, so the staff trying to get around with big carts needed to use the elevator as well. So either check out super early while everyone is sleeping, or plan on a long wait if you need an elevator.

Let me start off by saying the room we got for the value was phenomenal, which in the end is really the most important part of the stay. It was clean and spacious with full kitchen. After that however the service is about like a motel 6. There is no unloading area so you have to haul your luggage from the parking lot. I asked for a luggage cart and they had me leave my license as collateral. No biggie but still odd. The front desk was quite unfriendly and in order to get my parking pass I had to listen to a sales pitch to attend the sales presentation for their vacation club. We arrived 90 min before check in time. I Asked if our room was ready and was immediately told, No. I asked if they could check if our room was ready and they then looked it up on the computer and of course was told, No, again. My kids went down to the pool at 8 pm. Soon after security quite harshly kicked them out and told them the pool was closed. I called down to the front desk and after about 50 rings and 2 tries, someone finally picked up. I asked when the pool closed and they said 10 pm. I then asked why my kids were kicked out and they said they didnt know but probably because of lightning. When I pointed out that there was not a cloud in the sky they said they would check. After 5 min they came back and said it was due to wind. Front desk was unaware and there were no signs up saying it was closed. Basically if you stay here it is for the value but do not expect Vegas Strip type of service.

Everything was great! I traveled with two young kids, definitely family friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the “free gift upon arrival” turning into them trying to make you go through a 2-4 hour information session and paying a $20 deposit in order to receive the free gift. I didn’t do it but the amount of time they’ll spend trying to get you while you’ve got heavy luggage and kids going crazy in the lobby is absurd, like let me get to my room first lol and yes, they go through all this at the check in…

The only thing I would change is the berkley doesn’t offer room turnover until after 8 days, and being on vacation I don’t want to take time to do the laundry and make the bed. Location was great for our needs. Property was quiet, clean and a literal hop, skip and a jump from the Silverton Casino. Location was close to everyday shopping centers, Target, Cracker barrel for dining, and a HUGE Bass Pro Outlet store. Staff was great, rooms wereclean (2 room suite) . Definitely family friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Will definitely stay here again!

I My check in was handled very professionally and efficiently by Reba the night auditor.! I return to the Berkley because I am treated respectfully! I have stayed at other properties managed by you and will not return because of the poor treatment thst I received! I visit Vegas numerous times a year and choose Berkley because if I I have any problems … they will attend to it professionally!

I can stay anywhere in Las Vegas but I choose the Berkley because the staff treat me well.

I recently stayed at The Berkley Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of awful. We checked in online and were instructed to pick up our room keys at the front desk. Upon arrival, we were met with a very long line and only two agents. Check-in took an astonishing amount of time. I found myself waiting in that ridiculously long line not just once, but five different times, which was incredibly frustrating, especially after a long drive.

Initially, I was assigned a room that was already occupied! After waiting in line again to address this issue, I was given another room, only to find it at a scorching 83°F with a broken air conditioning unit. So I went back down and waited in line again to report the AC problem we were told maintenance would be right up. I waited an hour for them, but they never showed up, so once again, I headed back down, and waited in line. Somehow this time, I was reassigned to the first room, which, to my dismay, was still occupied. Finally, after all the hassles of dragging our luggage up and down and waiting in line a fifth time, I was given a fourth room, which thankfully was unoccupied and was a reasonable temperature. In the end, it took us over 2 hours to check in. Absolutely unacceptable.

Overall, my stay was marred by poor organization and lack of attention to detail. I expected much better service for the price I paid. I cannot recommend The Berkley Hotel based on this experience.

Tried for early check in 3 times. Once at 1245 (was a long shot and I knew that) . Was told to come back and try at 2, was turned away and told to try again at 330. Came back at 330, room was not ready so drove to Walmart. When I finally Got the check in text room ready I was already on my way to Walmart so came back at around 7 and was told my type of room (two bedroom) was not available. I couldn’t understand how it was given to someone else and he couldn’t fix it. I did my pre check in and all of that but I asked for a manager or an auditor to release another room. Was told all the managers leave at 6 don’t come back in till 9/11. Gentleman at the desk had to call Hilton something corporate to get a room for my family.

Awful experience, took an hour and a half to check in, 15 people in line and two people working on a Froday nights. Only 3 elevators in the building with 18 floors. Took 45 minutes (not kidding) to get and elevator at checkout on a Sunday morning. Cleaning staff were usingvthenaame elevators. Front desk, no help, rude. It's a timeshare so expect the push. Rooms are suites and are ok, hallway smelled like weed, lots of guessed partying it up and not quiet. Do not trust the rating? You are warned, do not stay here!

I would not stay here again. Check in was long even though they send you a link to check in. They ask you to have a seat and they get you when they’re ready yet the online check in claims your keys will be at the desk when you arrive. There are 3 elevators for. And 18 floor hotel making my longest wait about 30 minutes. I had a companion with me who cannot go up and down stairs. Once entering the room I found bloody sheets for the pull out and when I asked for more they said they may have a blanket. I asked for clean sheets. Then the shower flooded immediately after turning it on. Water was everywhere. There was no sense of urgency. After leaving for the day and coming back at night we discovered the refrigerator or freezer didn’t work so our drinks were hot. The outside looks amazing but this is a situation where you really can’t judge a book by its cover.

This is a time share place. It is not organized and feels like everything is situated to stop connivence and save the cooperation money. Customer service is not a high priority. Not enough elevators. Should have one dedicated to staff. The doors were locked to prevent comings and goings except one with a key. But the room was wonderful! The washing machine allowed us to wash after our cruise.
