Favorite hotel in the city. Cheap classic quiet and clean. Two extremely large TVs. Cannot beat it. They have tile and classic carpet rooms. Nice scenery as well.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from this hotel, but it was actually decent. There is parking and the staff are respectful.

I wasn’t able to visit the pool area, but the casino was nice. All machines were spaced with walking room.
I would say the suites have an overflow of dressers that make it difficult to walk around. But I can see myself staying here again.

I have stayed here many many times there is always a problem with the rooms
Last time the toilet did not flush
This time my first room, the air conditioner did not work
Got assigned a new room no hot water in the shower
Do yourself a favor spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer. Boulder station is a good upgrade.

Pool wasn't open which was the reason we booked this resort- it was drained and there weren't blankets in the room, no housekeeping, phone in the room doesn't have a list of any information and no wifi without an additional purchase...this property photos must have been really old when it was thriving. There was a reason almost no one was booked there, except with rooms on top/beside us which you could hear all the plumbing struggling to keep up with the demand. There were literal holes in the floor in the bathroom and the toilet was sinking sideways into the floor, would not recommend or ever stay again. When there are literally the most options for hotels per capita- do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else!

This was the worst casino hotel we have ever stayed at. We booked 2 rooms. Entered the rooms and us and other couple were shocked. No blankets onbed. Only a sheet. Both rooms filthy. Carpet was so gross. Tubs were so stained and gross looking I woyld never think of showering. Huge gaps all around door. Went down to twll checkin we couldnt stay. She upgraded us, not much upgrade to king suites. We asked whyno blankets and she said because people steal them. We told her we would like blanket for both rooms. She was going to let housekeeper know to bring us one. Never showed up. In new rooms neither room had blanket, washcloths or a working hair dryer. Room was bigger but not much better than 1st room. Walls, doors and door handles so dirty i wouldnt touch them. Air conditioning had filters sticking out that were so dirty the air didnt work properly. Never ever would we stay here.

Spotless room, very spacious, could use some extra pillows on the bed and a blanket. It seems that the Locking System may need an update, it took me four tries to get into my hotel room, because the doors for two different rooms would not open.

Rooms were dirty, many dust mites. Doesnt seem like they vacume ever.. First room water leaked behind bath tub wall and shower head broken. This was supposyed to be an up grade since my husband and i were staying for our 13 year anniversary. The next room still dirty and on the last night it rained hard bathroom ceiling leaked and when i called maintenance and for help to vlean it up I was told then couldn't. I cleaned it up as it was out last night there and it was 11pm at night.

The place need a major update, the building needs paint, I didn’t feel safe at all. The shower faucet was broke, so no hot water, no warm blanket. You can hear the noise of the neighbor's…. Not good at all…

Check-in was fairly smooth very nice receptionist, but the smoke smell was overwhelming. The hotel room was playing but clean. I wasn’t supplied blankets I had to call and ask for those shower was excellent with extremely hot water. Good hotel for passing through or a cheap night. I will stay again.

The room table was extremely dirty. There was one working ice machine that I had to walk around entire outdoor property to locate. The door did feel secure when shut and deadbolted. The extra security latch was broken off. The room was directly next to the dumpsters in the back that were loud when dumped daily before the sun rose. Several homless that wonder in and around the property.

I cannot believe the condition of those rooms first of all the first room we went to we were there for a day noticed some ants by the couch went to sleep the next day we were getting ready to go out and we looked at the bed and there's ants all over the bed so I take a video of this and show it to the front desk of the hotel registration in the give us another room and we stay there and the next day we see ants on the bed there too and she got bit and in my book that is very unacceptable for a hotel to be having an ant problem and then we did some research and looks like they've had this problem before because there's other reviews that have had the same problem so somebody needs to do something there they need some pest control or whatever they got to do to get them rooms back up to standard and also might want to get some better housekeeping because we seen a lot of articles of food and different things under the bed and the couch so that tells us you know that they're not doing a very good job cleaning. Just be warned today you might be answering your room if you go there

I had upgraded my room and upon check in I had ordered blankets and towels which I had to request it for two additional times. The room was not as clean and we had checked out around 2a due to the fact that I couldn’t sleep due to the noises from the surrounding areas and the neighbors

I don't like or understand the hidden 14-day staying policy, I don't see why it matters how long a guest stays as long as they continue paying for a room and folllow rules on the property. It was incredibly inconvenient to rebook through Expedia only to be told by Arizona Charlie registration staff that I can't stay for another week. I had to vacate my room and have security make sure I left because i wasn't allowed to be there any longer, it was incredibly inconsiderate and inconvenient... needless to say, I won't be back now.

The pool was closed the week I spent there. And the staff was unhelpful and rude. I was there for 6 days and apparently you have to request the night before to have the room serviced and they charge $30. If you are not out by 11am

La habitación estaba sucia, fría, sin cobijas, camas muy separadas a lo que en la imagen presenta con camas juntas, lo tome por qué tengo dos niños pequeños, en la mañana salí a dar un tour a la ciudad y volví con el baño inundado por una fuga de agua desde el techo, se dio a conocer a las 3 pm, 6 pm sin respuesta decidí irme antes de mi fecha y hora de salida, no me dieron solución, no funciona el teléfono de la habitación, pésima experiencia

The place is not a 5 star hotel. Then again, if you expect it to be a 5 star hotel at the price you're paying, then you have issues. Overall, it's safe, clean, quiet, decent appearance all around, parking has never been an issue, the staff are actually friendly and helpful. It's off the strip for those who prefer it. You have gas stations, fast food, other casinos within miles.

Nice cheap room. Nothing crazy, got a good sleep and shower in. The smoke detector was annoying though. Beeped the whole night. You gotta fine tune the shower temp cause it’s either too cold or too hot haha

The room was awful and was a non smoking room that smelled strongly of pot had filth on the floor and electrical devices hanging from the walls. The carpets were filthy and ripped up. No hot water in the shower. Just a complete dive.

What Breakfast? Wasn't informed there was breakfast. Unless you paying they have advertisements of a cafe that is no longer there. Front desk triple charged me. $100 deposit for resort fee? What resort? That is not a resort.
Bathrooms have dollar store plaster covering the original floors. Bathtub has the drain copper green, brown substance splatter on Bathroom walls.Should not even be on Hotels.com

We had breakfast at McDo. Because the hotel does not have a restaurant. There is however a Panda Express and a taco shop. They are slowly renovating bedrooms, but ours was not. They do not change the sheets everyday and tou have to ask for a blanket, there is none in the room. All in all its a 2 star hotel so do not expect more.

I asked them to clean my room 5 times, they didn’t till the last day, homeless people in the room next to me. They made me walk to the front desk 8 times, I was put on hold for 28 minutes then the front desk person Jazzman said her manager was dealing with another unruly, angry guest when I wasn’t, I told her I wasn’t being angry and she hung up on me. Roaches in the room, construction outside my room all week, and the workers were aggressive and got my car dirty. They did nothing for me, honestly I don’t have enough time, the rotten lemon that was behind the chair was a nice touch too….
