Lovely friendly staff, good breakfast and nice clean rooms. One downside was the heat in the rooms though, with no air con, which made it uncomfortably hot. Everything else very good.

Nice hotel away from Odense city

While comfortable, this hotel is kinda of far away from city so good to be driving off you plan to stay there. The breakfast spread was generous nonetheless and the staff are friendly and professional.

The staff were friendly and helpful but it was a 15 minute bus ride into Ondense so rather out the way and limited activities or restaurants. The dinner we did have at the hotel was good but the menu was extremely limited and very expensive. Due to allergies the menu was even more limited and none of the food either at breakfast or dinner had allergy listings so we embarrassingly had to ask all the time putting us on edge about food choices. The room was tight but functional and we had to be informed by cleaners that we had to ask reception to put us on the list for clean towels. We were very appreciative of the bicycles the hotel had for us to use and we had a fun day out on them when we had to ditch the idea of the zoo because it was just too expensive and unjustified. All in all very quiet and fair price for the room. Many thanks for the opportunity

Nice hotel in Odense

This hotel is in an industrial park, so it feels a little odd when approaching. The staff were friendly and helpful both at check in and at breakfast. The room was comfortable with fold-down bunks for kids (mostly good, but our kiddo knocked her head on the upper bunk which is very close to the pillow of the lower bunk).
They don’t have laundry machines, which seems to be common in Denmark, but they aren’t too far from a laundromat and stores.

Enjoyable Stay with Great Service and Breakfast

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options including delicious waffles. The service was top-notch, with the concierge kindly lending me two USB chargers at no cost – a real lifesaver. The staff, overall, were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the room felt slightly cramped for my family of four, it didn't dampen the experience. Recommended.

The hotel itself is fine, but the location was not convenient. To get into town, we walked 10 minutes to a bus stop, then 25 minutes on the bus, then 10 minutes walking in town to get to places like HC Andersen museum.

Quality Hotel

On arrival i thought i had made a mistake booking this hotel. Inside there staff were very welcoming, the rooms were fresh, stylish and comfortable. the restaurant food was excellent as was the beer. The location might not be perfect for the town, but i would recommend it for a stop over that is conveniently off the highway.

Hotel was great. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. There was a games room and football pitch for the kids to keep them quiet. The food was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Free parking, WIFI & a fantastic breakfast. We would definitely go back - and hope to do so.

En lille ting at bemærke er:
Spurgte Receptionisten om Billard
Fik besked på at rummet var under renovering? Fandt selv ud af det var det ikke? Det syntes vi var mærkeligt at melde ud.
Vi fandt det fineste Billard rum hvor der var musik varme tv mv.
Ellers et super ophold. Vender gerne tilbage.

Aamiaisella hyvää oli gluteenittomat vaihtoehdot, paitsi harmillisesti mitään makeaa ei ollut gluteenittomana, paitsi toki hillot ja marmeladit. Vohveleista piti muu perhe.
Huoneessa suihkun viemäri veti vähän huonosti ja vesi jäi seisomaan suihkun lattialle, eikä valunut kunnolla viemäriin. Pyyhekoukkuja saisi perhehuoneessa olla enemmän.
Sähköautojen latausmahdollisuus hyvä.
Kuntosali ihan ok ja höyrysaunakin ihan kiva.

God service og levede op til forventningerne

God service, venligt personale og gode faciliteter. Vi havde skrevet i forvejen, at vi havde en baby med på et halvt år samt en hund, og der stod en babyseng klar til os på værelset, samt madskål, hundeposer og godbidder og info omkring at have hund på hotellet. Det er derfor, man vælger Scandic! :) rengøringen på badeværelset kunne godt have været lidt bedre, men var acceptabel. Morgenmaden var acceptabel og hvad man kan forvente.

Ok hotel men urimeligt varmt værelse.

Hotellet som helhed var ok og nemt at komme til, men værelset var urimelig varmt, trods det at der ikke engang var specielt varmt udenfor og værelset vendte mod nord(motorvejen). Der var nok 25grader eller mere i rummet og det var umuligt for både børn og voksne at få sovet. Det endte med at planerne for dagen efter overnatningen måtte ændres, da ingen var friske nok til at at tage på tur efter så dårlig en søvn. Kan ikke anbefale at benytte hotellet i sommerhalvåret medmindre man ikke generes af tropetemperatur på værelset. Skal desuden nævnes at 2 fra familien fik lidt maveproblemer efter morgenmaden, om det var noget af maden eller en kombi af mad og ingen søvn skal være usagt, men træls var det.

Fint ophold for en enkelt nat og værelset var pænt og rent, men noget småt og mørkt, selv med lys i alle lamper eller i dagslys.
Vi mener også, at til mere end 1500 kr. for en enkelt nat på et 4-stjernet motorvejshotel, har man skåret lige lovligt meget ind til benet på værelsesfaciliteter; ingen bademåtte til det kolde gulv, ingen slippers eller badekåbe, ingen små pakker med vatpinde, rondeller og lign., badehåndklæderne ret små og ikke særlig tykke, ingen kleenex i rummet, intet køleskab. Ved flere dags ophold ingen rengøring med mindre man giver besked senest aftenen før (med miljøhensyn som forklaring). Derudover var brusekabinen meget lille, og der var ikke plads til en toilettaske på badeværelsesbordet.
Morgenmaden var rigtig god og varieret og personalet venligt og professionelt.

Hvor er sikkerheden ? God morgenmad

Hotellet er okay. Og vil blot sige at vi turde lade vores pige på 8 år sove i den øverste køje, vi måtte tage madras og putte ned på gulvet, er sikker på der er kommet nye madrasser ind på et tidspunkt også har man ikke tænkt over at den er højere og derved er sikkerhed bøjlen samme højde som madrassen og børn kan falde ud om natten. Morgen maden var rigtig god og betjening var i top derinde. Men der skal styr på det sikkers bøjle

Sengen lidt blød. Værelset lidt slidt at se på i krogene. INGEN tryk på vandet i bruseren. Ingen kosmetik spejl på badeværelset. Huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia eikä edes koneellista ilmanvaihtoa. Elokuun helteillä oli todella kuuma ja huono ilma huoneessa, ikkunaa oli pakko pitää auki koko ajan, ja siitä tulee moottoritien melua.

Hotellin saunassa ei saa/voi heittää vettä kiukaalle. Talonmiehen mukaan kiuas menee rikki vedestä.

No, jotain hyvääkin, palvelu oli mutkatonta ja aamupala oli ihan ookoo.
