Rooms were a little outdated and the furniture should be replaced. Not the most soundproofed rooms either. You can hear every little footstep above you. Stay on the 3rd floor if you can to avoid this.

The staff were the best part of my stay. They were amazing, from the front desk to all the housekeeping! Breakfast was better than I was expecting, good variety. My family looked forward to eating every morning. Location was very walkable to a lot of shops and resaurants, which is rare in the Las Vegas area, because you really need a car to get around.

6:30-8:30. We were on second floor and our neighbors above were very loud and stomping around at all hours. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet kept clogging . May have been clogged
Before we checked in. There was a swishing sound we heard every 10 mins during our stay. No plunger found in room. Parking is $15/night which we thought was pricey. The stay was okay for what it was.

We didn't visit the gym but the chair was dirty in two different rooms because i was unhappy with our first room and was move to the second room and it was dirty and spots on both chairs in each room and every hotel that we ever stayed in had a full mirror to see your self for your special occasion, and this hotel did not so we were pretty upset about this and supposed to be a Marriott property, was shameless

The Mainplace Suites by Marriott in Henderson, Nevada, was very convenient, quiet, safe, and comfortable for our stay in the area. Our room was large and comfortable, the air conditioning was very cool and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious with several hot food items. The staff members were very friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. So much better than staying on the Strip if you want quiet and ease of movement.

Solid hotel option in Henderson

Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable, only downside was the hot tub wasn't available at the time of our stay. Had amenities I wasn't expecting (dishware/washer, wine bottle opener, free water bottles by front desk). My girlfriend and I had a lovely time in Vegas with this place as our homebase.

I like they have cold water bottles to give away to guests. Breakfast was ok and the lady preparing was awesome. I don’t like their coffee it’s tasteless and bitter. I like the cookies and popcorns in the afternoons. My kids like these perks. A little outdated rooms but nice space with family of 4 with separate rooms. I don’t like they accept pets and its owner was irresponsible to leave the poop inside the first floor and did not clean afterwards. Shameful guest but the hotel cleaned it for him/her. Henderson is a progressive area and so I hope there is a plan to upgrade the rooms.

The bedroom did not come with a queen or king size bed and we were a group of 4 people. Only two people fit on the bed (not comfortable) and one on the floor, the last person couldn't sleep on pull out sofa bed; he had to put the mattress on the floor. The mattress was old and and in bad shape; still better than sleeping in the car. The floor were sticky, even the bathroom which felt it was not properly clean.
The AC was very cold but better than sleeping outside over 100 degree weather but was hard to sleep every time it turned on, the sound was so loud, it scared us and was hard to sleep over the sound. It is nice to have a bedroom and the price was okay for it. The lobby and staff were very nice. New policy that I was surprised is the $40 accidental pay which $30 of it was to cover my two night parking fees. IF you do not sign up right away to yet another APP, and register your vehicle, you get fined $80, not cool to charge for parking it should come with the room stay.

I didn't realize we would have to pay for parking. I don't know if I just missed that fact or if it's not well advertised. However, I would stay here again. The hotel is great, we loved the pool. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The location is great, lots of food options and grocery stores. They serve a good breakfast, it was well worth the stay!

Note: never accept room 119.
The location is at the rear door to parking. The room shakes when the door slams shut. The trash bins are just outside the door. At 930pm, staff pushed some type of carts through the hallway, banged it against the doorframe, and tossed out the trash (banging the metal doors and dumpster tops in the process). There is a small dog-walk just outside the room, but pet owners prefer to use the (rock) path just outside the window at night and early am. So, it gets quite noisy at various times. Then, the people above were heavy walkers and had repetitous pounding (like a ball bounding on their floor) the majority of the evening. The sounds were like low-frequency 'booms'.
Another issue I had was an obvious foot print on the bathroom wall along with some type of (food ?) splatter.
I also had to fix and adjust the wire shelving in the coat closet and main bedroom closet.

Overall. the property was clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous, the room was spacious and comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was hot and well stocked.
The suite's kitchen is well stocked with teas/coffee and kettle, a micro, griddle, apt sized frig/freezer, dishwasher, and silverware.
The gym is pretty good.
Never used the pool (I was too busy).
There are dry-goods and some toiletries to purchase at the front lobby convenience area.
Townplace is primarily used for business travelers; so its mostly quiet at night. Many choices nearby to walk for food.

The property is located in a centric & safe area. The there were 2 issues. 1. We stayed 3 nights & the room was never cleaned. I reported it to the Lobby attendant & still, RM was not cleaned. 2. Breakfast was not good, very limited, the hotel made salsas were spoiled, & bagels were old. I tried to report it to the kitchen person, but wouldn't get off the phone with personal matters. Other than that, it was ok.

We liked the comfort of the room and location. Our only complaint was breakfast was very limited. And when asking the girl to refill the food at 8,:00 a.m. she was rude and rolled her eyes at us. (1 bagel left for several people). I watched this same girl be rude to several others. When we were finished with breakfast this same girl was complaining to the front desk man making fun of all of us asking for more food. Just very unprofessional.

Amenities for kitchenette (soap etc) was limited, only one spare toilet roll in room, had to ask to get one at a time. Elevator floors always dirty. Quite mostly, breakfast choices good, but could have coffee available 24/7 to be in the league with most Las Vegas area places. Would give it a solid 4/5, staff is really nice, likely they are the greatest asset of the place

It’s an older place, needs updates. The floors were dirty, I dropped some cream and when I wiped it up the napkin was filthy from the floor. A few stains on the towels. I don’t know if it was just our room but it was crazy loud . Sounded like air conditioning unit or something. It was a very loud humming noise that never stopped. We were too tired to change rooms we got in late . We didn’t want to chance changing rooms and still hear the noise . Staff seemed nice

The beds in the suite was older and not the most comfortable. The pillows had something to be desired. I woke up with a sore neck and headache. And whoever had the idea to put the bed right next to the bathroom door, you might want to rethink that, or change the direction of the door.
