I wasn’t invited to breakfast. The casino was nice , unfortunately the room was nasty , the shower was gross . It had rusted drain and moldy bathtub. The carpet was stained . My daughter wouldn’t even take a shower due to nastiness.

The room was in pretty bad conditions. The carpet had so many gross stains on it and the entrance had a giant black sticky blob. The mirrors and bathroom were also dirty. There was only a thin sheet as a blanket. Very dingy inside.

I booked on Expedia and I called the resort before I booked it and asked if it comes with refrigerator ( because I use insulin and the receptionist said yes it does. I read the decfiption of the doom from Expedia When I arrived and checked it I confirmed about the fridge and Julio the reception person said no it doent Had to pay 25 dollars for a fridge. It’s false advertising. Expedia should look into this !! Will not rent from Expedia again

The staff were helpful and professional during check-in and checkout. When told about my plan to visit the Vegas Strip, they were able to suggest area to get free parking. The property including the assign room was clean. It was refreshing to come back to the hotel and rest during a full day out hiking in the nearby state parks.

The room we booked is for 4 people, however they only provided has two sets of towels. I kept on calling and asking that we needed more towels, we did not receive any. That is why our stay was terrible for us. The bathtub looks like it is going to be broken very soon.

There was no breakfast offered. 5het didnt provide blankets because they said alot have been stolen so tgey won't have blankets. We had bhgs and ant a on the carpet and it was dirty. Stains all over the floors. People at the front desk are rude and not helpful.

This hotel DOES NOT HAVE A POOL OR HOT TUB OPEN.
The room smelled like a toilet.
The sink counter top had formica missing in the front and peeling on the side. When I brought this to the attention of the reception they responded with \"so what\"
Upon calling to the manager they informed me that they would be in at 3pm, calling back at 3:30 , now he would come back at 4:30 and began arguing with me that the refund I am looking for had to come from hotels.com in spite of the fact that it was Arizona Charlie's who charged Mr.
Never got a callback either.
NEVER STAY IN THIS DUMP AND PULL THEM FROM YOUR WEBSITE.
A TOTAL DIASTER ON ALL ASPECTS INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rooms were cleaned but outdated. Water pressure was very low. Unable to get additional towels or bedding, due to arriving after 5pm when housekeeping was closed. Room was not serviced during our 2 night stay.

After walking into the dark dingy smoke field Casino to get a room key, it took less than an hour for me to watch the cleaning staff break into my room. Inside the room, taking your shoes off is not recommended due to the black carpet and the smell. Being approached by homeless asking for money and favors was the next step in what is definitely an unsafe place to lay your head. Do not expect anything fancy. Keep a chair in front of your door and take all of your belongings with you when you go. This was our last, worst option.

Three good things about my stay, first seeing this place in my rear-view mirror when I left, second it had very hot water, third…… I guess two good things. The room was terrible. The ‘carpet’ was stained and oily dirty, the pictures do not do it justice, it looked dirtier in person. It obviously was not vacuumed after the last guest, because their nail clippings were still by the beside on the floor. The bathroom sink was very slow draining, the floor in the bathroom was uneven and ‘soft’ in spots, when standing in the shower the floor would creak with the shift of your weight, we felt like we were going to fall through it. The cable system stopped working- so the TV would turn on, but the service was ‘out’. The beds – the sheets seemed to be clean, and we did not see any bugs, but there was only sheets on the bed – No blankets. So you got to sleep with a sheet over you. The outlet next to the bed - I sleep with a CPAP and plug it in, I used the same one that the lamp was plugged into, the bottom outlet worked, the top did not, and the entire outlet would push in. (Not secured) The grounds were dirty, with trash and cigarette butts along the steps to the second floor. Each step had at least one butt on the side of it. Did not dare use the fridge or coffee maker in the room. I stay in Vegas about 10-12 trips a year, and look for different places to try, this one is now on my ‘never again’ list to stay at. My recommendation – do yourself a favor and just stay away.

The rooms are a dump. I changed rooms and the other room was worse. Carpets were dirty and with steins all over, toilet was sideways as if you were low riding sideways, bathroom shower knob was not working properly, vent cover was missing, paint was falling off. I had to check out earlier than scheduled. They said they were going to refund my money but have not seen the refund yet. I might have to go through my credit card in order to get my money back. I will give it a few more days. I've been to cleaner motel rooms. Stay away.

