Shower area poorly constructed. No shower stall. Floor not tilted properly for water to flow quickly into the drain. So the floor of the bathroom gets very wet after a shower. Tiles are glossy, the floor just becomes slippery and the whole bathroom unpleasant to use afte4.

The staff was great and the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast and free snacks were a nice surprise. However, the room was very small and outdated. The bathroom was even smaller. I expected something nicer based on the common areas in the hotel.

Loved the property and its location, however the expedia listing said there was self serve laundry facilities on site and a gym. There was neither. The staff was helpful in offering to send out for laundry service and helping us find a laundromat. However, two of the reasons we booked this hotel was because we could do our own laundry on site and the gym. Disappointing, but more of an Expedia issue that anything with the hotel.

From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we had made the right choice. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful in every way. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable which made for the perfect night’s sleep - and breakfast was superb! We especially enjoyed our complementary coffee and pastry in the afternoon. It was minutes walk away from the train station, there was a park across the street. Not far from the main area of Odense. The breakfast was very nice. Walkable to the pier area of the city.

Fabulous centrally located hotel in Odense

This is a fabulous hotel close to Odense Station and city centre. It's in a grand old building with lots of charm. There is always coffee available.

Business trip to Odense

Great location, easy access to te train station and the city center. Anyone who stays should look at eating in the \"Storm Pakus\" as it an easy wal to this street food market.
Hotel Gym is small, but still a great asset.
Hotels in Odense are always expensive as is this hotel . Will probably stay here on my next trip.

Charming stylish Hotel

Charming hotel with baroque style lounges and meeting rooms. Self serve breakfast was very good. Rooms are a bit dated but functional. They are keen that guests observe eco friendly rules which is refreshing.

It was a nice hotel, friendly staff. We had a big room. There was a bit of a smell to it, not sure what it was from. There also appears to be some mold in the bathroom around the shower/bath.
The bed was very comfortable.
It worked well for our one night in town.

Satisfies the basics

I travel to Denmark a lot for work and stay in Odense as there is a lot to do when not working.

This hotel is convenient for the location and satisfies some basic needs but it ultimately stops there. It hasn’t had renovation for a long time and some things which you could consider essential are missing, e.g. iron in bedrooms and more supportive mattresses.

Flot pyntet op til jul. Sød og venlig pige i receptionen. Små men autentiske værelser. Der uheldigt lugtede af kloak den første dag. Meget lydt. Og desværre var der en del unge mennesker, som kom hjem kl 05.30 og larmede, snakkede meget højt og smækkede med dørene.

De kamer was sober wat niet erg is maar er stak een grote stalen pin uit de vloer waar een deurstop op had moeten zitten. Die lag eraf. Hierdoor heb ik mijn teen lelijk open gehaald. Personeel was ok. Niet onaardig maar er werd ook geen goedemorgen gezegd of gevraagd hoe mijn verblijf was.

Personnel accueillant, emplacement près de la gare du tramway et à moins de dix minutes à pieds du centre ville, pour la chambre j’avais pris une chambre individuelle c’était propre et la superficie juste ce qu’il fait C’est mon deuxième séjour dans cet établissement l’année prochaine je le choisirai à nouveau !

Værelset var rigtig pænt men der er kun en hattehylde at placere sit tøj på og det virker alt for sparsomt i forhold til et ellers pænt hotel.
Pænt badeværelse men efter bad må man - i vores værelse- stå i vand for at komme til vasken da gulvet sejler. Alle spareskiltene virker lidt “tacky” Tag bad sammen - ellers tak. Maden var fin - vi fik også en frokost- og personalet meget venligt. God placering.
