Room was clean - please scrub the soap tray in the shower - it was pretty grungy. And take a scrub brush to the corners of the bathroom floor - just every now and then would make a huge difference. We did really love the room, bed comfortable, very roomy. It was quiet and safe - in fact, we had to use our room key to use the elevator - I like that! The hotel atrium with motorized animals and waterfall was cool. Plenty to do with a huge 56 lane bowling alley and theater. Restaurants were great - wonderful that the Mexican food stand was open 24 hours a day-ate their food twice when we got in late and it was delicious. Also ate Panda Express and Duncan - all great. Using the parking garage was easy to get to and from the hotel. Pool was under renovation - bummer, but I am sure it will be really nice when completed. Staff was helpful. There were lots of gambling opportunities including a big Bingo hall. I didn't use any of them-don't gamble. Just wish smoking was NOT allowed in the casino/hotel. The smoke was horrible just walking to the elevator to go to our room. Too bad casinos bow down to the addicted - I guess that's what keeps them in business. So sad!!! Fortunately, the rooms and halls did not smell badly. We had a great stay and I loved getting my exercise walking all around the atrium. Especially loved that it was a good ways away from the strip and so quiet, although it was not a bad drive to the strip at all. Walmart across the road. Great stay!

This hotel was extremely clean and there was a lot of do. I stayed here over the weekend and the prices compared to the hotels on the Las Vegas strip were night and day. There were a lot of food options with varying price ranges. I also enjoyed the free easy parking as well. Just do be aware that if you are thinking about going to Las Vegas strip or downtown, it's best that you rent a vehicle. Otherwise, you will be spending a lot on Ubers.

Nice place but the staff is unresponsive. Toilet, tub and sink clogged during the whole stay and never once did housekeeping ever come clean even after a toilet backing up and maintenance took over a day to respond to that and didn’t even clean!

The hotel caters to locals and, as it is in a lower income part of town, with residencies within easy walking distance, people tend to hang out in the food court area. There is lots of security, however, so we did not feel unsafe. The hotel is clean and the room we were in was recently renovated. The pool was out of commission but we still had to pay the resort fee. Limited dining options. If you just want a nice clean place to stay and gamble than this is a great choice. About a 20 minute drive to the Las Vegs strip.

Great hotel for the price. Certainly not Encore or Caesars Palace but a fantastic mid casino/hotel. The atrium with the light show is entertaining with a drink in hand. It is off strip so a bit inconvenient to get to Las Vegas Blvd but definitely worth the stay. Highly recommended!

From what I saw, the quality of the clientele was somewhat less than you might find on the strip, and we didn't win on the slots, but the hotel was very clean, and the services such as restaurants were abundant and easy to find. The only thing I didn't like was that my wife and I are somewhat handicapped, and were looking forward to the 'free\" valet service. It was blocked off by the hotel's security for the entire time we were there with no good explanation as to why, and we had to make long walks to our car and back. It's a big sprawling hotel complex. All in all though, we may try it again.