The hotel has seen better days. Very dated and dirty. I found an empty beer can under the night stand table, the sheets looked faded and there were paint chips all over the room.

I wouldn't recommend staying there if you are looking to stay multiple nights. Probably okay for a one night solo traveler that wants a cheap night's sleep.

I found it quite baffling that this hotel didn't even provide a duvet; even after calling to request one, they never sent it over. Consequently, for all three nights of my stay, I ended up sleeping with nothing more than a small bedsheet for cover.

This was my 2nd stay at this property & I was hoping that by contacting the Front Desk ahead of time to inquire about the issues we had on our last visit, maybe we could avoid them this time BUT that was not the case. Even though they assured me via email that blankets would be provided, and the room we had would be poolside... No blankets, only 1 mini pillow for each guest (no extra pillows were available). The mini fridge didn't work & even after reporting it, they never came to address it. Thankfully we traveled with a cooler. The pool is also closed (was last time also) and no mention of that when we requested a poolside room. The rooms are filthy & left your feet BLACK so we kept our shoes on in the room. The toilet ran all night, but only halfway flushed. The traffic/other guests are very loud & wonder around ALL night! I will never stay here again when Sam's Town is only $20 more per night! Not worth a dime to stay here!

Clean room comfy bed and pillows but no microwave to heat the dinner we brought. No blanket on bed or in room and no way to adjust thermostat. Overall it was something I would come back to if the price is right. We will just come better prepared.

The room was clean and staff was co-operative and please note that the break fast was not served in the morning but can be purchased as needed. Casino was good but has some cigar smell. I recommend them to have separate place for smokers and non-smokers to make it as a family friendly!

The internet barely worked. The shower head had a crack and sprayed against the wall. There were holes in the walls. The beds were like sleeping on straw. The pool and hot tub needed to cleaning and they look nothing like the pictures. You're better off staying at the other hotels with 7 and 8 star ratings. Their prices are comparible

First of all Expedia did not tell me you were authorizing half the amount on my card I didn't use that card literally threw off my spending. Front desk bartender server awesome 👍 housekeeper weird as hell if check out is 11 why are you banging on the door at 10 am sharp ? Everything went well. However when we got to the property there are no signs of where to go to check in. We parked in the front and opened the door to the casino but didn’t see anything so walked out. I had to call to ask where the registration desk was at. We went to check in and it took about 20 minutes just to get our keys and a map that was so confusing to find our room. The stay was nice. Once we were ready to check out we got to the desk around 10:50 thinking it was going to be a fast check out. There were 2 employees at the front desk and about 4 customers trying to check in/out. The guy in front of me told me to take a seat because they were taking forever. It took about 30 minutes just to get to the front and another 5 minutes to check out. One of the employees should be helping only guest that are checking out as it takes less time than the ones that are checking in or finding a room to stay. Other than this our experience was ok.

Didn't used the internet connection because we trust our hotspot wifi. Pool was closed. The staff was great. Julio made accommodations where needed, Marylou is a wonderful personality, and I loved Kayla at the rewards desk. And special shout out to Susanna at PT's and the bartender, whose name I did not catch, but she was also great.

Cockroach in the restroom while my toddler was pain carpet is really dirty. Make sure you bring extra sandals or keep your socks on. I asked for a room close to the swimming pool, but I was not even told the swimming pool was not open. They switched me rooms because of the cockroach incident and now the AC is not working. We don’t have a swimming pool to go swimming in so we are outside while they are fixing our AC.

Our room was filthy! The smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag. The base boards were filthy, the beds did not have comforterss. The carpet loooked like someone’s murdered In that room. The room was filthy, smelled like it hasn’t been aired out since 1970! The bathtub was sketchy it felt like one false move and the tub was going to fall through to the 1st floor. There were holes in the wall like there was a fight there. Like I said the staff was amazing but the condition of the rooms were horrible and walking past other rooms that had curtains wide open looked like those rooms were in the same condition as ours.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely dirty and not suitable for families. In our first room, we found a dirty towel behind the door, and within five minutes of my daughter walking barefoot, the bottoms of her feet were completely black from the floor.

The staff did move us to another room fairly quickly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the conditions in the second room were nearly identical. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and I would not recommend staying here, especially with children.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from this hotel, but it was actually decent. There is parking and the staff are respectful.

I wasn’t able to visit the pool area, but the casino was nice. All machines were spaced with walking room.
I would say the suites have an overflow of dressers that make it difficult to walk around. But I can see myself staying here again.
