Our apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable with all the homely touches. Bed was super sized and comfortable. Really good shower pressure. Fantastic quiet location directly opposite the beach with great restaurant choices within short walking distance. Private underground car park. Could not fault and will definitely stay here again!

Sadly during our stay one of the lifts broke down, and being peak holiday time, there were long delays waiting for the one lift, plus the stairs are inaccessible (no exit).
Also we paid extra for sea views, but were only on the first floor, with trees from the street blocking our views.

Not much open , a lot of closed or empty shops. Room was okay, ironing board was broken and collapsed a couple of times, couch was grubby. It was quite hot while we were there and asked if we could have an extra towel and were refused, staff not friendly or helpful. Probably would never stay there again.

It is a clean, quiet apartment building in a good location. Pool and spa area is good. However it is not what I call a ‘resort’. Reception is only open Mon- Fri. There are no bars or cafes in the building itself and although there are 2 cafes at the front door, they close at 2pm. No pool towels are provided. Rooms are not serviced. We had a studio room which was okay for a short stay but having a single window that looked at the next room’s aircon unit, meant very little natural light. I would want a room with a balcony if I stayed there again.

We were freezing in the room as there was no heater. This was not mentioned when we booked. The office was closed and there was no way to get assistance. The indoor hot tub was not hot and it was not enjoyable. I understand it is winter but the hot tub should be hot water

The property charges 5 star rates yet it’s dirty, smelly, the young girl at reception had the work blouse on but buttoned down and had no bra on very unprofessional. The hallways on the floor I was on looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed all week and it had a bad odour. The room was ok, but the skirting boards were thick with black dust, the corners in the rooms hadn’t been mopped as there was dirt building up and the apartment had a really weird smell, I ended up having to go next door to the grocer and buy some air freshener to take the smell away. Besides that it’s in a good location with the beach right across the road, there’s plenty of cafes right outside, and the friendly grocer a couple of doors u opens early and closes around 7pm so that was very handy. The amenities at the hotel were good, indoor heated pool/spa and sauna. A gym and outside there’s a lap pool (which had dark stains all through it) and a bbq which is on the rooftop. Could be a much nicer place with a good clean done.

I got stuck in the underground garage, following up instructions dropping key in key box on departure. Roller door closing before I was able to leave. Contacted 24/7, instead of showing understanding or offering help she questioned my actions. I almost panicked as I was heading of towards the airport.

Much appreciated for future assistance to act according a sufficient action plan which preferably would be in place already.

Broken shower head holder (really hard to shower while also holding the hose, just used main bathroom) and toilet seat in ensuite (poorly attached, needs a new screw, just go to bunnings.. so you dont nearly die when you sit down).
Terrible lighting, good luck doing make up, too dim to see anything with a single downlight, or cooking when you are casting a shadow on what your doing.
Sliding door for 2nd room has a gap when closed, ruining any privacy.
2nd evening of our stay the main bathroom has a sewerage smell, which continued our whole stay.
Outside light doesn't work, probably needs a new bulb

Buttons missing on washing machine, had to guess the settings.
Layer of dust under the coffee table, on magazine shelf.
Aircon in main bed drips on pillow, despite being only used on recommended settings.
Main bedroom has out of order safe.
Leaky shower head in main shower, so much of the water sprays out of the hose before reaching the head.
Lots of pigeon poo on balcony/aircon unit.
The lounge vinyl was peeling really badly and stuck to clothes and skin. The lounges also had many small rips and tears.
The cable management was terrible, lots of easily accessible cords.
I booked through wotif, the price was onw thing, then increased when I was charged, I assumed this was a refundable deposit type thing, when my partner asked about it on check-out the lady said I dont think we take deposits, so I guess that extra money is just gone?

We will definitely stay again however we will wait for the renovations to be completed as wewere unable to use our balcony due to scaffolding so it was fortunate for us that it rained while at the resort. The only thing that could be different is the smell in the elevators….i think they need to be given more attention especially now the hot weather is here….

Reception wasn’t open when We checked in 3pm (Saturday) stayed in 602 which is a 3 bedroom apartment. Apartment is furnished with random old furniture. One room with two random single beds is more like a study with sliding door so no privacy. Our children ended up sleeping in our room & the lounge room as there is no aircon in the 2 other bedrooms & it was a very hot evening. Windows in apartment don’t lock or shut which is scary when you have a toddler staying in the 6th floor. The apartment was very dirty to the point our feet were black from walking around inside. We went to tell reception on Sunday but they were closed, so sent an email with no response. It’s very disappointing as the apart is located in such a great spot & has great potential.

