Air/fan didn’t work and the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I was done showering, the water was ankle deep . If I was staying more than one night I’d of informed staff, since my stay was short and I was exhausted I just dealt with it.

Checked in and they told me they were cutting the water for the night so we couldn’t shower, after a long day driving a nice hot shower would have been nice but we weren’t allowed to because they shut the water off for maintenance. On top that when we got to our room, three moths were flying around and the towels were dirty. Horrible experience, and I should be reimbursed since we weren’t able to used the amenities

The casino part of the Hotel was awesome, our room was horrible. The floors were sticky so we had to wear shoes the entire time we were in the room, stains on the wall, mirror frame was peeling, exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work so bathroom door had to be left open while showering, mold on the bathroom walls and a hand print on the ceiling.
Elevators were not working, had to use cleaning elevator to get to room.
We did bring this to the staff's attention, asked for different room and was told they couldn't. The front desk clerk also kept my new \"rewards\" card I feel on purpose so she could use the free money, I wasn't the only one she did that with.

The hotel overall is very miserable the rooms need up dating brown dirty carpets lighting non existent shower was like a garden sprinkler
The whole accommodation needs bringing up to date we won't stay there again also no room safe which is not on
No coffee machine or kettle the overall price to stay in boulder is far in excess too expensive
We thought we where going into a deluxe room no way Was glad when our vacation was over
The staff looked like they didn't want to be there
The casino and bingo staff couldn't fault

Only 1 of 4 elevators was operational .... and that was intermittenly.
One day there was NO water . When available, the shower water was just slightly above room temperature. I wish NEVER stay at Boulder Station again. Never.

There were only two elevators working for 16 floors of hotel rooms. Supposedly, two of the additional elevators were being renovated. Most of the time, there is a huge line of 10 to 20 people waiting for elevators all the time. This seemed unsafe to me if there was an emergency. a emergency that you needed to get out of your room and hotel.

Housekeeping knocked on my door super loud at 8 A.M. and entered waking me up. Once I checked out to tell the front desk the manager told me she doesn't care pretty much. That it's something they do and she's not responsible for warning guests that this takes place. How unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience. I made a reservation in advance and upon arrival, the hotel had no record of it in their system. When I contacted Hotel.com's customer service, I received no resolution and no refund — despite the charge already being applied to my account.

The lack of accountability and empathy from the staff was striking. A customer facing this type of situation deserves, at minimum, prompt assistance and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I strongly recommend future travelers to save all booking confirmations and verify directly with the hotel. I hope both the hotel and the platform take this as an opportunity to improve their customer service processes.

Room smelled like pot. Called desk to ask for a room change and was told they were sold out (highly unlikely) and couldn't move us. Customers in the room next door were having a party with at least a dozen people. My wife and I were trying to get some sleep before continuing on a road trip in the morning. The neighbors' loud music, laughing and shouting frustrated our attempts at sleeping until well past 2 AM. A generally lousy stay.

The casino was great. Games, dining, Etc., all good. The room however, left a lot to be desired. The water from the sink smells awful. I didn't drink it, and I was a little afraid to even brush my teeth with it. The bathtub wasn't draining, so I looked and pulled a golf ball sized clump of hair out of the drain. Seriously folks, clean the drains! The TV made an odd buzzing sound when it was on. Fixtures were pretty dated. The rooms could really use a refresh/update. The room was generally clean, and the bedding was comfortable. I think I'll try staying somewhere else next time.

We thought the property was ok. It served our purpose for being in the area to watch college softball. It’s not a high end hotel and we were not expecting the moon however we had no hot water for 2 of the 3 nights. They refunded our resort fee however cold showers are not enjoyable.
