Staff were lovely, from reception to the restaurant, all excellent. Room was comfortable, but no mini fridge, which to me is a negative, and the bathroom was very tired, with some mildew-mould that should be addressed. The bed was very comfortable, and we travelled with our little dog and staff were nice with us helping us navigate the fact he wasn't welcome in the restaurant. Would be nice to have dog areas for eating, which is readily available in Germany, some in Sweden too.

Thsi property is close to the University of Southern denmark, which was great for me from a location perspective.

The rooms are well furnished although a little small. Good closet space for longer stays. The hotel has free coffee,tea and water stations both in the lobby and on the ground floor of the new building. The restaurant serves a great breakfast with fresh fruit, egg varieties, cheeses, and fresh baked bread of high quality. Dinner wasn’t that appealing as the price was quite high. Liked the location, just off the motorway which suited us as we were after a stopping point on trip from north to south. Fa ilities great, only downside was the bathroom which seemed dated in comparison with everything else. Great stay though.

The bathroom was not the cleanest. There was pink algae/mould all around the white silicon trim on counter in bathroom and the floor could have been cleaner. Also the soap dish was yellow either with age or soap scum. The rest of the room was good.

Jeg havde en enkelt overnatning, jeg har brugt dette hotel flere gange, men var ikke tilfreds denne gang. Der var meget larm på værelset fra en rist i loftet, jeg skiftede værelser ved ankomst, da det første værelse havde mere støj. Det største problem var temperaturen. Der var simpelthen så koldt på værelset, og temperaturen kunne ikke komme over 19.5 grader. Jeg henvendte mig i receptionen og spurgte efter en varmer eller om de kunne skrue lidt op, det var nej til begge dele. Personalet bad mig om at ‘give det et par timer’, men klokken var 8 om aftenen, og jeg havde prøvet at skrue op i over 4 timer.
Ærgerligt ophold, larmen var til at have med at gøre med støjdæmpende høretelefoner, men kulden på værelset var ikke i orden, og jeg havde forventet mere imødekommenhed.
Et tip er at bede om at værelse, der ikke vender ud mod vejen, for der er meget støj på alle tider af døgnet.
Restauranten er god, og der er gode parkeringsforhold. Nemt at finde.

Morgenmaden var god, kunne godt have brugt brunch pølser sammen med de kyllingepølser der var. Aftensmaden helt i top men der var brugt hjertesalat i stedet for spidskål som stod på menukortet ( vi fik medium stegt bøf )