We enjoyed our stay overall in this property.
Our unit was clean and spacious for us.
We did have the smell of the cleaning fluid as a problem for us as it was very overpowering and it irritated our noses. We left both our bedroom and patio doors opened up the entire time and we still found the cleaning fluid too strong.
As we booked on level one we also had the light of the outside street light flooding in our bedroom the entire night that made us unable to sleep properly. The bedroom only had a translucent blind and it needs a double blind with a blockout option with such a bright street light. We will book again and revisit but next time we will book a room above the first floor so we dont have the street light bothering us.

This condo unit is gorgeous. The beautiful park on Moreton Bay has great walking sidewalks. Redcliffe is a 40 minute walk w lots of cafes and a huge street fair on Sundays! This condo has cafes and grocery right outside and beer/wine store 1 block away. The airport is 25-40 minutes depending on traffic. I stayed here for a respite at beginning of long trip from the US and for a day trip to the Steve Irwin Australia Zoo. That's an hour Uber or you can take the train to Beerwah from Rippa King. Biggest problem I had was getting to the airport ar 0700. Took me 40 minutes to get an Uber. I was told about the DIDI app, another uber type service in Australia! Very relaxing stay with also a pool, huge hot tub and sauna!

I have stayed here a few times and this time I was disappointed. After hours check in was frustrating, the room was okay but the fan remotes didn’t work, the wifi didn’t work, the balcony door couldn’t lock and the and the bathroom design is just odd requiring calisthenics to get into the shower without water escaping everywhere. Then just for fun construction commenced 6.30am on a Saturday, now I know the hotel cannot help that but warning quests or not putting guests in rooms so close to the construction.

Overall it was underwhelming and I will reconsider staying again.

Pidgon has been on the aircon unit poop everywhere and disgusting couldnt let daughter on verandah or myself cause the smell from birds

What a great stay, what a beautiful little beachside vista and parkland outside the resort, with a great range of cafes outside the resort, didn't try the pool or gym but what I did see in terms of motel style room presentation was outstanding. Although I only stayed in the most basic on offer which suits short term one person stays. Note construction is next door but didn't impact my experience compared to what I was anticipating. Overall, it's definitely an area very appealing visually and nearby is the yacht club and mountain views but from the resort front door are excellent Moreton Island views combined with Bribie Island and Port of Brisbane views amazingly from the same vantage point. I feel as though I wish I had heard of Landsborough Avenue many years ago, instead at least I got to say I'd stayed here and seen the tree-lined esplanade with a variety of cafes that is Landsborough Avenue.

Great location and 2 fantastic cafe's at the front door, Access to car parking was easy, but car parks are very small.
After hours check in was difficult because the intercom system didn't work well and reception seemed uninterested in resolving the issue when we raised it the next day.
The property was rundown (holes/tears in carpet, burns to counter top, rusty brackets in shower, weathered air con unit, etc) and not bright and airy with green views like the Expedia profile suggested.
Room wasn't very clean.
Be aware that reviews on Bookingdotcom are more accurate than reviews in Expedia for some reason.
We are regular visitors to the area and know what accommodation options our dollar buys - this one is below par and we are unlikely to visit again.

Stayed for 2 nights in 1 bedroom room. Had everything we needed. Beach and park over the road. Close to convenience store and local shops for coffee, breakfast or dining. Outdoor pool and BBQ area has plenty of seating. Indoor spa is massive, clean and heated. Sauna was great also. Undercover parking at no additional cost was a bonus. Lots of nice walking tracks near the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Good location, we chilled out in a nice apartment and used the facilities (gym, pool, sauna).
A few points to mention.
The apartment needed a clean. The vac didn’t work but it got replaced.
There was no remote for the aircon but we didn’t need it as it winter.

The plug sockets in the kitchen island were tapped and not working.

The outside area needs a good clean.

Generally property is in a nice area. It is a well maintained older property.
On arrival we found the fridge/freezer was not cooling down. Within an hour management provided a smaller fridge as a temporary fix and a new fridge freezer was fitted the next day - impressive response.
Otherwise a well equipped kitchen.
The king sized bed was very comfortable and bedroom quiet so slept well.
The bathroom could do with an upgrade. It had a bath/shower which can be tricky for older people to get in and out of. The shower door frame has a sharp metal edge that you need to avoid when getting in/out.
Nice hot and cold pools on Level One.
Good cafes and take-outs nearby.
Nice coastal walks.
Secure underground car park. On bus route.

Convenient stop on the way to the Airport

Clean and well equipped apartment. Good location. We experienced very poor internet connection and as we were dependant on it (no phone) the receptionist helped solve the problem. Good location for a short stop on our way back down to Brisbane Airport - only spoiled by rain and strong winds! Pool was very pleasant and good for doing a few laps.
